Reviews of local pros in Maineville, Ohio

The staff was very nice. Our windows were very dirty, and now they look great. Our customers have complimented how nice they look.

They have done a wonderful job power washing my house and washing my windows the last few years. They are always professional and wear shoe covers. Zack and Cody were wonderful this year!

Overall, my windows look pretty good. The inside looks better than the outside due to the cleaning method used. Touchups were needed and completed by me. Furniture was moved to clean windows but not returned to original spot (not sure if that is standard procedure). This was my first time having our windows cleaned so I don't have a comparison to know what to expect.

I was very happy with the cleaning of my windows! Jeff and his coworker were friendly and personable. Windows look awesome!

I was disappointed to find out screens were not included. I wasn’t aware the cement splashed in my windows wouldn’t come off without special removers. The guys did not have the remover in the truck

The young man who did the work for me couldn't have been nicer-he was very thorough and did a great job. I will be calling again as the weather warms a bit more to have him do some power washing. Please keep his name on my file-I want him to come back for the next job. Thank you.

Arrived 2hours late with no notice
The windows were cleaned well
They did not put the shades back in place as they were.

The guys were friendly.

I had left a bad posting as the men who came late with some problems. I would like to leave a very good impression as I was contacted by the owner, he was very nice and apologized for the problems!! He offered to send them back to redo the windows!! They did a good job so didn’t have them come back!!! It was the other things like not putting things back. He again apologized and wanted to send me a refund!! I said that wasn’t necessary, but he insisted and send me a check!! He was the most understanding person you could talk to and I will definitely use them in the spring!!!! I sincerely thank them for being a company that cares about their customers!!!!!

We are very pleased with your service.!! Ryan did a Wonderful Job. He was very considerate and cautious while working inside our home due furniture that he had to work around. He also did a tremendous job while working outdoors in the heat of the day!! Thank you. We highly recommend your Service!! Mary & Michael.

Zack and Cody did an excellent job on my windows. They were very professional, courteous, and on time. They completed the job quickly and to my satisfaction. Highly recommend them.

Very professional, fast and clean see-through windows like they are not even installed. Pleasant working crew and very polite. Would highly recommend Window Genie for cleaning.

Window Genie came out and cleaned my companies windows this last week. They had to reschedule a few times due to the weather, which I completely expected with it being December in Ohio. The team was professional, and the work was great! No concerns. They even got the windows we can't even reach. I don't think they have been cleaned in the 15 years we have been open!

Team did a wonderful job. They really listened to my concerns to make my windows sparkle

Tyler was professional, prompt and his service work was great. I enjoyed speaking with him and having him at my home. I will recommend Window Genie and Tyler.

The appointment was easy to schedule. The service tech explained what was blocking my gutters and then cleaned them. Since one gutter was still not draining properly, they recommended that someone take a look at it and make an adjustment.

I have used this company for many Xmas seasons. Great job with holiday light set up, displays, tear down, etc. I definitely recommend.

My lights look incredible, Window Genie was super through the entire process, from me reaching out, to the estimate, to any concerns I had, to the install of my final product. Thank you!

Mike and Tyler were the guys on my job, and they were amazing - hard workers, careful and conscientious and very thorough. I really appreciated how much they respected my property. My whole place looks fantastic!
And Nicole in the office is the nicest, most helpful person ever. Thank you Window Genie! Keep up the great work!

The company is very responsible of their jobs. They proceed careful follow up and send the team back to complete works that have not been completed during the appointment.

We are so pleased with the services of the two young men who work for Window Genie! They cleaned the inside and outside of our 42 windows and cleaned the gutters as well. They worked quickly and efficiently and were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend
Window Genie and these two young men.

Our skylights are so clear, they look like there isn’t any glass. The team was quick, professional and clean. We’ve had WG out several times and are very pleased with their work.
