Reviews of local pros in Maineville, Ohio

Our window cleaner, Tyler, was a model of skill, friendliness, and professionalism. We had a full cleaning inside and out, and he immediately spotted that several screens had been put in backwards. He fixed that, and gave us a choice of whether to work outside or inside first, and which rooms to do indoors, and in what order. He masked when indoors, as we requested. He was a delight to work with. I told him I would tell the office to give him stock in the company...he was that good.

UPDATE: I stand corrected, they DO go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. The folks at this company reached out immediately and worked to resolve my issue. It turns out they mixed up my residential address with my rental property. My rental property has box-gutters and that's why they were initially confused about what they were and weren't able to do. Bottom line, they resolved my issue with the downspouts and made sure everything was cleaned out properly. They listened to me, identified the issue and worked to resolve it to my satisfaction. I think that's probably the best compliment a business can get; they were willing to make things right. Based on the outcome, I would have no hesitation recommending them. Trust is something that is built over time and through difficult circumstances (sometimes)...I trust this company to work on my house.

Original:
They came out and "cleaned" my gutters. The guy who did the work mentioned that the downspout was clogged but that it should clear out with the next heavy rain and to call & they would come out to clear it if it did not get flushed out on its own. I called and was told they don't clean out downspouts. I feel like that would have been something I factored into my decision to use these folks. Based on my experience I cannot recommend them; they don't go the extra mile. Your mileage may vary.

Our windows have never been so clean! Cherno and Brandon did a really great job and went out or their way to make sure we were happy with the job they did. We highly recommend Window Genie of West Chester and will definitely use them again!

Amazing job!!! Nate was so easy to talk to and accommodated coming within a time frame that I requested. Wil and Dimaunie were AMAZING!!! They cleaned my windows so well, inside, outside, screens and all. They were kind and respected my home. I couldn't have asked for a better crew. Will most definitely use them again.

BUYER BEWARE! THEY WILL NOT HONOR WHAT THEY QUOTE YOU!

I hired window genie to clean all of my outside/inside windows. They pulled up our house online did their bid, and I asked if that was for all of the windows/doors and if they saw the ones on the basement level. They told me it was for just the main floor only that they had not seen the ones on the basement so I told them how many and the sizes and she adjusted the quote. Once arriving and starting 1/3rd of the outside windows I received a call stating that it would be more money. Then they decided to pass the buck on to me as if I counted how many windows my whole entire house had. And this is now my fault, when I never counted a single window on the main floor nor was I asked to. So they are now leaving with only doing 1/3rd of the outside windows due to not honoring their own quote. I would have happily paid what we were quoted and then next time paid the adjustments.

I am in the service industry, if I made a quote, I would honor it regardless. And I would let them know that I messed up the quote (not them) and the next time it would be this price. I am appalled that a company being this big would pull a stunt such as this.

The gentleman who came to clean the windows was very thorough with what he was aloud by the company to clean and carried himself well.

This is Michael Mucenski, not Laura Mucenski. I was very impressed with the job that Andre did on our windows. They sparkled and look great!! Andre was very polite and worked hard to get the job finished. I would highly recommend Window Genie of West Chester as well as Andre. I will be using Window Genie again when the windows need to be cleaned.

Robbie did a great job. Pleasant to work with.

Awesome and easy! Everything from Xmas lights, windows and even pressure washing!

Highly recommend these guys. Year and after year, my windows get dirtier and dirtier. I always tell myself that I will clean them and that I'd never hire someone else to do it. However, this year I gave it a try and called Window Genie. I was so impressed with Pete's (the owner) knowledge and passion for his business. The attention to detail was great, and I was pleasantly surprised with the fair price. The gentlemen that cleaned our windows were very punctual, polite, respectful and made the experience a very pleasant one. I made it a point to call and tell Pete about how great I thought his team was after they left our home. This is one service that I will absolutely continue to use year after year.

I made a mistake on the date they were to arrive. They were polite , courteous and very flexible. Have used them in the past and will continue since they do a fantastic job.

The initial call to schedule the service went smoothly. The representatives showed up on time and they were very polite and professional. They did a great job while taking care of our house. This is my second time working with Window Genie and I look forward to having them back.

Great job done by these young men. I was impressed. They took extra care when using their ladder against the gutters and they were very careful not to step on my flowers. I will differently use them again. Don't be afraid to give them a try.
Thanks guys!

The 2 guys did a great job and I was very pleased with the service.

Super great service. Our windows are sparkling. Great guys, great service. Will be calling again!

I've used Window Genie in the past with satisfactory results. Although the price keeps increasing, I decided to try them again. They worked to fit me into their schedule prior to a party I was hosting, which was most appreciated. An issue I have is that they no longer wash the exterior windows with a squeegee and cloth. They used a spray that is supposed to clean the windows and dry streak-free. There were many streaks and water trails/spots plus several places that didn't look like they were touched at all. My windows look better than they did before the cleaning but definitely not as good as they have in the past. I'll probably check around before scheduling my next cleaning.
EDIT: After my review, I was contacted by Window Genie. They came back two days later and resolved all the issues that I had with streaking and spots. I appreciate the customer service and that they honored their guarantee!

Great experience. On time, professional employees, took great care of our home.

Ryan saved my windows and my day. I had washed my windows and a unremovable residue was left on the windows. I called Champion with my problem and they said they could replace the windows plus $100 for visit! So I called Window Genie and they sent Ryan to come out free of charge to assess the situation. Long story short - Ryan was confident the residue could be removed and set an appointment. Ryan, determined and conscientious worked hard on my five windows and got them squeaky clean at a reasonable fair price. Thanks again Ryan!

Excellent customer service. Arrived promptly and went straight to work. I will contact them again to clean our windows.

Zack and Cody did a great job…..on time, friendly and efficient. Windows and screens very clean with no streaking

Window Genie team did an awesome job on my driveway wash/clean/seal as well as full window cleaning. Plan to have them back yearly.

They were on time, did a very satisfactory job and in a reasonable time frame! And it was hot and humid that day! I will use them again and recommend them to others who may need their expertise!
I had them do a whole house wash and front sidewalk! Great job guys!
