Chris and John were on time, very professional, and very pleasant! They informed us about several tips for taking care of our plumbing and clearly explained our options to fix our existing leaking faucet. They efficiently completed the work to install a new faucet and we were very satisfied! Becky who set up our appointment on the phone was also very nice and helpful. We will be calling them again for any future plumbing issues.

Nixco is the absolute best! Their level of service is without peer in the industry. They'll let you know who is coming, a picture of the individual and some background on them. It personalizes the entire experience. Their plumbers are top notch, knowledgeable and friendly. Audie took care of us today and he and his apprentice on hand were wonderful! They kept us informed, did a thorough job and cleaned the entire area. They had to add a couple of additional steps to complete the job but didn't increase the cost unnecessarily. Our almost 10 year old water heater started leaking and NixCo was able to get the appointment same day only. It was really great experience from the first call. Mary was helpful in scheduling appointment and very much customer friendly. Our technician was Chris. One of the best. He explained everything and was super friendly and one of the best at what he does. He made sure that entire replacement and installation is done perfectly. I definitely recommend Nixco for all of your plumbing needs. I’ve used Nixco to install a water heater, modify the plumbing to my refrigerator water filtration system, and most recently they fixed a problem with water backing into my dishwasher. Todd and Paddy did a great job fixing the water backup issue I have been experiencing most recently. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it without overselling beyond what was necessary to correct the problem. This kept the price down.

In 2018, Todd also installed my water heater. He fitted it with a tub under the water heater and a pcv pipe to the basement drain. I’ve never had a problem with the water

I’ve been using Nixco for 15 to 20 years. I started with Nixco with my previous house and continued after moving into a condo. They are trustworthy, reliable, and they don’t oversell.

Had a faulty water heater that needed replaced. I definitely was not happy that I had to replace a water heater, but oh the joys of home ownership. I was fortunate to get ahold of NixCo (I used to work with Neyer, but NixCo and Neyer seemed to have merged) and that they happened to have an appointment available that day (that was a miracle!).

Kris B. was my service technician and Mason W. was his helper. Both were friendly, polite, patient, and well trained (Kris was doing a a great job coaching Mason). Kris and Mason made it a pleasant experience. They were conscientious of not making a mess and told me what I needed to know, and answered all of my questions. They installed a Bradford White ICON System that comes with a 10 year warranty. They started at 2 PM and wrapped up just before 4 PM. I'm glad to be able to have hot water. I would definitely ask for both of them back and this experience with NixCo seems consistent with my prior experiences with Neyer.

Chris McClure and he’s partners have helped me tremendously in my renovation to my condo. First I needed a new drain as I wanted two sinks in my bathroom no problem. Then he suggested and explained how we could install a shut valve in the house as we didn’t have one and also got a softener. He explained everything he did and then some. He then came out to help with a drain being off center. He came out fixed it and was in and out no problem. I totally recommend Nixco and Chris with any needed plumbing he and his partner were amazing. Thank you

Kris was our technician. He was very friendly and even worked us into an already packed schedule because he was afraid the leak at my Mother in law's house might get worse if we had to wait another day. He truly went the extra mile. Nixco truly cares about it's customers. We have used them for several projects between our own house and my elderly mother in laws' home. Always prompt. We discovered water flooding our basement and what appeared to be our walkout outside drain not draining. I spoke to their office at 7:15am, and Audie arrived just after 8am. Wonderfully quick response to our emergency. Audi was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem, offered options and pricing, and completed the work with great results. He was also very professional and friendly. We will absolutely use Nixco again for any future work.

Both Nathan and Mason of NixCo Plumbing did a great job with replacing my 75 gallon gas water heater and a water pressure valve. Was having problems with the water pressure and that was resolved. The guys did a great job with a quick installation so we could get the water back running and an excellent cleanup job. Very friendly and competent.

We had a floor drain issue where the pitch was not correct (from settling) from the floor drain going out to the main drain out of the house. We spoke with at least a dozen different plumbers and drain “experts” and everyone told us different stories on how to resolve the issue. I called Warren County building permits inspections and they recommended NixCo. Nathan came out to inspect our problem and immediately had a plan on how to fix the issue. Out of all the plumbers I spoke to, his knowledge and recommendation was the one I felt the most comfortable with. We needed about 25 ft (picture below was about 15 ft of repair) of foundation that needed to be jackhammered, new PVC with proper fall and concrete put back. Nathan, Alex and Paddy were always on time, very professional/polite and kept me posted on everything and always happy to answer any questions.

I called Nixco because I was suspecting that I might have a busted pipe in the basement during the very cold days. Office staff is wonderful. They were super helpful and set up an appointment for the same day. I had to be at work, so I didn't meet the technician who came to look at the problem, but I had family members here who met him. I was quoted $1000 which I thought was due to the busted pipe, but once they opened the wall, they were not able to see any damage and the price dropped. Later, after I had paid, I looked at the invoice and noticed a charge that had not been mentioned. I called the office and spoke to Guy and he immediately removed that charge. Overall, I am very happy and I would use them again. I'm just not certain if the technician would have dropped the price had my friend who was here and knowledgeable about the issue not suggested that he run water through the pipe first to see if there was any damage. His impression was that the technician would have changed the pipe and charged me the initial quoted $1000.That's why I took off 1 star.

Chris and Alex came out to update my sewage pump. I bought the pump and they did a great job installing it, including a new plastic 8-bolt cover. Chris worked extra hard to get the sump sealed for both water and gas leaks.
They wanted to use a different check valve, but I wanted to keep my specialty one for quiet operation. Honestly didn't see a need for a different check valve as mine was 2 months old, so they agreed and used mine. Great guys to work with. They are sensible and knowledgeable.

My name is Dana Harris. I want to share my experience with Plumb Tite. Nov 5, 2021 I woke up to an over flowing water heater. I googled any and every plumber in the tri-state. No one was available for a same day service call, let alone to install a 50 gallon short HWH to a 3rd floor condo.

Then I called Regan. She listened to every word I said. I relayed the existing size and measurements of what was needed, along with a picture of the layout. (Side note- the other guys that couldn't get to my service call for 2 wks told me I had to downsize to a 40 gallon. ) Regan found the size and confirmed the availability. She asked if she could call me back, she wanted to check the schedules and see what she could do.  She was able to work a miracle and scheduled a same day appointment . I cannot  thank her enough for her effort and willingness to help me.

I was immediately emailed Kenny's name and picture.  Just that fast, Kenny was calling, telling me he'll be at my house in 10 minutes. I can't express how happy I was to see this man at my door.

My condo is only 12 yrs old, corners were definitely cut during the plumbing process of the build. The water pan was too small. The original plumbers shoved the HWH into that pan, it was tight all the way around. It did not catch the water that was overflowing from the top. The water was running down the unit, over the lip of "said pan" and all over my floor. NIGHTMARE.

Regan and Kenny somehow were able to accommodate my desperate need of same day installation. He left my condo in Harrison Ohio and drove to Independence KY to get the new water heater. The drain on my existing water heater was corroded shut. He had to pump the water out and into 5 gallon buckets. He walked every bucket of water down my steps (again from the 3rd floor) to dump the drained water outside. I asked him a million times if I could help him? Every time he replied with a smile "no, it's my job." I dunno how he got the old unit out and down the stairs by himself? My job was difficult, time consuming and in my opinion a monumental pain. He had the patience of a saint.

Regan and Kenny went above and beyond. They were both so helpful, kind, knowledgeable. They did something for me that no one else could do. I CANNOT thank them enough.

I hope this email gets to the people that need to know how well Plumb Tite Plumbing is represented in Regan and Kenny. I know my email is long. Too often people take time to complain, I wanted to spend my time telling how great your service and your employees are.
