Holderbaum Sewer & Drain....Did a great job opening my Tub, sink, and toilet! They got in and out fast! Things have been working great since. 😊 Thanx

Once again we used this company for my daughters house and did a fantastic job!!! as much as i hope i will not need them again, I would gladly recomend them to anyone in need of drain services.

Super nice - helped us out of a jam and didn't club us on price! Definitely recommend these guys!

He worked very hard to find my problem. Never gave up. I would highly recommend him before you call a plumber.

Call them before you call RR. They will save you thousands and get the job done.

Used Holderbaum several times to clear tree roots from sewer line. This year they would not return my call left on answering machine. Ended up contacting another company. That company put a camera in the line, and found 3 root balls and broken pipe. They ended up replacing the line from house to road. I should never need the line cleaned out again, thanks to this other company. This is the 2nd time Holderbaum has not returned my call.

Very nice employees that did a wonderful job cleaned up and very reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing services

Five star service. So glad I found them after the folks I used before did not return my call. Friendly and reasonably priced

Rick was excellent! He was prompt, honest, and trustworthy! Highly recommend!

Great service and quick response. They were able to fit us in ahead very quickly and the plumber was professional and nice.

Wow! My wife and I are so very impressed and grateful for Holderbaum Sewer & Drain Service! Here it is on a Sunday morning (11/13/22) only to find out that our main sewer line leading from our house had become completely clogged with roots resulting in water backing up in our basement floor drain. I called Holderbaum and within 10 to 15 minutes, they came to our home and resolved our emergency issue. They were done within an hour and were extremely clean and professional. The cost for our emergency Sunday service was more than reasonable. Totally impressed that Holderbaum continues to serve residential clients considering the large companies they do routine service for in our Canton/Massillon areas. Both gentlemen that came out were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Sewer and drain cleaning is an art and skill that requires proper equipment and technicians with years of experience. Fortunately, my long time plumber (Jamie Gorman Plumbing/West Manor Plumping) as well as my neighbor recommended Holderbaum to me. I absolutely wanted to stay away from companies like Rotor Rooter because two of my neighbors that used them on my street ended up having to have their entire sewer system dug up and replaced. So extremely comforting and fortunate to have a family specialty company like Holderbaum in our area. It is no wonder why companies like Shearer's , Freshmark, and Superior Dairy use them for their drain and sewer service needs. Side Note: While I have the drain/sewer insurance paid through my gas company, I still called Holderbaum for my sewer cleaning needs. Calling in people from Cleveland has many drawbacks some of which will end up in the need to replace the sewer line. Also, the main sewer line clog has to be visible (basement with water in it) for them to proceed and ATTEMPT to clean the drain. Long story short.......... CALL HOLDERBAUM, you'll be more than happy you did. Thanks again to Holderbaum and the crew that came to our home! TRULY appreciated!!!!

Had some other guys from a chain come out and give me an astronomical quote after waiting a day. I called Holderbaum and within 2 hours they were at my home, the problem was diagnosed, and they were working on fixing the tree root issue I had. An hour later they were cleaning up and charged me exactly what was quoted ($300 less than the big chain). Repeat customer for life.

The plumber came, located issue, fixed issue in a timely manner. He was friendly and i will be calling again for any plumbing issues. The price was right also.

I have used them twice once a about three years ago and again today both times they arrived on time and done an awesome job for a more than resinable price I would recommend them to any one.

Called them at about 10:30, they were done in less than an hour. The gentleman who came out was very personable and quick! Super happy with the service and the price!

Had all our underground downspout drains redone from the house to the street culvert. Awesome, polite, professional, knowledgeable service. Very reasonable price. HIGHLY recommend Holderbaum Drain & Sewer! Thank you Holderbaum crew!

I called them numerous of times and was told someone would be calling me and never did. So if you need anything done I highly recommend paradigm sewer and plumbing.

They came out did not get the drain open but did not charge me for money that was earned.Thats not the ringer it was my house was in a list that they went 12 years back.40.00 bucks. And he simply would not accept a tip. Highly recommended.

They came with the equipment to do the job and cleaned up before they left. ( first drain company I called did not have the equipment to do the work and still charged full price for their failed attempt and never cleaned up plus left my main plug leaking)
Holderbaum people are good and professional .

Excellent customer service from the receptionist in the office to the person who comes to your home. We have been using them for probably 40 years and always happy with their work. Great prices. Everyone is so nice.
