Andrew came out same day, quoted and replaced my spigot that was cracked inside the house and leaking. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and most of all HONEST! He will be our go to plumber from now on. Thanks for the great service Andrew!

I recently purchased a home in Massilon. I noticed when showering or flushing the toilet I would have water in the basement around the floor drain. I called RMS and Andrew was able to get to me the same day. Scheduled at 4, he was able to show up early to snake the drains. Little did he know, the plumbing in this house was looking for a fight. He worked on the drains for over 2 hours to get them unclogged. Thank you Andrew for putting in the work and getting it done!

Andrew did an amazing job. He was earlier then he originally said he would be and he got the job done quickly. He also gave some great advice for the problem we were having.

Andrew was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He provided a quote for the job and was able to return the next day to complete it. He replaced an outdoor faucet that was leaking with a new faucet and installed a shut off valve so we could turn it off in the winter. He explained the installation process and answered my questions as he did the work. I am very happy with the work done and plan to have him return to complete other projects.
