He arrived just 30 minutes after my call for help. He was friendly, knew the problem immediately, and repaired a long running problem within an hour and a half. I highly recommend him! Thank you Matthew for saving the day and doing it so quickly!

Called Mr. Sturm when my basement pipes started leaking and pooling into my basement. I called him at 7am and he arrived at my house at 7:30am! He found where the leak was very quickly and did a temporary patch until he was able to fully repair the broken pipe. He didn’t charge me for the temporary patch and came back to fix the issue quickly. He earned a lifelong customer!

Just met Matt Sturm. The only thing better than helping me fix my plumbing problem over the phone, was his installation of a faucet in person. Quick, professional, knowledgeable, prompt. Also, will suggest to you what you need and don't need, saving $$$$. I could go on and on. If you have ANY plumbing needs call this company!

We had our kitchen sink drain clog up and had tried everything to get it opened up. We called Sturm & Son Plumbing first thing in the morning. They got back to us immediately and within a few hours, he was at our house getting everything fixed and working good as new! He was very personable, friendly, professional and explained everything so well as he did the repair! We will definitely be calling Sturm & Son Plumbing for future plumbing work!!

Our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink had a hole in it, we called and he came out the next day. He was very open and honest about the pricing. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. We will definitely use him again!

Our experience with Sturm & Sons was excellent. Matt was very personable and got our kitchen faucet replaced and bathroom sink unclogged all in less than two hours. Price for the work was reasonable, especially for it being on a holiday. I will be using this company for all my plumbing needs from now on.

I've used this service at least 7 times over the last 20 years. Mr.Sturm has always been prompt, professional and unfazed by any crisis I throw at him. His prices are very competitive and he'll explain and educate you on everything he's doing. Highly recommend.

Called came very quickly. Very nice guy and very happy with his work.

Sewer was backing up. Called another company first they told me they could only get 10 feet into my sewer and said I had an issue going on under the floor. Said I needed to get a camera down there to check it out. Said he would have to start ripping up my floor and it would be 3500 to 15000 depending on how far the clog was. Was charged 50 dollars for service call. Called Mr. Sturm at 1130 and explained my issue he said he would be out around 230. Showed up was able to clean my sewer drain all the way to the street. Really glad I called for a second opinion. Mr. Sturm was honest and explained what needed done. Cost was very reasonable! Fixed for less than 500.00! Thank you again!

We cannot say enough great things about Sturm and Son. We were having a major issue with our main sewer line backing up into our downstairs bathroom and a larger plumbing company was the first that was able to come out. We thought it would be a simple clean out as we've had roots in the line before and had no issues getting it cabled one other time. They weren't able to get our main access cap off at the time, so they took off the toilet and went through there. They tried to cable the line and said they weren't able to get more than 10 feet outside the foundation of our house without hitting a blockage, so they would be sending a supervisor the next day for next steps. The supervisor of this other company was able to get off the main access cap but didn't even want to try to cable the line again and immediately went to wanting to dig up the yard and said it would be thousands of dollars to see what was going on. I called Sturm and Sons around lunch time to get a second opinion and he was able to come out within 30 minutes of my call. We talked through the issue and what happened before with the other company. In no time at all he was able to get his cable past the point the other company did and was able to cable down 90 feet without any issues to clean the line of any blockages. There were no breaks or major issues other than just needing to clear a block. We will always be calling Sturm and Son first from now on. He saved us thousands of dollars and gave us great peace of mind because he stayed and let water run for awhile to confirm he was able to fully clear the block. He talked through every step of the process with us and his prices were incredibly fair. We've never had such a great response from a plumber and are incredibly grateful we found him.

Called Sturm and Son on Friday evening for a drainage problem and he was able to come Saturday morning. He arrived 15 minutes early, knew what he was doing and had our problem fixed in less than an hour.
