Reviews of local pros in Massillon, Ohio

Very honest and efficient. I will use him again for any plumbing needs. He was on time, began working immediately and was very reasonable. Tks for being a great resource.

We are very grateful we called Sturm and Son Plumbing. Josh put in a new water tank in the basement and replaced the fill valve and flapper in one of our toilets. He was such a pleasure to have in the house and was very accommodating and flexible with our needs since we have young children and a dog and a cat that like to run for the door. He was very professional and timely. We will definitely call again if we have another issue with plumbing in the future. Thanks for the great work Josh!

Called Sturm and Son Plumbing after Home Depot dropped the ball on installing a new dishwasher. Setting up the day and time to do it was simple, he kept the area clean and was easily able to install the dishwasher and it's working great! Prices were upfront and very fair. Would definitely recommend in the future!

Friendly, professional, and did a great job. Couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommend.

Water tank began leaking on Saturday made the call and left a message and within ten minutes Matthew called back and within in approximately two hours I was back in service. Highly recommend

Great guy and even better service. Very pleasant upbeat and professional. I’ll recommend him for any plumbing job.

Great service and friendly. Arrived less than an hour after the call and kept the work simple. Would highly recommend.

I called and he came within 10 minutes
He was very knowledgeable and explained things really well. I would highly recommend.

Called and got us in fast. Was very helpful and friendly. We definitely appreciate today’s help.

Called Mr Sturm and was pleasantly surprised that he could be here at my house within the hour! I had a leak on my toilet shut off valve which I couldn't fix myself. He came and fixed it perfectly! I was so impressed with his courtesy and professionalism and would recommend Sturm & Son plumbing to all!!!

I called 6 other companies that either didn’t return my call or couldn’t get to us. We needed help and Strum and Son was the only one that took the time to help. He tried to walk me through the issue over the phone to save me a service call. When I couldn’t resolve the issue, he came out and fixed our shower so water could be turned back on to the rest of the house.

He came the same day as I called did a great job.Prices were reasonable.I would recommend him anytime.

Called Mr. Sturm, left a VM. He called me back quickly! Installed a Toilet with zero leaks. Also installed new washer valves, because they were stuck/corroded. His service is top notch and very professional! Would definitely suggest Sturm & Son for all your Plumbing needs. Thanks Mr. Sturm!

Drain was completely backed up in my basement. Put a call out to a couple plumbers and Sturm called back within 5 to 10 minutes. He was at my house within 15 minutes and got my drain unblocked very quickly using about 50ft of snake. Extremely helpful and great at explaining what was going on and answering my questions. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous! I would definitely recommend Sturm plumbing!

Very knowledgeable plumber . Always on time and at very reasonable price. What more could you ask for!!!

Prompt service and does excellent work at fair price. Had water leaking in basement under kitchen sink. Made call at 12;19 pm everything fixed at 3:05 pm.

I called Sturm & Son Plumbing and Matt called back within minutes. I explained my drain leak and was out late morning. Jumped right in and found leaky copper drain line inside the wall. He rerouted the line and capped old line, instead of tearing up wall all the way to the toilet. He is very professional and personable and fair upfront price. I highly recommend, and couldn't be happier with the job. Thank you Matt.

On time, professional, knowledgeable, and the rates are very fair/reasonable. I would recommend Sturm and son to any of my family and friends and they will be my first call when I need a plumber! This is an excellent choice when you need a plumber!

Sturm plumbing is one of the best around. Does a very good job and has over 40 years experience. Would definitely use his service again!
