Well, first of all, they’re always quick to respond to your emergencies. Andrew is one of the nicest people I have ever worked with. He’s genuine friendly knows what to do and get the job done. They’re almost always available for you and they could always usually come the same day or the very next day. I am very blessed to have found them on the Internet. I would definitely highly recommend them to anybody if you have a problem with air cooling or heating or drainage to give them a call. You won’t be sorry

Andrew was on time, respectful, clean and knowledgeable. He snaked our houses sewer main and made sure if I had any questions he answered them. I would recommend RMS to anyone who could use any of their services.

Had a backed up drain on a Saturday morning. When I placed the call to RMS it was promptly answered and Andrew said he could be to our house in 10 minutes. He was upfront with us that he does work Saturdays but there is a weekend rate that he charges. He came out, was courteous, even offered and went back to his truck for booties to put over his boots to keep our flooring clean and had the drain cleaned within 20 minutes. Would highly recommend!

From report of toilet clog to resolution, RMS responded with concern and delivered competent service in promised time frame. Andrew even gave helpful hints to avoid future clogs. Would definitely use again.

I contacted Andrew from RMS Plumbing & Drain on two separate occasions to address severe clogs in a floor drain and a bathroom sink. I explained that the floor drain blockage also made the kitchen unusable since the lines were connected.

Andrew was great to work with. He takes pride in his work and was upfront about pricing, not making me ask. The bill was exactly what he said it would be, and he educated me about things related to the plumbing in my house. He is a one-man shop, so when you speak with Andrew on the phone about the job, he is the person who is going to show up and actually perform the work- not some assistant.

Horrible, very rude on the phone.

I called them to schedule a backflow test for our building. At first, they seemed very friendly and helpful. They were going to call me back with a time to come do the testing. They did not call me back until after I posted a review on Google several days later, because they had ghosted me. Now, they are saying they are busy for the next three weeks, and I will have to look elsewhere if I want to to get this done sooner. I wish they had been honest with me from the get-go.

Wow, thank goodness for Matthew from Strum and Sons. We had a very nasty sewer related back-up and he was the first to call back, made space in his day for us, and had it all fixed and cleaned (yes, he actually cleaned up much of the mess on his own accord!) in no time. He's a super chill guy too, easy to talk with while he was doing his thing. Would and will use them in the future!

Very awesome service! Reasonable rates too! Compassionate towards the elderly and won't take advantage of the situation. My 91 year old neighbor was quoted $4,000 from a different plumbing service and didn't even need the work they quoted her for. That's when I called Sturm. Lucy was right though....he does resemble Mark Harmon! 😂

Very polite and came immediately to help me when my kitchen faucet was broken. I also called Mr. Sturm to clean my drain pipes. He is friendly, dependable and my plumber.

Matt did a great job at locating and fixing the water leak. Matt apologized several times for the holes that had to be cut in the wall to fix the leak. And as I said in response, it had to be done. Matt took the time to fully explain what was going on and answer any questions I had. I would certainly recommend him, and will definitely call him for future repairs.

Great service!! Sunday evening he came out immediately after calling. Had our problem solved right away. The price seemed very fair especially since it was late on a Sunday. We had waited over 5 hours for another plumber to show. If your looking for good, prompt service and you need someone that cares to show up this is a great choice. Thanks again.
