They were awesome!! My main drain in my home was clogged for over a week. They were able to come out and get the clog out in less than an hour! Quicker than anyone else. Called about a clogged kitchen sink drain and someone was out within two hours. They cleared the sink drain and ran my bathtub drain as well even though I didn't ask about it over the phone. The whole thing took less than 45 minutes, and the price was very reasonable. Everyone I talked to was professional and pleasant, and I would definitely use them again!

After a back up sewer, we had service scheduled between 8 AM and noon today. Waited at home for four hours to a no-show and after calling and leaving a message questioning when they might be there, they also never return my phone calls. I will be making sure myself nor any of my clients ever use their service ever again.

Great company with hard workers! We had a great experience, showed up when the said they would and on time! They explained the main water line replacement to me and during installation they kept me informed. Unprofessional. No question we used his service a couple years ago and got the job done but after seeing an ongoing issue with the property had made contact again and all of a sudden this guy doesn't recall having even been there let alone any useful information that would benefit a long term solution. Then simply asked if he could come clear the drain atleast and he gave a simple answer of "No". Never to be used again at any of the 150 properties we have and not recommended. I would have given zero stars if that was an option.

Showed up when they said they would. Fixed the partially clogged main line in 15-20 mins. Had to wait a day or so for a service call but the price was worth the wait rather than calling rotorooter and paying triple. Tech was great. Would absolutely use again.

Edit- called them for a waterline replacement from the house to the road. Had to wait 7 days including the weekend however their price was very fair and they performed the job flawlessly. The cleanup was great and i could not be happier with my decision. Holderbaum is definitely my go to for plumbing needs.

We had a frozen septic pipe. Rich came out then Rick came. Was very nice said he could send his son out to dig. It was frozen from septic to garage. They were here right on time given did a great job.

They took good care of my backed-up residential floor drain. They came the next day and had it cleared in an hour. Tree roots were the problem. Reasonable cost was a pleasant surprise.

Came out on a Saturday, snaked and replaced our cap. Very friendly servicemen and didn't break the bank!

Rich was Amazing! Two other companies could not fix my kitchen sink. I was told it would cost between $1000 to $6000 to fix. Holderbaum to the rescue for less than $200! I should have called them first. Now, I know.

Called them this morning and they were out that afternoon. Ben was my plumber, very easy to talk to, understood my concerns and got the job done.

I was very satisfied with the service. I was able to get someone out the very next day. The plumber explained everything and I knew the cost before he started the work. He was also very professional and cleaned up any water before he left.

I had them come out to get rid of Sulphur smell in my hot water tank. They were here all day and through no fault of their own they eventually had to replace my HW tank. It was all done for free. These guys are great and they know customer service. I will definitely use them for all plumbing problems I have.

Came home late at night, and had no water. Called in the morning and had someone at the house within 2 hours. I thought it might be the pressure tank that I had them installed in 2020. The person came and said the pressure tank was not the issue and the well pump might be going bad. I asked them for an invoice so I could pay the service call and the person said no charge and said he would treat it as a estimate. Definitely would recommend and will always call them if I ever have any issues.
