Hired them to locate the sewer pipe in my yard. Was short $700 & they couldn't locate the pipe. The problem is, if they had evaluated the project beforehand, they should have known they couldn't help. They should have asked how deep the pipe is (based on the basement depth and what material). It turns out their equipment can't detect more than 8 feet underground and can't detect terracotta pipes. I could have given them the info if they had just asked. I didn't know the limitation of the system. They are more focused on collecting the money upfront. Be careful. The website has nice videos, don't be deceived by the glossy videos, they talk big, but in practice, not that great. This was a very limited scope work.
Blood hound, on the other hand, took a lot of time to think if/how they could help and didn't jump right in. I should have waited for them and they are half as expensive. No refund not even half when they don't deliver, that's probably why they didn't bother to study the feasibility of the project, nothing to lose, only gain on their part, they make money regardless why bother.

Elias was great! Called ahead to confirm the appointment, arrived on time, was thorough and explained the process as he went, and did a great job! Spent the time needed to get it done right. Very much appreciate their service!

Atrocious customer service. Was at the Las Vegas Veterans Affairs hospital, came out of a meeting to a GPRS van parked directly behind my car. I was on my way to another meeting, asked the tech if he could move the van so I could back out. Tech said “No”, stared at me and shut the van door in my face. I waited 20 minutes and finally a different tech appeared from the van, I asked him and van was moved right away. After I emailed GPRS with pictures of van blocking me inand their tech’s attitude with no response. So be careful choosing this company as it seems they only care about your money and not how they treat people (especially at a veterans hospital)

Kevin Witte, area manager for my job was wonderful in every way. Very communicative, timely, hard-working, and fair. I would highly recommend Kevin and his entire company to anybody seeking this type of service.

We hired GPRS to locate water and sewer for a dig site for a new manufactured home. The tech was unable to locate the water and sewer and gave invoice for $700. The markings they provided were the same items Miss Utility were able to provide. I requested a phone call back from the manager who refused to have a conversation about the billing. Few months later they hired a collection service who will enforce the bill and communicate on there behalf. Invoice is being paid in full but did not have any value in the service that was provided.

Ridiculously overpriced estimate.... I guess if you were to win Powerball this would your company to hire! Trust me... Take your time and look around! Got estimate for basic refloor of bathroom, size 4x8,lil bitty bathroom, (possibly not even needing subfloor) and using cheapest linoleum (was just at Lowes pricing Sq footage) and laying out luon board and linoleum in kitchen sized 7x11. But you would have to subtract a substantial amount from actual floor Sq footage due to the countertop size... I have had 2 estimates so far. One for 5600 which is too high... And one for 3900... Which is about right! Now mind you.... This would be only cost for labor as I already have all wood needed. And I will be going and getting my linoleum already cut myself. But yet this lady quoted me at..... 15000 to 20000.... And this is for my rental property I might add. Not for my home!! And I am a very fair and honest individual. This quote speaks for itself. No need to say anything else!!!

I've been attempting to get a quote from this company since 3/22/2024 and am continuously ghosted by the project manager. I've worked with several contractors over the past year remodeling our home and this has been by far the worst experience.

Called to schedule a Quote, on their website it says 'get a free Quote" but when i spoke with their sales lady she off the bat quoted 20K without knowing the size of of deck and she said it would be 50 dollars for a Quote.

I would recommend this company to anyone. Their staff was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. The quality of their work is second to none. They answered any and all questions in a timely manner and informed us of previous inconsistencies in work that they were able to correct. I will be using this company for any and all of my future home projects.

I had a pretty big project to do, complete gut and remodel of an full bathroom. In addition, carpet in all three bedrooms, expanding my kitchen and moving appliances with possible expansion off the deck. Doug came in to do the quote and said he will get it to me in a few days. No later than Friday before 5pm and he would text me as soon as he sent it, he said. Friday came; at 4:30pm and I decided to give them a call before they closed. The lady on the phone went and checked up on it and she assured me he was finishing up with it and sending very shortly. Nothing came through, not even a text as he told me he would. I just thought I’m not chasing, I’ll go elsewhere. Monday finally came around after 9am and I get a text from Doug stating I sent the quote yesterday. I never received an email or a text stating he sent it. He sent it to the wrong email address. At this point there was way too many issues. This was going to be over $50k project just in labor and counting and apparently I wasn’t important enough. Plus, I talked to him about redoing my deck. I hired a different contractor.

On time, respectful of property and cleaned up afterwards each day. MJ, Javi, Vino, Brennen and Ryan, from Glick Electrical, all did a great Job. And Airstream plumbing for their assistance.

My office construction project ran very smoothly. Contractors were friendly, efficient and all was cleaned up to the point it didn't even look like a project was even going on! I will definitely use this company again and have even given out the card to others.

CRD Construction has done work in our building twice now. Each job has consisted of the usual and unusual issues that arise with construction and remodeling. The team handles the process professionally, with courtesy, cleanliness and minimal interruption to the business. I would highly recommend CRD for any project big or small and would not hesitate to call them for their expertise again!

Professional, timely customer service. Lovely office space. I was quoted an appx cost of 30k for a basic half bathroom in finished attic or full bath in finished basement. Given there is no onsite quote initially and without a fee, It might be good to provide some type of ballpark estimate over the Phone or zoom for customers before the office meeting so there is no wasted time or gas - that is a cost in itself.
