I had weather damage to my roof and difficulty finding a contractor who was knowledgeable on the process, then I met Travis at Frogtown. He handled all of the communication with my insurance company and cited Ohio code for why my roof needed replaced, rather than repaired.

The roof replacement took only 1 day. Jen at Frogtown communicated the process very well and I knew what to expect. The roof looks great, I am happy with the process.

Lastly, there was $60 worth of damage to a tarp of mine in the process of the repair. I sent a photo of it to Jen and she credited my invoice. It was very easy and hassle free.

Easy company to work with, knowledge in interacting with insurance, communicates well, didn't hassle me when I asked to be reimbursed for a minor damage.

Our roof was replaced by Frogtown in September 2026. We could not be happier with the results. There was a high level of communication with the site manager, the project manager and us. The job was completed on schedule and within our budget. Everyone was easy to work with. Clean up was through and complete. I would highly recommend Frogtown.

They did my dad’s roof. They did a great job from start to finish. They were prompt, professional and fair priced. I really felt comfortable that he wasn’t being taking advantage of since he’s a senior citizen. He was happy with the finished product and spoke highly of Jeremy and Eric!

I felt the pricing was fair, and their services were really thorough. Any company could have slapped on some shingles, but they took the time to understand and fix existing issues the roof had, including ventilation, exhaust and broken boards. They've also been excellent at following up to ensure that I am happy and the debris was all picked up. I would definitely use them again.

Our experience with Frogtown Roofing was wonderful. We started with a huge hole in our roof, but we finished with an entire, beautiful new roof. Travis came out first and helped us navigate the frustrating process of dealing with insurance. He is very knowledgeable with the claims process and made sure we received the full benefit of our insurance coverage. The work crew was on time, polite and respectful of our property. They did a fantastic job replacing or repairing any damaged wood they found along the way. Once the job was completed, Jeremy came back out to take care of a few minor concerns. He was polite and made sure my husband and I were completely satisfied with the roof.

All of Frogtown Roofing’s staff, from the inside and outside sales team, the project foreman, and all of the work crew were friendly and helpful. The end product looks great! I would recommend this vendor to all my friends and family.

After watching the great job Frogtown Roofing company did on my mom's roof this spring, I knew they were for me. I needed a new roof so called for an estimate.

From the time Eric came out and thoroughly inspected the attic, roof, gutters, he was so kind to work with. Sure knows everything about roofs, and showed me options I could do. No high pressure sales, but one who takes time to be sure the customer understands all options and why one might be better as well as answering questions to my satisfaction and understanding.

The workers who came out to take off old and install the new roof, worked hard the entire time they were here. They were nice, and provided the work for a beautiful roof that is safe for years to come.

Jeremy was the project manager who was great with keeping us informed about what was going on. He also came back after they were done, and checked everything out in attic, roof, and grounds. Another excellent example of Frogtown's great customer service!!!!

The entire Frogtown team was amazing. I was having problems with insurance covering storm damage and met Eric when he came to inspect the roof. He went above and beyond and dealt with our insurance company directly for us. He was able to get insurance to cover an entire roof replacement. Everything he explained to me was thorough and was in contact with me regarding the next step and would check in. I was never left wondering. The process from start to finish was excellent and would recommend them!

The people at Frogtown were very helpful. They were able to give me a reliable contractor to fix water damage to the house. They also gave me a contact to replace the heater's flue because the old chimney was not up to code. Communication was on point during the whole process among the contractors and me. I believe I got a very fair price for the work they did. Everything was accomplished with quality in a timely manner.

Frogtown took care of us from the start. Being able to get us a quote quickly using their technology on the website to get an estimate. They were quick to respond and help when we needed it. The crew was friendly and did a great job. The office ladies were kind and helpful! Overall we had a great experience and will plan to use them in the future.

We just got our new roof installed on July 17th. So far the process of contacting the company and getting our issues solved has been phenomenal. From the beginning Eric listened to our concerns and made sure we had a detailed plan regarding how to proceed.
