Constraction reviews in Maumee, Ohio

BCS is a professional company that handled my roofing problem very well. The job was finished in two days, the roof looks great and all scrap and residue was cleaned up. I recommend this company to anyone.

I made the mistake of going with this small company instead of a larger reputable company, especially since it would have cost me the exact same for the exact same work. They sucked me in by telling me they could get more covered by my insurance than other companies which they ended up not getting any extra covered in the end. They told me her or Rob would come back and do a walk around but they needed the rest of my payment before she could make it out. Never saw them again or the referal money they promised for referring my neighbor to them. I found a large coffee can worth of nails around my house after the job. After they left I had 2 leaks in my ceilings. I would use their "warentee" but I couldnt trust them after this whole mess and bad blood. My neighbor had gutter helmet installed with a lifetime warantee. They had gutter helmet come remove the gutters and they gave bcs printed instructions of how to install the roof so they could properly reinstall the gutters after. BCS installed the roof wrong and would not come fix it to make it right. I came on here to see reviews and saw all great reviews before I went with them. Hopefully i can keep other people from making the same mistake. Just be smart and go with a better, bigger, more reputable company.

BCS Consulting, LLC really helped me out. My insurance company didn't want to replace my roof after a damaging storm. Rob from BCS stepped in and got my claim taken care of. I had a nice new roof shortly after. Thanks BCS!

My neighbors roof was done by bcs and she told me to call them to see if I had storm damage because they replaced her roof for $1000. I called and a gentleman named Sari Rahman came out and looked at my roof and said it looked like we had storm damage. He was very professional and answered all my questions about how this works. After their inspection they met with an adjuster from my insurance company and they got my roof covered! I only had to pay my deductible. The roofers did a great job and I was very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them.

A Testimonial from one of our recent customers:

"Our experience with BCS Consulting was great! They are very knowledgeable with the process in dealing with the insurance company. They also have a great construction crew that actually puts the new roof on. They only took off enough of the old roof that they could complete in the same day. They were mindful in their safety and care of the siding and landscaping around our home.

I am very happy with the results and would recommend BCS Consulting to anyone."

I really love my wood stove, and Mark took such excellent care of it. His generous service and masterful attention to detail made my stove seem better than brand new. Thank you BCS Contractor And Chimney Sweep & Repair And Gas Fireplace Services LLC for you wonderful service!

Highly Recommend BCS Consulting for roofing; they worked with my insurance company, helped move the project along, and in the end, completed the tear-off and replacement in ONE DAY. Did a great job with cleanup; dumpster was gone in a day, leftover shingles in two days. No issues with the roof; very pleased with their work.

Had BCS Consulting replace my roof. Everything was perfect. Very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. 2 months later, my kitchen ceiling was showing signs of water damage. I called BCS and they immediately dispatched a gentleman to come take a look. The moisture was actually caused by an exhaust fan in my bathroom and completely unrelated to my roof. The guy from BCS properly ventilated the fan and charged me nothing for the work. Great people!!!

We had a fantastic experience working with TN at BCS Contractor And Chimney Sweep & Repair And Gas Fireplace Services LLC of Maumee, OH! We had a new wood burning stove installed, as well as some prep work for a new surround. As first time homeowners, this was our first big project, and Allen was professionalism made the process understandable and much easier to navigate. He is communicative, personable, knowledgeable, honest, and ethical. He was extremely thorough with his work, and kept our house very clean. Thank you so much for great service!

Our house systems, including the chimney, fireplace, ducts, vents, insulation, and pest control, were thoroughly inspected and cleaned by BCS Contractor And Chimney Sweep & Repair And Gas Fireplace Services LLC prior to winter. In addition, they fixed damaged shingles and performed a roof check. The whole team explained everything with pictures and concise notes, and they were all kind and considerate. We feel much more secure heading into the winter months because the house is now safer and more energy efficient. It's astounding how much of a difference one well-run business can make. Worth every cent for mental tranquility.

BCS Contractor And Chimney Sweep & Repair And Gas Fireplace Services LLC provided us with one of the most thorough home services we have ever had. They insulated attics, mended gas fireplaces, cleaned chimneys, fixed roofs, and controlled vermin. They also cleaned our air ducts and dryer vent. Every staff member was punctual, diligent, and professional. The lead contractor came in each day to make sure we were happy and everything was in compliance with the code. Our home appears safer, cleaner, and more effective. I really recommend them if you want things done right the first time. A+!

I want to say that I found C&C because a friend of mine has an Angie's list account and we were both in the market for a painter. We both chose them because they were the top rated company on Angie's list for this area and had the best reviews. To be honest, I was a little apprehensive because some of the reviews seemed to boastful for a painting company. I was almost leery until I met the owner. Because I do not have an Angie's list account I am writing my review here.

I can say that without a doubt C&C are the best contractor I have ever had work for me. Period!. So many times I have had contractors come and go and almost all of them have left me disappointed to some degree. Chad was the first person to come out and gave me an estimate. Nearly everything we discussed from that point on transpired in the exact manner in which he initially described even though they weren't able to paint my house until months later (because they were super busy which he informed me about before he even came out to give me an estimate).

Chad is a very educated person and his crew falls in line right with him. He and his business partner are both college graduates and they have a couple guys from UT that work for them in the summer and another couple of guys (I only had 4 of his workers at my home so there could be more) that were great as well.

I don't want this review to get too long winded but wanted to at least write them a review because they deserve it. If you are interested there are plenty of other reviews online. They get an A+ from me. My friend is in the process of writing them a review as well on Angie's list.

I am thrilled with the results that Bob & his crew were able to do with all the projects we asked them to do. He always answered our requests with "we can do that! I will call them again to do any remodeling in my house.

We have done two major projects with Bob: a room addition and a kitchen re-model. Bob and his crew are professional, timely, polite, clean and a joy with which to work!

I called on S&GE Contractor And Chimney Sweep & Repair And Fireplace Cleaning Services Co for the first time to get an estimate when we could not stop the cold breeze coming through our chimney. Oscar arrived on time for the appointment, showed me how the damper chain was not pulled all the way and where it needed to be for the damper to close.

We had Dan at our house today to reinstall a Mors wood stove. They were wonderful and they dealt with multiple unexpected issues and went above beyond to make sure that the stove is safe and functioning. And all in time for Thanksgiving. I can't say enough good things about S&GE Chimney Sweep & Repair And Fireplace Cleaning Services Co,.

Bob came and replaced a 32" door in my kitchen with a 36" door. He is truly an artisan and takes pride in his work. He wasn't able to finish the screen door and told me he would be back in a couple of days. He and Chuck worked hard that day putting in the new door and I wrote him a check at the end of the first day.

A couple of days later just as he said he showed up and installed the screen door. Bob is a throwback from the time when a man's word and a handshake meant something. To some that might not be important but to me it is.

Highly recommended!

This is a fake phone number that will take you to an offshore phone center. There is no S&GE Chimney in Maumee. This is for SAGE which went out of business 2 years ago, and that is not their original number.
