This company was very easy to work with. Jen and Tragis were available whenever there were questions or concerns. The project manager was very thorough in finding issues prior to roof replacement snd in his inspection after the roof was finished. Issues were very quickly taken care of. I would highly recommend this company!

We contacted Frogtown Roofing about getting our roof replaced due to it being covered in moss, double-layered, and faded. Frank was very thorough with his inspection and provided us with a quote within the hour. Frogtown's quote had the best warranty and price of any of the other quotes we received. Frogtown replaced my roof in 5 hours! They did an excellent job! They went above and beyond for me. Every concern I had after the roof install was properly taken care of. I would highly recommend using Frogtown Roofing! The pictures speak for themselves.

We found Frogtown Roofing to be ethical to work with and communicative throughout the process. The materials are high quality and the crew did a great job with cleanup. It was an especially nice touch for the production manager, Jeremy, to personally check-in while the work was being done and to do a thorough inspection after completion.

We had absolute top notch service from Frogtown Roofing. Andre came out and spent 2 hours with us going over all of our options, prices and the process of things. Everything was explained in great detail. By the end of our estimation appointment there were over 100 photos taken of our roof and issues pointed out to us that we were not aware of. Frogtown provided us with some sample boards of shingles so we could get a better look at them up close-thank you Andre. During the installation of the roof all of the crew worked hard and completed our roof and clean up in one day. The project manager was on scene the entire duration making sure everything was done correctly and efficiently. The price point was very fair and right in the middle of the 4 other quotes we received from other companies. We decided to go with Frogtown because we knew what we were getting and they remained very transparent with us. Just before installation there was even a nice box of gourmet cookies delivered to the house with a thank you so that was a nice surprise. Thank you again for the awesome service, we will recommend!

I have a 4 years old roof that they did in May 2016 FOR OVER $17,000... we are the new owners two years ago on this property. Last year, a few pieces of shingles flew off and they came a few weeks later to check on it and repaired it. Saying if we have any problems, just let them know. We thought it was a fluke and did not think it will be a reoccurring issue. Lo and behold, there are 3 more areas got blown off few weeks ago and we did not even have a storm. Called them four weeks ago and they blew us off until our persistent texting and calling, they came today. ANDRE LEMERAND -project Mgr/estimator...TOLD US THAT THE WARRANTY WAS TO THE PREVIOUS OWNER AND THE PROBLEM HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HIM.

As I see it, the Corning shingles are intact, not damaged in any ways. Just blown off, this means that their workmanship is likely the cause. I have pictures taken from a drone to prove it below.

I am truly disappointed that they don’t stand behind their work! The poor workmanships and poor work ethics...it took them a very long time to get back to you on warranty work. They have found every reasons for not being able to come see the damage...like the weather, family commitments, or other work. Between my husband and I, we’d probably call him at least six times and husband texted him numerous times.

They will try to find ways for you to pay more... Local business should be friendly, responsive and easy to work with. Otherwise, we will all be going to a big chains.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, REMEMBER THIS IS A ROOF THAT COSTS OVER $17,000! TO ONLY HAVE IT FOR 4 YEARS...IS NOT MONEY WELL SPENT AT ALL!

After I posts review of a 1 ⭐️ ...frogtown contacted my husband to remedy the issue. They felt that the issue was the ventilation ridge was not secure properly with smooth nails. So this time not only will they secure it longer ridges nails but glued as well.

I am thankful for the service they have rendered and will up their review from a 1 ⭐️ to a ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ stars. Reason being...they contacted us to remedied the issue, Frank who re-installed the ridges was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable.

We really appreciated the work Frank put in and the one less star is due to the fact that we have to goes through this loop to get the issue fixed. Here are some photos of the repair.

Although their quote didn't come in the lowest, their professionalism, from the owner, J.P., to the salesman, Frank Knapik, to the set up team, and roofers, to the cleanup and magnetic walk around the workplace, for nails, etc. was excellent.
You get what you pay for, and we are thrilled with the finished roof, and eaves!.
Their job foreman was informative, and kept us up to date on their progress, throughout.
He was great as well! They also protected windows and our landscape flowers and plants from damage, with boards and tarps
We made the RIGHT CHOICE in FROGTOWN, and will defnitely recommend them to friends and family.
They even had a computer program that took a past photo of the front of our home, and allow us to "try on" the different colors and patterns of shingles. We saw the finished look before we ordered.
We'd give them 10 stars if we could, but they only offer O-5, so 5 it is.

We met Andre at our Farmers' Market. We asked him to give us a quote to reroof our home and a few days later he was here doing a very thorough inspection of our roof complete with photos to describe the status of our roof. A quote for our new roof and covered gutters arrived in a few days and following our down payment, work was scheduled. We were told when supplies and dumpster were to be delivered and when work would begin. The excellent crew worked quickly with extra care taken around our landscaping. The old roof was removed and the new one applied within one day. Care was taken to pick up all refuse from our old roof and residue from application of our new one. Day one - remove old roof and install new. Day Two- Dumpster removal Day three - gutters and gutter covers installed. Excellent supervisors on both projects continued to check in with us throughout the process and excellent crew. We can highly recommend Frogtown Roofing

Our roof looks beautiful! The roofers were hard workers and completed the work so quickly. They were so friendly even our neighbors commented! Everyone was thorough and we are happy we went with Frogtown.

I reached out to Frogtown for a roof repair and inspection as I knew our roof was getting close to end-of-life. Frogtown was very prompt in coming out, spending time on the roof taking pics to document existing conditions, and making a recommendation. No high pressure sales - which I appreciated! We came to an agreement on the scope of work and price and they were great! Tear off and installation was quick and clean, no damage to any of the siding or landscaping around the house, and the new installation looks great. We're very happy with Frogtown!

I had my complete roof replaced by Frogtown five years ago. That experience was good but I developed a leak at the bottom edge of my sunroom roof. Frogtown resolved the issue under warranty, redoing my ice guard and 4 rows of shingles. They scheduled the repair quickly and the repairman John was very professional and attentive to detail.

These people have been most cooperative and helpful. They fixed a leaking window without any problems a couple years ago. 2 Xs they repaired a wind damaged roof, quickly and efficiently. Recently a major issue - porch roof has been damaged due to improperly installed leaf filter causing the roof to warp with leaking and damage to wood under the roofing. They are working with me and when the weather breaks the porch roof will need to be replaced. Leaf Filter did fix the filter issue but would not go any further even though their leaf filter was at fault . Thanks to all at Frogtown -- their positiveness help me deal with this last issues.

Scheduled an estimate for a full roof replacement. I scheduled a month in advance and they didn’t even show up. They even sent me email reminders but still didn’t show. Tells me how much they care about their customers. They lost my business on a big job. I’ll stick with small companies from now on.

Professional and very respectful of property in the work and resource materials. We had made a mistake on our colors for roofing fixtures and shingles, but the project manager saw that it was a mismatch and informed us, corrected it, and immediately brought in matching roof vent shrouds with no extra expense or time taken. Very happy we are.
