Reviews of local pros in Maumee, Ohio

Very poor experience! Paid for design that does not fit my kitchen. After expressing my disappointment to owner I was not given any consideration for reimbursement. I would not recommend this company.

CRD was great and the whole process was great with the team members who installed our floors. Chad, Austin, Jon, & Jim did a great job of communicating when it came to the installation and if we needed to verify anything. Highly recommend them for flooring needs.

MJ was great to work with and helped make the selection process a breeze! Brennan, Derek, and Phil were very professional as they dilegently worked through some unexpected hurdles to complete a quality install.
The Kitchen tops look amazing!
Thank you TCC!

New flooring is beautiful. Bathroom remodel turned out great!

Great result exceeding expectations. Smooth process with excellent communications. High degree of attention to quality. Everybody who worked on the project were very respectful & pleasant to work with.

Fantastic job! My kitchen is stunning thanks to all the help from MJ and Joe for design and product selection. They really helped me maximize my space! MJ was great at communicating with me on details and meeting me several times to go over products. The daily on-site team was led by Chad who was great at coming up with solutions to any issues with renovating a kitchen in an older house. The same core guys, Jim, Javi and Carlos, worked with Chad daily at my house and were always professional and hard working. The attention to detail by Joe and the team exceeded my expectations. Joe stopped by several times to make sure things were being done to the highest of standards. They did a phenomenal job and I would highly recommend CRD. I will be calling them for my next project!

We hired CRD Construction to remodel our bathroom, and we’re very happy with the final results. While the project took a little longer than initially expected and we ran into a few snags along the way, the team did everything they could to keep the project moving and kept us informed throughout the process.

Lindsey was great to work with as our point of contact—responsive, helpful, and professional. The construction crew, Chad, Jim, and Austin, were respectful of our home, showed up consistently, and clearly took pride in their work. The quality of the craftsmanship really stands out, and our new bathroom looks great and functions beautifully. We would absolutely recommend CRD Construction to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality remodeling work.

Highly recommend! – very responsive, shows up and on time and speaks English.

We were referred to Otterson through a friend of a friend. We had some work eduleddone earlier on our kitchen by another contractor, who eventually left us with incomplete work, and work improperly done, then just ghosted us.
Jake Otterson came in, listened to our story, then helped us come up with a solution, and gave us an estimate.
A date was scheduled, and lo and behold, two young men showed up on time and ready to work. The work involved tearing up some LVP flooring and properly reinstalling, some drywall patching and painting, changing a handful of outlets and a switch, and installing a backsplash.
These men tackled the work, helped come up with additional solutions (our house is old, so tearing anything open ALWAYS opens a new can of worms), and finished, cleanup and all, the next day. They all were polite, punctual, and personable.
Now, after nearly a year from when the work originally started, and only 2 days with Otterson, our kitchen is done and we are more than satisfied with the results.
Thanks Jake, Jordan, and Sam.

I’m so thankful I found Otterson Contracting! I had several projects to address around my home and no idea where to start. Jake was SO helpful at talking me through all options. He called in his associate for the plumbing work, who was just as helpful and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job at the first set of projects we are tackling and I am extremely happy with the results. I would highly recommend reaching out for any home projects!

We highly recommend Otterson Contracting for anything you need done! Jake and his team came in to completely renovate our bathroom and we are so happy with how it turned out! All the guys that came in to work on the bathroom were so kind and easy to work with! They made the whole process enjoyable and we will definitely be using them for any future house projects!

I found Otterson construction through the Better Business Bureau, and I’m so grateful to have worked with them for our bathroom remodel!
Jake and Jesse went above and beyond to deliver high-quality workmanship for every aspect of our bathroom remodel. I needed ADA approved handicap grab bars as well as a shower seat installed. Our roll-in shower is amazing! Jake and Jesse, and their amazing work crew, worked with us to create a highly functional and beautiful bathroom oasis that will be a pleasure to use and enjoy for years to come. Call Jake Otterson for all your contracting needs; Jake and his highly skilled team are hard-working, prompt, and professional. Thank you for making our re-model a dream-model!

I found Otterson Contracting through the Internet and the BBB. I wanted someone reliable, that could do all the scopes of work I needed to get done to include tile, LVP, and woodwork.
They did a wonderful job on my tile floors, LVP (to include a bump/defect in the subfloor) and new casing and baseboards. Very happy with their quality of work and the guys were very professional and always let me know what was going on.
Would highly recommend them!

They were professional and kept their worksite clean. They were polite and did quality work.

Eric helped with various projects needed after a home inspection, and I'm confident the next inspection will find fewer issues. Very professional, knowledgeable, and fairly priced.

Eric and team were very professional and performed high quality work. Would recommend for any home repairs/remodeling projects.

Eric with Handyman Elite and his crew were so great. They were respectful, on time, cleaned up after themselves and did an awesome job with the floor installation. I highly recommend.

Eric was very easy to work with and completed the job quickly and professionally. I would recommend him to anyone and will use his company again when we look to tackle our next big project.

I would highly recommend Handyman Elite! Eric listened and understood exactly what I wanted & even found and picked up the perfect sink for me. He and his helper, Tyler, made sure everything was done perfectly, and they were a pleasure to deal with. My expectations were exceeded and I'm already lining up another job for them to do. Customer service and communication is excellent!

Today was the second time we have hired Elite Handyman LLC for repairs at our home. The first was this summer for some exterior work, and today they performed a number maintenance projects inside the home (installing new faucet, new utility room sink, repairing doors and replacing old heating vents). Both of the times they have worked on our property have resulted in excellent repair work, done efficiently and at a fair price. In addition they did an outstanding job of cleaning up after the repairs. I give Elite Handyman LLC my highest recommendation if you need work done around your home! If you need anything done, give them a call - you will be happy you did!!

Eric does amazing work at a great price. He installed a new bathroom in our home as well as new flooring. Eric also installed new doors for us throughout the house. We will definitely be hiring him again in the future for other things. You will not be disappointed in choosing Handyman Elite for any project for your home!
