Reviews of local pros in Maumee, Ohio

Highly recommend! They called us promptly, the man that showed up was so professional and nice. Got our faucets all fixed up quickly and efficiently! We will call them again.

I had garage flooding from an outdoor drain being plugged. Jeff, Cody and Larry all came on time, spent hours helping me find the issue. Cleared 30+ feet. We made it across the street to the sewer! Found it was plugged there and needed jetted. Jeff saved me 800 bucks + by getting ahold of the city! They came out 2 days later (the city) and jetted my lines. Thanks guys. Next time I need any work or repairs, I know who I'm calling

Excellent! Very reasonable for the major work needed regarding my kitchen/basement pipes.
I especially liked the serviceman Cody. He explained everything he needed to do along with what the cost would be to complete. Would definitely recommend this plumbing company.

Called them regarding a water heater that I thought was going out. They sent someone out that same day to take a look at it, and offered to take a look at the shower handle to make sure everything was in tip top shape. Will definitely use them in the future for any and all things plumbing!

We had a new faucet installed yesterday and today it wasn’t letting water come out. Called Merrit and they were out within 11/2 hrs. and the problem was fixed even though it had nothing to do with installing the faucet. Very nice young man, John, couldn’t have been more helpful. Very impressed!

Sent two licensed plumbers and did a fabulous job.

We have been working with Merit Plumbing, Inc for a number of years. We’ve worked with other plumbers and not one has measured to the level of quality, craftsmanship and professionalism. We highly recommend Merit Plumbing if you are looking for a project well done!

I had a plugged up sewer pipe. Called Merit Plumbing out and they sent out two terrific technicians with all the high end equipment to get the job done. My pipe had a weird bend in it so they had to go on the roof and send the auger down the vent pipe. Now that is going the extra mile. I would highly recommend Merit if you have any plumbing or drain problems. Great local company.

An excellent topnotch experience -from office correspondents Jeff and Amy to a plumbing job WELL done in efficient time and guaranteed by Robbie ...who took pride in his work in craftsmanship and cleanliness (wearing a mask without me asking) and knowledge of plumbing and more ... very respectful gentleman. And to boot the price was right! Keep up the good work Merit.

Great experience, the guys were able to take care of the issue. They were friendly and professional. The price was reasonable and I will hire them for future jobs.

Our service tech was wonderful. He went above and beyond to help us. Knowing we had a baby in the house he did everything possible to get our hot water heater replaced in a very timely matter. Very professional and excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. Very satisfied customer 👌

If you need a quality professional plumber, Merit is by far the best I have worked with, hands down. I have worked with Jeff and his team on 2 emergency water main break projects and Merit made the process much less painful both times. I highly recommend considering Merit for your needs!

Very friendly and easy to work with. We had a lot of work done and they reviewed everything with me before they left to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction. They made a couple modifications without charging us extra. Definitely will use again.

My water heater broke and was leaking all over my carpeted basement. Jeff sent his team over right away and also helped me with the price. They were amazing, professional and quick. Will definitely use them again!!

Merit plumbing, specifically Cody, has helped me to find ATT wires that crushed my sewer pipe near my city hookup. Cody also helped to clear an interior sewer pipe clog on another visit. I cannot recommend calling a real plumber over a rooter service enough. Cody was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about his trade.

Larry and Katie ...just superb!!. Punctual, thoughtful, flexible, and just fantastic workmanship

Excellent customer service, professional, and can tell the team is proud of the company and the work they do. Called Merit for a needed repair to shower drain and faucet (DIY gone wrong...oops). Very happy with the work completed, quick response, and consultation. Would recommend them to anyone - Thanks Larry!!

Jeff and his team at Merit Plumbing go above and beyond to make sure each customer is taken care of! Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and very quick to return calls, answer questions, and set up appointment times. He truly cares about the quality of work and holds his team to the highest quality standards as well! We will continue to refer all of our friends and colleagues to Merit.

We had a sump pump go out and the backup was struggling to keep up. I called Merit Plumbing and Jeff pulled a service man off another job and had him here in 1/2 hour. Cody was very professional and knowledgeable. Pump was replaced and working before our basement flooded.
5 stars + for Merit’s customer service and professionalism! And by the way, their price was better that the other 2 companies I called.

Great company! Cash did a great job! He was efficient, professional, polite, personable and on time. He found the issue, told me what it was and fixed it right away. He cleaned up the area where he was working and left no mess. Highly recommend!

I rarely write Google reviews. With that being said, I felt compelled to write one for Larry and Cash from Merit Plumbing. I have an old home that needed quite a bit of plumbing work. From the first phone call until the time they left, Larry and Cash were the ultimate professionals! I really appreciated their knowledge and how they walked me through everything they were going to do. What was even more impressive was their execution of the described work. I was very impressed with how well they worked together (I called them "The Dream Team"). They performed quality work very efficiently. It was a pretty complicated job and they were done with it in two, half-days. In addition, they were very nice and kept my house and basement clean. I would highly recommend Merit Plumbing! In fact, I have Larry and Cash coming back to do more plumbing work for me at the end of this month.
