We were referred to this company by a local plumber when our toilet was repaired, but we started having back up issues immediately after and he was not able to fix the problem. This was on a Friday at 11pm and Harrison immediately texted me saying that he could be at my house the next morning at 9am even though the call center said he couldn’t be here until the following Monday. We were so relieved, having been without our only working bathroom for two days already with two young children. He showed up and immediately assessed the problem area and gave us two different options to solve the issue with pricing. We ultimately needed to go the more expensive route as it was absolutely necessary, but we appreciated all of his input and honesty. He called in another worker for help to get our toilet up and running on a Saturday so we didn’t need to be without any longer. This whole process involved jack hammering, concrete pour, the works! They were done so much sooner than expected and used high quality materials so we know this issue will not happen again. We couldn’t be more thankful for all of their compassion for us in this situation and helping us in such a quick manner. We will be calling them for any future issues and recommending their company to any one in need!

Highly recommend - very nice guys!! Our kitchen sink wouldn’t drain and I couldn’t wait days for someone to come out. My husband called Urus and they were out to our home within 2 hours. Had a little incident with my shower tub faucet earlier today that led to me having to turn off the water to my whole house since it was spewing out of a snapped off shower cartridge with no way to stop it. Ended up coming across these two gentlemen and I sure am happy I did! Their shop is also only a few minutes away from my house ironically. They were super knowledgeable and completely honest with me on what needed to be done. You should have no worries or doubts dealing with these guys as they put in very quality time and effort in making sure everything was back to normal for me. I was not disappointed and on top of that I was charged an extremely reasonable price. It was an unfortunate time for something like this to happen, but I sure am glad these guys were around to make it right. I highly recommend these two to anyone who may be needing plumbing work done. I couldn't thank them enough for their awesome work. Super chill and laid back guys and we were chatting it up a little bit in the process. They come from great work backgrounds and know exactly what they are doing. Urus Sewer and Drain deserves nothing less than 5 STARS!

I had an emergency plumbing issue, and submitted my request at roughly 10PM and received a call within 5 minutes or less. The gentleman on the phone was extremely friendly, helpful and showed empathy to my situation and scheduled for someone to come in the morning. I was able to go to bed with ease knowing my issue would be resolved in the morning.

During the visit with Joe, he was very impressive with his performance. He was able to almost immediately find out the issue, resolved it and checked 3-4 times to make sure the issue was resolved before leaving. I also want to add that during the visit my curious child was very observant of Joe working and he was nice to him as well. With ending the visit, he left me with some helpful teaching techniques to attempt.
