On a rainy Friday night we noticed that our sump pump was not working (and raw sewage water was backing up into our basement). Harrison was over in 26 minutes and diagnosed the problem / came back Saturday morning to correct the issue. When life throws curve balls (in this case our children sneaking Capri Suns and flushing them down the toilet) there is no price tag to put on timely service. Highly recommend!! - David T.

The team from Urus Sewer and Drain were timely and courteous. They did excellent work and we now have a new garbage disposal. This team had previously come out to install a new basement drain for us earlier this year. They do great work and they are our go to sewer and drain experts.

I don’t have enough good words to say about Urus, they are amazing. Extremely kind, professional, hardworking. Urus heard about my situation and was extremely fast with working with my landlord to get my situation fixed as quick as possible, Harrison and Joe were very understanding about everything, got my repair done quickly and made me aware of a secondary issue and even spoke with my landlord in regard to that repair as well as provided names of companies to help. I could not recommend enough!

I originally hired Urus Sewer and Drain to repair a leaky toilet. To my surprise the toilet was leaking because of a blockage in the drain. They hydro flushed the drain and were able to remove the blockage. Harris and Joe did a fantastic job and kept me informed along the way. 7

These guys came out to service one of my rental properties in Akron. Fast response & got out to the property within 24hrs. Replaced a pipe in the kitchen. Got the job done professionally at a reasonable price. Will definitely recommend & use again.

I cannot recommend the Urus team enough. After repeated clogging issues that were addressed by the "big name" company, we wanted a second opinion and looked for a local team when we found Urus Sewer and Drain. Their team responded to us quickly (on a Friday evening!) for an issue at one of our projects and were there to resolve first thing Monday morning. Harrison and Joseph were professional, knowledgeable and able to clearly identify the issues (in layman's terms). We are so grateful for Urus Sewer and Drain. Unfortunately, we were told by a big plumbing company that we had a $15k issue that needed to be repaired.
