Joe and Cam did a really great job for us cleaning out the main line to the street. They showed up first thing on a cold Saturday, were very knowledgeable and friendly, and went above and beyond to get the line flowing again. Thanks again for everything!

I’ll try to keep this short. They worked on my neighbor’s drainage. When leaving they tore big ruts in my yard and damaged landscape blocks (have pictures). Started contacting them in March. Customer service has been horrible. Only person to respond is gone. Came out once to fix when I wasn’t home (didn’t notify me) and did lousy job. Several blocks were glued upside down and crooked and all they did was throw straw in ruts. No fill or seed (nothing has grown). Since then have called numerous times with no response after messages were left with a central number. Last message taken the person on phone said they were having issues at that location. I asked for owner to call, nothing so far for two days…
Would not recommend. Very poor response time and customer service.

The worker you sent out was know what he was doing and worked hard at it to get out toilets and all water going again and he was very polite can not thank him enough, thing are still going well. Thank Him for Us He was very good .

I have never had a bad experience with Roto-Rooter. We have issues with our main water sewer line , it gets blocked from time to time and needs to be hydro jetted. Our home warranty had an in network company come out and they did NOT fix the problem and just basically left me with “call the city we can’t fix it”. But I called Roto-Rooter (because we have used them before and had great service) and they came out immediately after the other contractor left. SAME DAY! They did in fact fix the issue at hand and we can finally use our water again! Joe Lynchl and John M. Were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient!. The service manager also came out and did a sewer video for us and was just as friendly and professional as Joe L and John M.
Highly recommend!!!

The tech who came out yesterday spent a good 2 hours debugging an intermittent leak issue from a drain pipe, and eventually found the source. The source turned out to be a spill in the room above, not a leak, and he left without charging us because "it wasn't a plumbing issue" after all.

He was really great to work with and very persistent in the face of a difficult to diagnose problem. I've now had two very good interactions with RotoRooter in Medina. They also did some piping repair work for me last year, which has held up well and caused no new issues. I recommend them, and will continue to use their services in the future.

Tyler Reddington went above and beyond to help us! He traveled to find the right piece to fix our refrigerator line and was not satisfied until the line worked perfectly. The piece he installed was of superior quality than our original piece. Tyler not only repaired our water line, he also repaired our kitchen faucet and looked at our washer. Tyler was very professional, courteous, experienced and friendly. His work was excellent. We highly recommend Roto-Rooter and Tyler for any plumbing needs. Thank you, Tyler!

Very good he explained alot and he helped with the septic drain got it unclogged it and it helped with the kitchen sink too. He tried the tub couldn't get it. Thanks to the technician James for trying to get it. Thanks for the help. And the price was not as much as we thought thanks for the help again.

John did an excellent job. Articulated well the issue I had and was fast and efficient with his work. Would recommend to friends and family.

They were great. Ours was a pretty big job at least to us. They were there with in hour. Technician, supervisor and clean up and sanitizing. The company as good communication with all their different levels of need.

James shared his knowledge and was very thorough about his work. We had a blockage and he spent the time to make sure it was cleared and looked for the root cause of why the blockage occurred. I recommend asking for James the next time you need work completed.

Definitely recommend Roto Rooter. Can’t express how super professional Tyler and Camden were. They quoted me a more affordable, better option, for a hot water tank than a local merchant. They were efficient with installing the hot water unit, originally advised 6 hrs for installation, completed install and clean up in less than 3 hours. My experience was wonderful and they will be my first choice to call for all my plumbing needs. 😁

Tyler did an amazing job. He was very friendly, professional, informative and gave me a couple different options for services. Once the work started he was very proficient and fast and went over his findings and the work done. He noticed a few minor things that he was able to assist with that was outside of the services requested. It was a breath of fresh air to have somebody give 110%. Life customer now.

Sunday, March 16th, our sewer backed up into our laundry room. What a mess! We called a few plumbing services without results. Finally, we tried Roto-Rooter. Couldn't help us Sunday, but Tom was able to schedule us Monday at 2:00. So thankful. Not easy to not use your water or flush a toilet. Arthur arrived early. He was great. He explained options and told us exactly what he was going to do. He was very thorough. We are so happy with the results. Thank you!

Had a basement backup and Joe and Camden came next day at around 4pm and stayed until the job was done around 8. They even made a trip to Home Depot for a part that broke while fixing the issue. They were courteous and very knowledgeable. Kept us appraised of the progress and gave us multiple options for service. Also, despite the dirty work, when they left the area was pretty nicely cleaned up! Their hard work was very much appreciated! Thanks guys!
