I wanted to get service from this company for my business as they worked with the previous owner in the same location. I called the company 4 times and every time they scheduled a time, but never showed up and no call. After 2 months when i tried calling them again, they cannot work for me just because the owner changed. I got their contact from the previous owner in the first place. I wanted to continue with them because they might know the existing issues.

You are able to find a plumbing company pretty much anywhere, however, finding a plumbing company that is able to resolve your needs efficiently, correctly and reasonably priced is another story. I found just that with Fitzwell Plumbing. This is the only company I use now for all of my business and personal plumbing projects.

They came out the same day even though it was later in the evening. I called other companies plus ones that said that they were 24 hours but they could not come to the next day or the next. They actually mean 24 hours. We had Bryon Riffel and his son and they made a good team. I would recommend them.

Had a sump pump emergency. Fitzwell came out immediately and handled the issue. They were very friendly and answered all the questions I had about what I could do to never experience this type of issue again. It was refreshing to be treated respectfully even though my knowledge in this area is limited. It is evident this business takes pride in their work.

Bryon is such a genuine, honest & reliable guy! Always answers the phone, shows up on time, and has never tried to take advantage (like most places do). I will continue to use them for any needs in the future, 100 percent recommend if you need anything!!

I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed the process of working with this company. From the moment we made the call to the end of the service, I was impressed with everything. To start, they were able to do same day service which is a rarity. The workers explained every little step in grave detail. They went beyond what was needed in terms of extra parts to ensure the job was top notch while keeping costs competitive. In terms of costs, for what was done with the timing, I have zero complaints. They were very well prepared for the task at hand and there was no wasted time.

The cable company drilled a hole through my pipe but we did not realize this immediately. I ended up with water in one corner of my basement. I had 3 plumbers out to help me figure out what the issue was and help me fix it. Bryon was wonderful. He figured out what was wrong immediately. He also found the least invasive way to fix it. The other companies wanted to tear up the inside of my wall and Bryon was able to fix it from the outside to prevent any inconvenience to my family. I HIGHLY recommend him!!! My husband was out of town and my sump pump went out. It was late and all the stores around me were closed. Not that I would of known what to do if I bought one 🥺Not sure what to do I called my husband. He told me I needed to get someone out right away or I was going to have a much bigger problem.
I googled a local plumber and a few came up. The first place I called said they could get to me in the morning. Well I have a job I needed to get to . My next call was to Fitzwell. Someone picked up right away. After explaining my problem he offered to come out and help me that night. And what a help he was!!!! Bryon - the owner showed up about an hour later. He was able to replace my sump pump. He was very friendly and personable. I was a little weary about letting a person in my house so late at night when my husband was out of town. But Bryon came in introduced himself and went to work!!! He was very professional and cleaned up the area he worked in. I couldn’t even tell he was there. I will be recommending Fitzwell Plumbing to all of my friends and family.

This company is awesome and so happy I have stumbled onto them. Long story how I was taken advantage of by a crooked plumber. In the end, Brian Fitzwell came to my rescue and in one day had everything back to perfect. His crew was so nice, knowledgeable and had everything available in their truck.

As a new restaurant owner, I had to have major plumbing done to get to code. I had called several most wouldn't even come look for several weeks! Bryon- was totally different! I haven't seen customer service as Awesome as the owner, Bryon and his team! They all worked together-very professional! Cleaned as they went and a job that was quoted by others would be 2 week project; Bryon's team 2 long days and done, cleaned and passed inspection with health department first time! Rate was below anyone else and started within a fews days of call! Bryon- communicated every step and the One bump was immediately ratified without adding on charges! Fitzwell quotes and keeps his quote! I would recommend This team to any business or residence for any work! Honest Professional and impressive (I am one that isn't impressed easily)! A++++ and Thank You Bryon and team for getting The Bucket List Restaurant Bar ready to open!

When my hot water tank started leaking, I reached out to Bryon at Fitzwell Plumbing. It was so nice to have a person answer the phone, be able to explain the issue and be informed that he would be out THAT DAY, AFTER HOURS, to replace the tank. Bryon texted me when he would be there and he and his employee were efficient and professional. Highly recommend!

Before I get started, I want to explain the rationale behind my five-star rating. A lot of people say "nothing is ever perfect, there's always room for improvement," and while that is true, it's pointless to apply that idea to rating or reviewing anything. For me, a five-star rating means that no significant, meaningful improvements could have been made to the end result or the experience throughout.

Now, as for what I'm writing this review about: Fitzwell Plumbing recently replaced my entire bath tub, diverter piping and all.

We undertook this project after discovering that my current shower and bath piping was very slowly leaking into my living room ceiling. This had caused some very minor mold build-up on one of the 2x4s present in that section of wall, along with damage and mold along the grout lines. Wanting this problem fully resolved, and not just a band-aid solution, I elected to tear everything out and get it all rebuilt the right way, so that way I would have a bath tub and piping that would last throughout my ownership of this home, and throughout the next owner's as well, without issue.

The work itself started on a Tuesday and, by Thursday morning, we once again had a fully functional shower. Most of the demolition was handled by Ben on the first day, one of the best individuals I have ever had the pleasure of working with in any capacity. The entire team worked together on the second day when it came time to get the bathtub installed, and it was once again Ben who took care of patching the walls. After letting the joint compound dry overnight, Ben returned Thursday morning to do some sanding and properly feather the walls.

Throughout the entire process, the whole team was focused, polite, and put up with my endless questions about the process. As a young homeowner, that counted for A LOT with me. Needless to say, when the initial bulk of the work was done, I was not surprised to find myself extremely pleased with the new tub and surround.

Fitzwell Plumbing, it should be noted, took care of everything involved in this process except the painting. So, if you look at the below pictures and notice some of the imperfections in my imperfect paintwork, those belong to me and not their team. In fact, it was after an initial coat was applied on Thursday evening that I discovered the walls were still somewhat rough and uneven after the feathering. Bryon very conveniently showed up an hour or so after that initial coat was applied just to check on things and answer my last, lingering questions. He saw the walls were still kind of rough and let me know that Ben would come out Friday to address that, along with anything else I might notice, and he would work with me all day if necessary until I was entirely satisfied. Once again, I appreciated this more than I could say.

As promised, Ben returned Friday morning and, between stretches where he had to wait for new joint compound to dry, spent a couple more hours smoothing everything out.

It has been just shy of two weeks now since the work was complete, giving everything time to settle and any issues with the work to reveal themselves. However, I am thrilled to report that, as of this writing, everything is functioning perfectly and looking great. Despite daily checks, I haven't been able to find any indication of slowly leaking pipes, and drywall was dramatically improved by Ben's return visit on Friday.

Overall, Fitzwell Plumbing provided not just excellent products, exceptional work, and excellent post-job customer care, but also the recommendations (and explanations!) vital to a somewhat-new homeowner like myself. If you're looking for a team you can genuinely trust to be honest with you, and to have a real sense of ownership for any work they're performing in your home, all for a very fair price? Look no further than Fitzwell Plumbing. I couldn't recommend them more highly if I tried!

We had just purchased a new home and within days we had huge plumbing issues. The owner Bryan and his team came as soon as possible and were not only professional and very hard working but compassionate as well. It was a huge hit for us to have this happen right after moving in. They did and said everything to help make the process easier for us. Very reasonable and we know that we were not charged as much as we could or should’ve been. They are our plumbers forever and we recommend them to everyone.

I truly wish I could leave zero stars, but it will not allow me to.While they did no work for me their customer service is absolutely horrific. My warranty company contracts out to them and I was set up to have an appointment on November 6 at 9 AM… When the plumber no showed at 9 AM I called my Home Warranty company and they directed me to call the business number instead of the plumber directly so I got their owner BYRON and he was absolutely the rudest person I’ve had to deal with… He explained to me that they had an emergency and while I do understand that emergencies happen a quick phone call or text to let somebody know is all it would have taken to remedy the situation. He did have my phone number and his worker also had my phone number because we shared text messages and photos but instead, he was rude and asked me is anything broken or leaking and when I stated no, he said then it’s not an emergency and hung up… I would think as a business owner and in difficult times one would have a better customer service than this, but rest assured I will never use him and will never recommend him for Plumbing needs based off the one phone interaction… First impressions go along way and you, sir made a horrible one.

To reply to your comment. The way I spelt your name is how the Ryan Homes agent spelled it. And you’re wrong. You no showed and were rude when you got called about it. I am a Ryan Home Owner. Even your worker who came out later stated your rudeness and apologized for you So please quit whining about it. Your reply is appalling and completely in accurate. Sorry your feelings got hurt but the truth. Guess it does hurt. You suck as a business owner with no customer service skills. You answered the phone when I called in a rude manner. For no reason at all.

Bryan is the best! He fixed our problem in about 10 minutes! Plus he was kind enough to take his shoes off:) Cannot recommend enough!
