Value-Rooter was there for an emergency call when others weren’t. We went through quite a few plumbers who advertise “Emergency Service” who couldn’t make it to us until the next day or two days after. We had a clogged main between our house and septic, so water was backing up out of our first floor toilet. We did not have time to wait for a plumber one or two days later. The water to our house was off and we could not use any of the drains or toilets. Valu-Rooter was there within the hour and had the issue resolved and saved a lot of water from flooding our house. They were professional, on time, clean, knowledgeable and polite. I would absolutely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone in an emergent situation that requires a plumber.

We had a clogged sewage line. I called upon Another company first to do the job. The plumber spent about 3 hours at our house, could not get the drain unclogged and said we would need to excavate for about 6k and they wouldn’t be able to perform this service for about 2 weeks. I then called Valu-Rooter and it was the best decision I made. Dalton got here very quickly, i explained to him the situation and he said “if I can’t get this, no one can.” Let me tell ya, he got the job done and we couldn’t be more thankful for his hard work!!

Had a main line blocked, called Valu-rooters. They were here in less than an hour. The two technicians, David and Dalton were courteous and professional. Nice guys to talk to, kept everything clean and had my line unclogged in less than a half hour at a reasonable price. I would recommend this company gladly. I’m older and it’s nice to see that there are still companies out there that believe in good manners and professionalism. Keep up the good work gentlemen!

Dave was skilled and responsive getting the job done carefully while offering great advice on the rest of my laundry room project. Dave was very friendly and cost effective leaving everything cleaner than it was when he started. Couldn't have asked for a better man for the job! So if you need a plumbing service, Dave's your man.

Dave, was very professional. Our gas line came out of the floor too far into our kitchen and our new stove wouldn't push all the way to the wall. He put an elbow on the gas line just above the floor to give the clearance we needed. He arrived in a good timely manner and axplained what he had to do to get the job done. Very happy we the job. I would recommend the company .

Valu-Rooter was able to come out same day and fix a clogged pipe I had tried unsuccessfully to snake. Dave was very personable, understanding, professional, and helpful. He not only got the job done but also gave us tips how to think about and operate our disposal for better results. Thanks Dave!

Outstanding! Ryan Swiney and Dave Swiney of Valu Rooter Medina are absolutely amazing! We called them around 5:30 PM and they had our sewer line which was completely blocked solid with tree roots cleaned out, and had all of their tools and supplies picked up by 10:00 PM! They are among the most courteous and professional people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! It's so good to know that there are still some companies that go above and beyond without breaking the bank! They definitely have a customer for life with me! Thank you again, Ryan and Dave!

Dave was amazing I had him out to my house last year to replace my hot water tank completely and did an amazing job. Fast forward a year later had a plumbing issue the first person I thought of was Dave. He didn’t even hesitate to call me back was super helpful and knowledgeable. He was out the next day to help fix a pretty nasty leak we had. Would highly recommend his service any time. Good all around guy he’s helped us tremendously.

Nathan came out to do an overall inspection and was honest with his assessment. He fit me in the schedule next day, and was able to help clear my concerns. He’s been here before to help with an emergency and does an amazing job.
