We're relatively new to the area and really struck gold in finding Valu-Rooter and Dave Burner in particular. I had a 2nd floor tub leaking thru my 1st floor ceiling drywall. Dave and Dalton assessed it, gave me my options and did a 1st rate job fixing it very quickly and efficiently. Good people too .. these are the kind of folks you want to do business with!

Dave was great! We needed him to scope a sewer line for us. He was on time, no actually he was early he beat me there! Scoped our lines and found out where we have to tie in. I called on a Sunday night close to 9 because my water heater was leaking everywhere. They told me how to turn the water off and Dalton came over first thing in the morning because they didn't have a water heater on hand to replace my old one since it was a Sunday night. My water heater was installed before noon on Monday. Dalton was very nice and professional. He clearly knows what he's doing. He gave me different options and explained everything. I had just moved to the area and had a leak that was dumping water all over the kitchen and into my basement. At 11pm at night I was desperate for anyone to just answer the phone and Valu did. I called several big companies that advertise 24hr help and they didn't even have the courtesy to return a call or text or anything. Chris came out that night and saved my sanity, kitchen and as it turns out my electric panel which is located in my basement. I will be forever grateful for their response and the plumbing work they have done for me. They have and will continue to receive my business.
