Both times I have been here, unbelievably RUDE customer service. They didn’t even carry the very basic item I needed (washers). They told me to go to Home Depot. I won’t waste any more time with this place.

Hot water tank went at night and by noon the next day I had a new one installed. Keith was very profesional and helpful and didn't mind having to deal with the mess in my basement. And my dogs liked him so that's always a huge plus in my book.

This company is trustworthy and fair! I called for a second estimate because Roto Rooter jetted a clogged outdoor pipe and told me I'd have to fix a problem that they had "found" while unclogging it. APPC Plumbing checked it out and found there was no problem at all with the pipe! I asked how much they would charge if they did have to fix the pipe and it was a third of what Roto Rooter charged! They saved me a lot of money for an unneeded repair. Thank you Greg!

I bought a hot water tank from Home Depot a couple of weeks ago. It was installed by APPC employee Joe Whitlocke. Joe was both personable and professional. He did a great job! Very thorough and efficient in his work, and in his explanation of how the tank operates. APPC is fortunate to have such a person as Joe Whitlocke representing and working for
the company.

So the two-man crew who replaced my hot water tank was awesome! The tank was under warranty, but I also wanted to upgrade to a larger size. THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING. Mike even handled making the phone calls to Rheem and he went through Rheem's crazy automated response phone menu for me - above and beyond the call of duty. The install crew was very polite, clean - don't get me wrong, they were messy, but if you're going to make an omelette you gotta crack a few eggs. But in the end, they cleaned everything up. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

I purchased a hot water heater through Home Depot about a year ago and they were the company that installed it. Recently the heater had several problems and they did everything they could to fix the issues including contacting the manufacturer on my behalf for parts. In the end a new appliance was needed and they handled the removal and install of the unit. Friendly staff and dedicated to customer service.

3/10/22 &3/11/22 - Greg & Zach from APPC dug a trench in the back yard to reroute the basement sump pump to the street drain. They also repaired 2 drain pipe leaks and tied in the front corner drain spout to the street drain. Then they dug a 10 foot deep hole in the front yard to install a back flow valve. They did excellent work on both projects and were done with everything in two days. They did an amazing amount of work for two guys. Both Greg and Zack were friendly and professional. I’d definitely recommend them and APPC to anyone with plumbing projects. Hats off to APPC Plumbing Services.

Got a water heater installed and it’s been completely unreliable since I’ve had it. I told them the fault codes that keep happening but apparently I’m not a good enough trouble shooter for them to fix something under warranty. Perhaps I should start charging them the time I put into it as well. I completely regret using this place but it’s really Home Depot’s fault for recommending them. I’m attempting to get it removed and replaced by people that can actually service the products they install.

Our main water line to the house started leaking. Fortunately we were home and noticed it almost immediately. The leak was before the shut off valve and we had no way to stop the water. I called the water department and was told they could not come immediately. We had work done by APPC plumbing in the past and I called them this time. They were at our house within 20 minutes after the call! Turned off our water and began to repair the pipe. The water department did show up after the repairs were under way. By responding so quickly the damage to our hardwood floors and carpet could have been a lot worse. I am forever grateful to APPC plumbing tor their timeliness, expert knowledge and for being courteous during this stressful time for us.

APPC does great work. I've hired them twice. Once for a new water heater and once for a plumbing leak. They are on top of things and good at what they do. Plus, the people answering the phone are super friendly and easy to talk to.

Everything about my experience with this company was positive. From the initial phone call, everyone was professional and helpful. They gave me an estimate right away and once I decided to go with them they were out the next day! Dave and Jeremy came out and did a great job! They were on time, professional and did a great job leaving the work area clean. In these times of terrible customer service this company gives me hope that there is still people who take pride in their work. I will be using them in the future for sure!

I bought a new hot water tank from Lowe's and they set up the installation through APPC plumbing services. The installer called before his arrival and arrived on time. He communicated with me to make sure I understood the process and associated costs and he cleaned up after he was finished.

I was very impressed with you guys. The guy who answered the phone (sorry I forgot your name) was quick with an answer, gave me a price for everything on the spot (which happened to be the lowest quote I received) and scheduled me for the next day. Efficient. Dave called the next day, showed up on time and fixed our shower quickly, cleanly and professionally. And he was a nice guy! I don’t often write reviews, because I can’t often say it couldn’t have been any better, but I can say that about APPC. Great job and thank you.

Recently we bought a new house that had a bad water heater. We were gifted a new water heater by generous relatives that bought it at home depot. It came with installation so APPC showed up. The kid they sent (Joe Whitlocke) was fantastic! He was on time, friendly, and had no problem answering all my stupid questions. He even showed me a trick to get my side door to stay open. We just had our city inspection for the installation and passed with flying colors. The guy said it was perfect (and in a super tight space too). I highly recommend APPC and ask for Joe for your plumbing needs.

Had HWT installed 6 months ago. Everything was working fine. 4 weeks ago. I turned on the water, and it smelled horrible. I called and asked for an appointment to see what the issue could be. They asked how old my tank was.I told them they had installed it approx. 6 mo.ago. They refused to give me an appt. Over the next two weeks, my hair smelled so bad, I couldn't stand it.Then it turned bright red, and is very damaged. My skin was under attack.
I have been a mess. I called another company, they came out, said my expansion tank was not hooked up, did a flush on the tank that had brown water in it and a defective anode rod. I was told 3 times it was not my tank, and we are not coming out. Instead of saying they would take a look and see what the problem is. I AM SO GENUINELY DISAPPOINTED. I RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE FOR YEARS! To be treated like this was so incredibly unprofessional.

Had APPC come out to put in a new water heater purchased through Home Depot. Dave was awesome, fast, professional and courteous. Will definitely keep APPC in mind if more plumbing needs arise. Prices were quoted up front which was awesome. Thanks again for a great job.

Had an appointment for water heater install at 0915 to get measured ect. They called at 0840 i was clearing area around heater and did not hear/ answer. They went to other jobs leaving me wo service . They wanted to schedule for another day. I had someone else install.. couple thou $ to someone else.. sharing is forgiving ? Should be negative rating #s.

When our water heater broke late one night, APPC was out the very next morning to replace it. It was a very stressful situation and their responsiveness quickly put our minds at ease. (And gave us running water again.) Zac was an excellent technician; he worked quickly and was very personable. I highly recommend APPC Plumbing Services.

APPC Plumbing installed a hot water tank for me. What I loved most about this company is when they came out and inspected my old water tank, they didn’t quickly say I needed to replace it, they gave me several options.

We ended up going with a full replacement, mainly because we were putting our home up for sale soon.
They came in with the new tank and were in and out within a few hours. Pricing was competitive and fair. I highly recommend this business.

We called APPC because we have used them several times before, and were very pleased with their service. They were not able get to us until the following week, due to a full schedule. Their technician, Eric, called the next day to say he would be able to come that day. He came and fixed our leak quickly and at a very fair price. We were very pleased they made such an effort to help us.
