There is nothing worse than finding water in the hot water tank pan (well maybe finding water on the floor would be worse) because its a sign that the tank is failing. When it happens, who can you call? I called a number of plumbers who wanted an arm & a leg to replace my hot water tank, and they were scheduled a week out. I put in a request to Home Depot who connected me with APPC Plumbing Services, and I am lucky I did it! I went through Home Depot Wednesday evening, Thursday morning someone from APPC called me with options, and Friday the unit was replaced. The people on the phone were patient and explained things very easily. The individual who came to my home, Joe, what can I say besides "all star"? Absolutely knew what he was doing from A to Z. You can always tell a good employee by the way they speak of their company, and he only had good things to say. He was conscientious, clean, and checked all the boxes. Truly left things better than he found them. They even haul away the old tank and leave no evidence they were there, except for a functional hot water tank. 10/10 would use this company all day. I ended up getting a Rheem 50gal 12y high efficiency tank for less than other companies would have charged me for some 6y builder grade tank. Thanks Joe, and thanks APPC!!!

Just had an amazing experience with Dave and Greg from APPC! Christmas Eve and I have a blocked kitchen sink. They were here in 20 minutes and cleared the blockage. No unchanged for emergency or holiday. Will 100% call them again for any plumbing needs!

Went through the Orange Box store to purchase a hot water tank. They provided me with AAPC Plumbing Services. The technician was great. He was prompt and polite. He explained everything that was going to be done and did it. I have 0 complaints about this company and their service. Id advise others to use them as well for their plumbing services.

The 2 gentlemen who fixed the toilet problem last Thursday were very polite. Explained what was broken. Even took their shoes off!

I first met with Trenton regarding options for my water heater and pricing. He was very helpful and caring and this senior citizen appreciate that a lot. The next day Vinnie came for the install and everything was done quickly, professionally including the removal of my old tank. I am very happy with the outcome so far and will not hesitate to use Appc for my plumbing needs in the future.

We had a water heater that was leaking, Micheal from APPC plumbing came and did a thorough inspection and located the problem. He was very informative and helpful and saved us big time before the holidays. We really appreciated his professionalism and quality of work.

Truly wonderful service to change a water heater. Everything was completed in a timely manner, I put the request online through home depot and within a few minutes I got a call from Lori who was very thorough and explained things in details about my options, then I got things scheduled for installation in the same day. Vinnie was fantastic in terms of calling me to inform me about his ETA, he was very professional and polite. Everything was completely done with perfection. This is the kind of customer service that everyone is looking for! I would call them again for any plumbing needs.

Our hot water tank went out on Monday and we were able to get it replaced on Wednesday with APPC Plumbing being contracted out through Hone Depot. Chris & Kevin from APPC were very professional, personable and efficient in their contact prior to arriving, their attention to detail, their consideration while in the house (I did not have an issue with them keeping their boots on 😊) and their information on the progress from start to finish of the water heater removal of the leaking one and installation of the new one. They were in and out in a little over an hour and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Thanks guys and APPC!

We had a good experience using APPC plumbing for the first time. Zak and Greg did an excellent job. They were friendly, professional and very skilled.
We are very happy with their work and will use them again!

I am here to write another review after just one week. The tank on our toilet cracked and was leaking. I called and talked to Lori and she was very nice. Zak called me and said someone would be out first thing in the morning.
Dave came on time and was very pleasant, and very polite. He installed the new toilet and even cleaned the floor around the toilet before he installed the new one.

I highly recommend Oceanus plumbing. They did a fantastic job on a very difficult new vanity install. Mike and his crew went far and above our expectations. The crew is totally professional, and quickly resolved our install issues.

Jim did stellar work helping me get the garbage disposal in order which in turn got my dishwasher operating properly. He was both professional and amiable with an explanation of the problem and how he was going to fix it. I will use Oceanus again.

I can’t say enough nice things about Mike and Jim at Oceanus Plumbing. They installed two new vanities with new plumbing and two complete shower/tub plumbing tear out’s and new plumbing installed. What an amazing, clean job they did. They go above and beyond what I have experienced in the past. They communicate extremely well and show up when they say they will. They are courteous, punctual, affordable and do really clean work. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

My sink was broke - I neded it replaced - The guys at Oceanus could not have been more helpful - would recommend to anyone who needs work done!

Had a leak on a valve regulating water coming into the house.
Very professional and Mike came out on a Saturday to look at it. John came out on the followingTuesday and did a very good job. On time and can always get them with a call.Wish I could rate the whole experience as a 10!

Called to have service done on a very slow tub drain. Jim was very genuine, professional, and knowledgeable. This is an old house and took a lot of work but everything was done perfectly! He was very honest and very transparent in the process. Over the last 3yrs I’ve had overwhelming amount of repairmen for various task in my home. As a woman when something goes wrong, my anxiety goes to 10 trying to figure out who I can call that won’t try to take advantage of the situation and actually get the job done correctly. I can honestly say this was the most comfortable and at ease I’ve ever felt with someone in my home. He was very kind and so open about everything. I actually enjoyed the time he was here. I will absolutely be hiring this company in the future for various things still in need of repair or replacing. And I will definitely be recommending to everyone I know.
