True professionals!!! Communication, on time promptness and Service was 10 stars! State of the art equipment, water jet that cleaned my outside drains. Jon used a special Camera to show me the pipes after service. They even came back at no charge due to my mistake!!! Highly recommend the Oceanus Plumbing & Drain Team. Thank you Oceanus!!!!

Jon Schroeder came out and was very professional. I appreciated him putting on shoe booties when he entered my home. He was very polite, gave me a quote, left to get the supplies and returned in a timely manner. He took the time to explain and answer any questions we had.

James gave us get professional, expert advice on what type and size of water heater to replace our failing water heater. I felt we were given good insight to make our decision. Both James and Mike promptly did the job as scheduled. Clean and very quickly done; 2 hours for the total job. Very satisfied!

I hired Oceanus for help with a leaking hot water tank and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Mike called me right away, was incredibly kind and patient, and took the time to fully understand the issue while working around my schedule and was never pushy, just helpful.

Jon came out as soon as he could and was just as kind (my dogs absolutely loved him too lol). He explained everything clearly, took the time to find the root cause (which ended up solving other issues I didn’t even realize were connected), and even fixed a small gas leak he discovered no questions asked. His work was clean, thorough, and everything is running so perfectly now.

This is a genuinely good company. Very kind, professional, and worth every penny. So glad I found them and have a go-to for any future needs. 10/10 Highly recommend!

I had an emergency situation where my water tank failed me. Jim not only stopped out after hours, he explained everything to me that needed done. He promptly came back the next day and completed the replacement of the tank. Extremely professional, personable and honest. I appreciate the work as well as the information he provided!

These people with polite professional manner were pleasant, first of all. They listened my explanation and found out what was the solution. I don't speak English as my mother language, but gave me clear answer to my questions. The problem was solved no 💦! I will ask this company for further plumbing issues for sure!!!

Came home at 6am after getting off from work and found out my pipes in my garage busted overnight from the cold weather . Jon was able to come out the same day and was very professional and informative about what needed to be done and finished the job under a hour with no problems.

They were very professional and persistent to make sure my ejector system worked and was well sealed. They had to put in more time to get it right and stood by their original estimate. I highly recommended them.

They are great communicators. They updated me with times and told me who I'd be working with. They explained everything, gave me options, and didn't talk down to me. Another plumber gave me an estimate of $3,000 for something that Jon said I didn't need and saved me more than $2,000. I highly recommend Oceanus.
