I contacted Home Depot online to purchase a new hot water tank including installation, and APPC Plumbing was the company assigned to do the job. They were very professional and efficient. They returned phone calls and answered or addressed any questions or concerns rather quickly. What a smooth and pleasureable experience. Water heater installation was tricky because my tank is upstairs in the attic space. The old tank proved challenging to get down those pull-down attic stairs, it was wedged and a little too large to fit through the stair opening. They handled it all with ease and grace, completed the job without any major mess or problems and cleaned up any debris. The details of the job and any details about the tank were explained. I rarely do any kind of reviews, but this company made a positive impression on me. Thank you APPC.

Excellent service and very helpful and qualified employees. I had a water softener installed that I bought from Lowe’s. I live in Mantua and was surprised to find out when he called me from you company in Medina and said he would be at my place between 10:00 and 12:00. Joe arrived between 10:30 and 11:00 on time. I am very pleased with not only the quick service, but also his professionalism and knowledge with what he was doing. Will definitely use APPC again if needed in the future.

I’m leaving this review as an attestation to the character of 2 guys that work there. Today my car got stuck in a ditch in chagrin falls ( well my boyfriend’s car, I’m a Subaru girl we dont get stuck lol), 2 guys that work for this company saw me stuck and came and rescued me !! They literally helped push my car out a ditch! I’m so grateful ! I tried to pay them and they refused! In a world where customer service is becoming a thing of the past, how luck is this company to have 2 genuinely kind and good souls representing them. I don’t need any plumbing but best believe when I do I’m calling you guys and telling everyone I know! Thank you 1000x to those gentlemen!! Sending lots of Blessings and favor your way! Very rude. Driver literally cursing at cars and yelling at people outside of my home. Embarrassed to have used them. Will never recommend.

I have had APPC out twice now, recently to replace our water heater. I completely trust this company to do the job correctly and thoroughly! They discovered that our expansion tank was never pressurized(another plumber we thought was good) and was putting stress on the pipe. This could have flooded our basement. I am so thankful to have an excellent plumbing company that I can trust for all our needs! Thank you APPC!

Last month APPC installed a new water heater for me. From the time they received the work order through the final inspection, their customer service and workmanship was stellar. One would've thought this was their first job to start their business. "Thank you, APPC! I'm spreading the word."

The guys were here today 8-8-24 not sure how to enter 2nd review on same account so one below is from previous visit...APPC is fantastic, professional and went above and beyond to take care of a clogged pipe for me that ended up a time consuming mystery because there was no obvious source of clog but, they stayed with it and after much work and a lot of prayers it opened up and cleared. God is good and so are these fantastic gentlemen. Thank you soooo much!!

Let me just say my husband and I are thrilled to write this review with regards to APPC and all of their staff from the ladies in the office to Zack our installer/plumber. So friendly, helpful and very professional. We had a new hot water tank installed today and Zack did such a clean, professional and detailed job it looks so perfect. (All by himself I should say as his partner was delayed at another job). Appt was made and everything was done immediately and as promised on quote no surprises. We would highly recommend them as a company and we hope they truly value Zack.

We had a tough job for Logan and Michael but they took their time, was patient, nice, double checked it all , made us feel comfortable and made sure that we understood everything! They definitely have mine and my husbands business for the future !

I recently relied on APPC to install a new hot water heater, and the technician Joe W. was wonderful. I spoke to several contractors who gave insane price estimates for the job, but APPC delivered professional service with amazing turnaround time for the right price. Joe coordinated around my work schedule, answered all of my questions, and completed the job in less than 2 hours. I only regret that I didn't contact APPC first. Thanks guys!

I first got to know them from installing our water heater purchased from home depot. Kevin is professional and did a great job. Then I had them fix three of our plumbing issues. They offer a very reasonable price and finish on the spot quickly.

We used APPC through a Home Depot referral. After obtaining several estimates, we got by far the best value here. The woman who set up our appointment was very nice and responsive. The process to get everything in order was very smooth and easy. The plumber who came to install the new water heater, Kevin, was very polite and informative. I know sometimes with home repairs, you can end up trading off customer service for skill, but Kevin had a great deal of both traits. I will 100% be using APPC for any future plumbing problems we run into.

This company is a joke. The owner Keith is a real piece of work. Trying to double bill me for two service calls. When they should have fixed it right the first time coming to my home. Then a week goes by I start smelling gas. They forgot to tighten the gas line on the hot water tank. They have the nerve to ask me for another $165.00 service call when I could lost everything I own. No wonder why they only do residential work. 100% JOKE

A few weeks ago I had went through APPC to replace my hot water tank. This company is awesome and so easy to work with!! Lori was amazing help on the phone to get me started. She was very knowledgeable, up front and honest! I was quickly scheduled, Michael the technician was awesome to work with. Again, very knowledgeable and it explained everything to me. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. What I also loved about this company is they didn’t try to upsale me or try to talk me into upgrades that I didn’t need or want. (Other companies will do that!). Overall I was very impressed, this company won me over and I will be using them for any future needs! Thank you!

I was referred to this company via Home Depot, I sent them photos of my hot water tank and they gave me a very reasonable quote for the tank and needed updates.
My plumbers (Vinnie and Kevin) were very professional. They installed my unit and educated me about how to use it. I will gladly use this company again.

We needed a new water heater; we had a pretty bad leak. The tank itself came from Lowes and this was the first time I've had a task I couldn't do myself. Lowes set us up with APPC. First time I've ever had a contractor come to the house. I thought we were going to get taken on a ride...a long, expensive, painful ride.

Luck was on our side and we got next day installation under perfect circumstances. Brandon the installer was super nice and an awesome guy to talk to. He finished, took the old tank away, and everything is nice and cleaned up. I would recommend these guys again for sure! Thanks for everything.

Our technician, Vinnie, was communicative, friendly, and incredibly efficient—the job was completed in just over an hour. On top of the great service, their pricing was excellent. Another company quoted us almost $1,000 more for the same job! I couldn't be happier with the experience and highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

The service was wonderful! Everything was explained in terms I could understand. No hidden fees or costs. Everything was upfront and accurate.
