Brian did an outstanding job taking care of our plumbing problems. Our second floor toilet started leaking and when Brian arrived we found our main water shutoff in the house was defective. We ended up replacing two toilets and hardware as well as new shutoffs. I couldn’t be happier with the results and Brian is now “OUR” plumber.

Brian unclogged a kitchen drain. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I referred him to a friend who needed a new hot water heater. She was very satisfied with his service. A good value for good service.

Had Brian install a new anti freeze outside spigot. Price was very reasonable, considering he was in and out of a crawl space. He was on time, was professional in all respects, left all work areas clean. Recommended his services to my neighbor and they were also completely satisfied with his work. I would highly recommend Kowalski Plumbing.

I would highly recommend! His work was professional and reasonable. Most importantly, he was responsive and dependable. He came out for a quote when he said he was going to come out. He delivered the quote on time, and he showed up for the service on time! He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the game plan with me. He took precautions to cover all working areas and his work was clean and neat. He cleaned up after himself and left my house looking like it did prior to coming. I even texted Brian afterwards to get his advice on installing my shower fixtures and he offered advice through a phone call. He certainly didn't have to take the time to offer help, but he did! I will use Kowalski plumbing in the future and I will highly recommend him to my family and friends. And to the Google world.

I believe it is 15 years since I began calling Brian with my plumbing issues. I certainly would not keep turning to him if I wasn't satisfied with his work and character.

There is nothing worse than a clogged bathroom drain or being without hot water! Brian has been taking care of all of these issues for me for over 12 years. He is experienced and promptly takes care of the situation so his customers are not inconvenienced. He is professional and dependable as well.

Brian is a very professional and informative person. My hot water heater went and I just happened to be off the same day and Brian was able to get there the same day. He explained thoroughly everything that was going to be needed and done. He cleaned everything up afterwards and the price was right! Will always use him for any plumbing needs in the future.

Had three 24-year-old toilets replaced. Brian was able to get the new ones promptly and schedule the installation around my work-from-home schedule. He informed me of possible additional costs that might be needed once the old ones were removed, but this was not an issue. He was prompt, professional and even cleaned up afterward. Thought his price was reasonable considering it was virtually an all-day job. Highly recommend.

Brian installed a natural gas line near our deck for a grill. I requested many quotes, and not only was he the lowest price, but also the most responsive. He got the job done quickly and the work looks great. I won’t hesitate to call Brian for our future needs.

Brian arrived 5 minutes ahead of scheduled time, wore shoe coverings, and was straightforward with estimates and job time. He was able to clean and repair the thing that keeps water from leaking where toilet meets the pipe in about 2 hours. He was clean, was efficient, and very professional. He replaced our water heater a few years ago as well. My parents have used him for years and now my wife and I utilize him as our go-to plumber. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Avoid at all cost!! Went here the other day to try to support a local business. Purchased over 200$ dollars worth of plumbing parts for a bathroom project. Lady behind the counter was Insufferable, horrible customer service, 25% restocking fee(that they don't tell you about), ended up wasting over 100$ going to this store. Just go to Home depot.

I went there with my mom to
get a sump pump. We had a guy name Adam that helped us and he is wonderful. He helped my mom get a good sump pump and then he paid for it. Great store and wonderful customer service.
