Darren and his team did an amazing job taking down a tree and grinding a stump and roots that was very close to our house. He did a great job ensuring there was no damage to our house or yard and left everything very clean. Highly recommend this tree company!

Darrin and his partner did a good job removing a tree from my property today. When I called last week he came out that afternoon and gave me a quote and told me it would be removed that coming week. They came Wednesday and you can't tell they had ever been here. They cleaned up all of the debris. I highly recommend and will be the first one I call in the future and will be the one I recommend to family and friends.

Guardian - Darren and his crew - have performed above and beyond expectations for right pricing, timely communication, excellent and timely service - NO surprises. They have the proper, ‘state of the art’ equipment and people.
Recently - they’ve performed work for me - big and small at two different properties. I couldn’t recommend Any company more fully - and Knowing I’m dealing with a local and family owned NE Ohio company warms my heart.

Darren was incredibly knowledgeable and his team did amazing work. They were efficient, thorough, and extremely respectful to our property as well as the surrounding properties. From start to finish we were very impressed - they left our yard cleaner than it was when they started the project. 12/10 recommend to anyone and everyone needing tree work!

I saw Darren and his crew in the neighborhood and asked him to pop over to my house to take care of a job: Cut down two smaller trees because of the way they were hanging over my garage and grassy area, sucking up all of the sunlight. Darren was completely friendly and very willing to take care of the job on the fly. They left the area tidy and I couldn’t be happier. If I ever have a tree concern or need for trimming or removal, Darren will be the first person I call.

Normally I don’t write reviews, but I do use them for guidance, especially the negative reviews. So when I saw 5.0 stars for “Guardian Tree Care” I called for a quote. I was impressed with Darren and the price so I gave him the job. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and began working like a precision drill team with no wasted motion. They removed 12@12-15’ arborvitae, 10@15-17’ spruce, 2@35-40’ maple trees, a 15’ flowering tree and were done and cleaned by 2:45. The next morning they came and started grinding the stumps. The stumps were not just ground they were pulverized. Then they cleaned up. My yard was left cleaner then before they started cutting. I cannot emphasize how fair, fast efficient and clean the complete job “Guardian Tree Care” did. On a 5 star rating I would give them a 5.0+++++ and would use them again.

We had a great experience using Guardian for a large tree removal. Darren was great to work with and provided a fair estimate and stuck to his anticipated timeframe. Communication was fantastic and appreciated their help with written quotes and payment options. Would highly recommend them for any tree service need.

Had a bunch of tree branches and dead limbs to be removed, and a couple small trees to take out. All near my garden that they carefully worked around without compromise. Guardian completed these tasks with ease and efficiency. Then I added on a couple more trees, one to be removed and another to prune a large branch that had some upper level branches broken precariously hanging over my driveway and home. Guardian removed these items, shredded all the debris and cleaned up efficiently. Very professional and a great value for the work performed. I highly recommend them and will probably have them back for more tree removal within the year! Great People, Great Service with a friendly face that gets the job done!!!

This is by far the best tree service company, since i have been living in a neighborhood surrounded by giant tree, They came and removed a dead tree that fell on my backyard, they are so professional, affordable with great customer service. I highly recommend them because your satisfaction will be guaranteed.

These folks are great. We received a descriptive estimate of work to be done and cost for each aspect of the work. They gave us a date. They arrived on that date. They were professional and courteous. We will absolutely not hesitate in recommending guardian tree care to anyone who needs a tree trimmed or cut down.

I have used several different tree services through the years as I live on a wooded lot. Darren at Guardian Tree definitely ranks at the top of the list! Not only does he have fair pricing, but he is prompt, courteous but, most importantly, he and his crew do a fantastic cleanup. I had him trim some trees and take one down that he had told me was hollow at the base. And sure enough it was hollow about 8 feet up from the base. Looked perfectly healthy from the outside, but I trusted his opinion and he was spot on. Definitely recommend Darren at Guardian Tree Service.

Guardian Tree Care did an amazing job! The team was extremely efficient, professional, and worked quickly while still paying attention to every detail. They did a fantastic job with the tree work, and when they were finished, they left everything completely cleaned up like they were never even there. It’s hard to find a company that works this hard and takes this much pride in their work. I would highly recommend Guardian Tree Care to anyone looking for quality tree service!

We've had Darren and his crew out twice (this spring and last spring) and each time we have been so happy! He's done everything from removing full trees to trimming overgrown and dead/dangerous branches. He is very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Highly recommend him to anyone!!

Prayers to your employees

We have a clearly posted “No Trespassing / No Soliciting / Private Property sign at the end of our driveway, yet a representative from this company ignored it and proceeded to walk through multiple private yards in our neighborhood, including ours.

She approached our front door and left advertisements, even stepping through landscaped areas instead of using walkways. This is not only disrespectful, but also concerning from a safety and privacy standpoint.

If homeowners want services, they will seek them out.

Ignoring posted signs and cutting across private property is not an acceptable way to conduct business.

Based on this experience, I would not consider using this company.

Trespassing and soliciting with signs clearly marked trampling flower beds.

Sam, Mike and the crew were honest, respectful and really hard working guys. The did a great job taking down one of our largest trees. They worked with efficiency and cleaned up immaculately. Highly recommend!

My next door neighbor had a Very Large Ash tree removed because it was a danger to both his house and mine.
It took them only about 3 hrs from start to finish and I watched them the whole time. The 2 guys in the Tree were like monkeys up there. No mistakes and in very tight spots. They cleaned up the area real good when done. They still have the stump to grind down but thats it.
It was on west 51st in Cleveland.
