We had Sam and his crew come out and take down a very large tree in our backyard. These guys were very experienced and did a awesome job. Price was reasonable for the job. Would highly recommend them.

They did a great job for me.
Showed up when they said they would for the estimate. The estimate was noticeable less than the others. They arrived to remove the tree when they said they would.
Kind, polite, clean, professional.

If I could give zero stars I would. By far the worst service you could ever hire unless you like tree branches all over your house

I received a small orange flyer taped to my front door in fall of 2023, like many other reviews state. The flyer didn't bother me so much. I kept it and sent an email to the address on the flyer on April 3, 2024 with interest in 3 stump grindings. By April 8 I had not received an email response so I called the office number from the flyer. I received a call back a few hours later and scheduled a 5-7pm window for April 10--she knew my address based on my email (not given over phone) so they did receive the email. I was home that entire 2hr window and no one showed up and no one called. It's now April 16 and no one has called. I guess they don't want new business.

Sam came out a few weeks ago and gave us a very fair quote. His team came out today and took care of the job I’m a timely manner! They left everything nice and tidy for us.

First google review- I don’t do Yelp. Don’t be fooled by the Yelp reviews. These guys are exceptional for big jobs. Took out two giant trees in the front and climbed 4 trees in the back to clean up. They brought 6 vehicles and about 7 guys for the job. Incredibly fast an efficient. Made sure my garden wasn’t damaged. The owner gave the quote and directed the team and communicated with me. They have a secretary to take calls and schedule, which was helpful since a lot of other companies you have to call the owner or contractor. Price was reasonable given the size of the job. If you are taking out trees, definitely get a quote from Keep it Green!

I’m still picking up tree debree and filling holes from tree parts falling on lawn and equipment causing depressions in my yard. Was supposed to grind stumps but didn’t. Tried calling to no avail and will find another business to grind stumps and clean up afterwards.

Had a great experience with them! They were fast and professional and I would recommend them to anyone that needs free service!

I had an excellent experience with Sam and his crew at Keep it Green. They quickly got out to my property to give me an estimate, and gave me a great price for the job. They ended up taking down 14 trees, including a 4-5’ diameter tree right beside my building, chipping all the branches, hauling the logs to the sawmill, and cleaning up everything in about 11 hours. Excellent work by the whole team, no damage to my yard from equipment or trees, and no collisions with the building with any of the trees taken down around it. I would definitely hire them again if I need more work done.

I had a number of large and small trees removed by this company. I cannot say enough about their professionalism, care and consideration for my property. The crew of ten worked methodically in roping every cutting down piece by piece without damaging any of the vegetation nearby. I was extremely pleased with their work and consider using their services again in future while recommending them to anyone for any size project. Thank You!

They cut our tree down on Thursday July 3rd they cut up and left the entire 50ft tree trunk on our tree lawn in front of our house without saying a word.We immediately called the office and was told because the tree trunk was so big another truck would be here next week. We wasn't expecting that especially since the workers told us they would be taking everything with them. Plus it was a holiday weekend and we were having company the next day wanted our yard to look nice.The truck never came the next week first they said Wednesday then Friday. Today is Saturday July 12th and the Tree Trunk is still there. This is terrible really bad customer service. The last we heard the truck is coming next week. Two entire weeks later. This is unacceptable So we're stuck with 8 peices of tree trunk each at least 6ft long on our tree lawn til who knows when!

This will be a mixed review. This company stopped by our house, as they were leaving flyers at all houses in the neighborhood, last fall. We were unable to have the work done then. I called this June and Sam came out and gave us and the neighbor an estimate. We set up a time to have it done. They kept backing it up, but finally came about 2 weeks later. They did the work - we needed an area behind our fence cleared out of shrubs and smaller trees. Sam kept saying we would be able to mow it when they were done. While the guys were all friendly and polite, the area was NOT cleared out. There is NO way we could mow out there with the bigger branches, pieces of concrete that were left. Plus, the neighbor had to back out at last minute so we were charged what he would have paid. Now, I understand Sam had a crew there for 2 jobs. So, if you are going with a neighbor, make sure you have a contract for costs, exactly what will be done, and what happens if one cancels. Perhaps the company needs to have a cost if you cancel at the last minute. But what has us MOST UPSET is they broke 2 branches on our tree when they took another branch down. I called the office and they asked us to send pictures, which I did. It is now over 5 weeks (and a couple more phone calls to the office) and the branches are still hanging there with no response from them.

Never use this company. They trespass on your private property and put flyers on your trees. I have the footage of them entering private property, so I will press charges for this. Good luck!

We order firewood from Keep it Green for years and are so pleased. They deliver as promised. We can rely on Sam his crew and Lindsay with each order. They take great care of us and will take great of you. The crew works hard. The prices are great. Photos from different orders over the year. Some wood was used from the one rack. We love these guys, this company and the family.

Tree Down, Neighbor Upset? Keep it Green Saves the Day!
⚡️Disaster struck when a tree took out my neighbor's barn while I was out of town.😫 Panicked, I called every tree service I could find, but nobody seemed to care or understand the urgency. Just when I was feeling hopeless, I found Keep it Green.

Sam, the owner, answered my call like a knight in shining armor. 💪After hearing my frantic plea, he dropped everything and drove out to assess the situation. He didn't just take care of the fallen tree like a pro; he went above and beyond. Knowing I was stuck out of town, he calmly talked to my understandably upset neighbor, finding a solution that left everyone happy. Funny thing is, my neighbor even called me later to apologize, all thanks to Sam's amazing people skills!💯

Keep it Green isn't just professional and efficient; they're downright heroic. Sam's genuine care and willingness to go the extra mile turned a potential disaster into a positive experience. I see a lot of mixed reviews, which surprised me because the crew have been amazing here today. They were taking down a neighbor's tree and stopped by, I happily showed them 3 trees we wanted removed and they offered me a great same-day deal! The removal and clean-up were top notch! They even bust out the blower to remove the leaves. Nice guys, worked real hard, and were real friendly. Didn't disrupt our day, left no clean up, and no damage. I'd recommend them!

I had a dead tree near my house that needed removed, plus a large pine at the end of my driveway that was cracking the pavement and leaning towards my neighbor's house. Emailed Keep It Green to see if they'd be able to help, and help they did! It...was...amazing. I had no idea those trees would come down that fast and clean. It's like a small army descended. Great precision getting the bigger pieces down and some clever maneuvering in getting the tree down that was hard to reach. The neighbors came out; we caught up and watched the show. I am grateful, too, for the thorough cleanup and for cutting up some of the wood for my neighbor who likes to have fires. While they were here, they also trimmed up some of my healthy trees and really opened up the space.

They cut down a neighbor's tree and parked their truck and trailer in front of my yard to load the wood into. At one point, I looked out the window and saw that some wood fell off the truck and into my yard. Not a big deal since I figured they'd pick it up. I looked out the window when I heard them driving off and saw the wood still in my yard. I went outside, but it was too late to catch the 2 trucks that drove right past the wood. So I got stuck having to cut up and get rid of 3 large pieces of wood. And then I find a folded up advertisement stuck in the bark of my tree. Now I know which company not to use for tree service.

Mike and his crew were wonderful to work with. They are efficient, friendly and clean. I would recommend Keep It Green Tree Service to anyone in need. We were lucky to find them and will absolutely work with them in the future.
