I HIGHLY Recommend Duncan Plumbing!!! We had a water leak under our kitchen sink. When I called he told me what to do in the meantime. He came out at scheduled appointment. He called to let me know when he was on his way. He figured out the problem right away, fixed it and showed me that there was no more leaking. He did an AWESOME job and was professional and very friendly!! I will be calling in the future the next time I have a plumbing issue. Oh and he has very fair pricing!!

Fantastic service. Called before arriving. Arrived early. Fixed the problem quickly. Another local plumber tried, unsuccessfully, to recommend, unnecessary, very expensive work. Duncan fixed the problem at a responsible price and didn't attempt to pad the bill. Zach was very helpful and professional. Duncan has earned our business.

Absolutely phenomenal company. I called because I needed my main line snaked. They were out the next day explained everything they would be doing and used their time efficiently and effectively. I am one to stick with a company once I find a good one and I plan on using these guys for anything I may need moving forward. If there was an option to do 6 stars, I would because they are that good!

Update 10/25- Had another need for a plumber, water backed up in my basement while doing laundry. There were tons of tree roots blocking the sewer line. Despite calling at mid-day, Josh was able to cone out same day and get it all taken care of. I feel like they really did me a solid by being able to come by so quickly. Another great, professional, thorough visit- A+++, thank you!

Had the water line to my dishwasher pop apart overnight. Josh was able to come out very quickly and get it fixed up in no time flat! Very professional, helpful and he wore gloves and booties which I really appreciated, as it kept the snow from being tracked inside the house. This was the third time I have used Duncan Plumbing and I have been very satisfied each time- highly recommend!

Duncan plumbing came out after sewage backed up into our house, I am a female dont know much about plumbing, they walked me through everything. They were very easy to work with and at such a fair price.

Duncan's Plumbing came to our house to fix the piping in our sink and put in a new faucet. Josh and Nate were at our house in the time allotment given to us and were very friendly, neat and professional with reasonable prices. Duncan Plumbing recently tied in and ran a gas line for a stove, plus a valve for future hot water tank, at my house. I couldn't be happier with the job Josh did. The communication from quoting, pulling permits, scheduling service times and inspections was astounding from both Jessie and Josh. Josh went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right, timely and with minimal impact to my schedule. I will being using Duncan in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

We had our sewer back in our basement up late on a Thursday evening. We called Duncan plumbing as we have done before. They talked us through how to stop it from getting worse so that it could drain. Duncan Plumbing was here first thing in the morning on Friday.

We had had another company come out Thursday night and they lied to us and said our clay pipes were collapsed and we would need to dig up our whole yard.

Josh didn’t believe that they could be that bad and asked us to let him use his camera to check. We are so thankful that he was willing to double check and tell us the truth. Josh was able to put the camera in and make it all the way to the main drain. They worked for 4 hours hydro blasting the pipes until they were spotless and looked brand new! Duncan plumbing cares about their customers and you can trust that they have your best interest at heart. This is how they keep their customers and have created such a reliable business!!! Kitchen sink not draining...Josh and Zach came out and fixed it within 24hrs. First class all the way! Highly recommend them for any plumbing issues including remodeling...did my bathroom several years ago. I don't trust this work to anyone else...give them a call!

Called Duncan Plumbing after my pilot light on the hot water tank would not light hoping they had an appt available same day. After stating they would take care of me Josh walked me step by step on some trouble shooting. I feel like every other company would rush to charge a fee. Not only was he super professional but patient as a girl struggling through man things!

Zach came out and replaced a hose bid we couldn’t fix! Was very personable and knowledgeable. Had the job done in no time. Plus Jessie was also super helpful and had Zach out the next day.

Just recently Josh of Duncan Plumbing installed a TANKLESS HOT HEATER and install an external water line to my back yard. I can't say enough about him and the service he provided to me. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT work and professionalism!
Josh was on time, friendly, and explained in detail the process and benefits of the tankless water heater. His pricing was extremely fair compared to other plumbers.

Have had numerous no hot water issues becoming more frequent with tankless water heater. Unable to contact original plumber for help, unit is 1.5 years old. Called Duncan just moments before their office closed, and I was reassured by a wonderful staff member (owners wife)that a visit would be the very next day. Josh (owner) and his son arrived on time to assess. Josh immediately identified 2 issues of improper installation regarding piping and valves for Natural Gas. Hearing my story, Josh not only located and called the original installation plumber but made arrangements for that plumber to return to my home for proper repairs the next day. Then.....Josh took the time to call the manufacturer and was in direct contact communicating readings with a tech where Josh did an extensive diagnostic test of the entire unit to rule out any other possible issues. Josh did not charge me for any of the above, even though he was working on the unit for well over 1/2hr. This is Customer Service!
I highly recommend this company. It reminds me of how business integrity used to be. Everything was cleaned up after service, responsive, friendly office staff, and Josh explained everything in detail regarding my service visit. Duncan plumbing is the only plumber you need! They are professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Had a clogged toilet and when I called, Josh asked questions about the layout of the house and talked me through several steps to try while he was on the phone. He was patient and kind in his direction. The issue was resolved with the help of his instructions and knowledge. What other company do you know that would do that? A gem of a brand!

It started with an emergency hot water tank replacement on a Sunday... After that, toilet replacement, toilet repairs, washing machine lines, new faucets, garbage disposal replacement... the list goes on and on... We know that plumbing repairs are not always cheap, but the workmanship, honesty, and reliability of Josh and his team are what makes Duncan Plumbing the ONLY number I'll call whenever I need plumbing repairs.

I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. I had them come out for a second opinion on a hot water tank replacement, and to advise as to whether I could upgrade to a tankless system. They came out and spent plenty of time measuring, reviewing my options, and gave me a quote. I went with a Navien tankless unit, and they installed it in a better location from where my original tank was located. Extremely happy with my interactions with them, their responsiveness, their fair pricing, and excellent attention to detail on the install job. I will absolutely use them again for my plumbing needs.
