I called last minute to fix my sump pump with water in the basement. They scheduled me in right away and were fast and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them if you have any plumbing needs!

Plumber came out (did not seem to be in a good mood) and asked who was paying for the work, when I said me he then said the work to fix a broken pipe under my concrete could cost as much as $20,000 (basically $1,000 a foot). They wanted to replace over 20 feet of pipe tearing up my foyer, closet, and laundry room cause they do not know where the pipe is broken.
They suggested I call my insurance company, which I did and that is the last I have heard from them. ( I have tried twice since then to contact them)
I ended up calling somebody else that came highly suggested by word of mouth.

Due to one of your drivers inpatients, blatant disregard for traffic laws and other drivers safety in a construction zone. I will not change this rating, nor will I ever be interested in the services of this company.

Scott and Pat came out to my house to do a main sewage clean out due to my drains backing up. They were so nice!! I really appreciate the fast service, and how professional they were. I will be going through Campbell’s for any other plumbing needs in the future. Thank you guys again!

I cannot say enough about their professionalism. Drain issue was fixed in an hour or so. I was worried about tree roots in my drain to the street, They were nice enough to send a camera out to check it out. Not only was my issue resolved in a timely manor but I now have reassurance that I will not have any major issues down the road. Great overall experience will do business with them again.

Last week I called Scott whom I thought I could trust and asked for toilet repairs. I had two toilets running when I was away they were running and my water bill was $600. Set a time for my toilets to be fixed. Granted they came on time and finished the job in about 15 minutes. When they looked at my toilets, they looked me in the face and told me that the service call was $85 and the parts costed about $200+ each. I am a new home owner and did not think anything of this. Spoke to a few friends about how happy I was that my toilets were finally fixed and that is how I found out I had been taken advantage of.
Mind you he had done work for me before and offered not to charge me which led me to gain his trust, just to turn around and do this to me.

Scott came to my home to address a problem with a basement drain. He resolved the problem in a matter of minutes and also provided suggestions on other plumbing issues. Great work, and friendly service. I HIGHLY recommend them and will use them for services without hesitation in the future.

Scott and Pat went slightly out of their normal range to pay us a visit, and it turned into a strictly preventive visit as our pipes were clear. Despite that, Scott and Pat were professional, did not try to sell us anything we didn't need and answered all questions expertly. They also used the best equipment on the market, RIDGID, which showed me that value their tools and investment and make those investments intelligently.

We were in a real jam with a kitchen drain not flowing. We had been told we may have had a broken drain pipe under the home slab by another plumber.
We decided to get a second opinion and contacted Scott at Campbell Plumbing and GLAD we did.
The technicians were pleasant to deal with and very professional. The Campbell technicians have the expertise and all the right tools. The drain pipe was not broken but had a serious clog.
Our drain is once again flowing and we couldn’t be more pleased.
