Jesse from Mr. Rooter was a lifesaver! When my upstairs toilet started leaking on a Sunday, I thought I'd be stuck waiting until Monday. But Jesse arrived within an hour of my call, quickly diagnosed the problem, and efficiently replaced the faulty toilet. His prompt response, professional manner, and quality work on a weekend were impressive. I highly recommend Jesse and Mr. Rooter for any plumbing emergencies!

As usual Mr Roote, represented by Chris, did a great job with my clogged WC, including verifying open my downstream piping. Chris took the time to explain the options for the job and estimated each. He reviewed with me each step as he proceeded. I highly recommend these folks.

Manager Chris was at our house only one after after calling early Monday morning to address a sewer backup in our basement. Fortunately he was able to diagnose the cause quickly and jet our drain in short order, explaining what was happening and providing us with photos from his camera. Chris saved us a lot of headache and made the whole ordeal seem easy. Grateful for Mr. Rooter!

They called to let me know that Charlie was able to arrive a bit earlier than originally thought, which was great! Always better to run ahead, than late!
Came in, explained the process, was thorough in his procedures for taking care of the problem.
Cleaned up after he left. Also a 30 day guarantee if the problem returned, Which is a bit of piece of mind.

We had an expensive but great experience with Mr.Rooter. Experience was great showed up on time. He was very informative and had no problem throughly explaining my problem and Solutions. It was expensive not because of them but because of what needed to be done. Work was completed in 2 hours.

Requested a service call on Labor Day expecting a date on Tuesday or later, was able to get same day appointment, Ryan had parts on his truck, explained what needed to he done, and had the job completed in a timely manner, also tested parts to make sure problem no longer existed, which it did not. Will keep Mr. Rooter in my contacts for any future plumbing needs. Extremely happy with service.

The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. The price was fair and the work was done quickly. I had initially ask for an additional service, I was told it wasn't necessary. I appreciated their honesty. Would recommend and use them again.

Tony was great and took care of our issue without causing us any additional stress or expense than necessary. We had two other plumbers come out who indicated the issue was much bigger in scope than it actually was and their estimates were 10x was it actually cost us with Mr Rooter.

Tony fully investigated the issue, recommended a first course of action and fortunately that was all that was needed. His professionalism and intention to only do what was necessary to restore us to a fully flowing sewer line was awesome.

Just what we needed! Our plumbing problem was fixed quickly and professionally. My plumbing days are over, so Chris made it possible for us to resume our routines without worrying about quality of workmanship!
Chris is pleasant, clean and took very good care of us with his expert knowledge.

Highly recommend Mr. Rooter, my kitchen sink was backed up and at the end of the rope, gave them a call. Call went to the call center and they had the local rep call back in a few minutes. Asked when I needed done and I said as soon as they can get there. They dispatched Jon and he was there within the hour. He was polite and knowledgeable, snaked it out and cleaned up after himself, what else can you ask for. Thanks Mr. Rooter

Paxton was so kind to me. He made sure everything was done properly and fixed my issues . He even asked me if I wanted lunch while we waited for the power wash truck. Cleaned up the whole bathroom when he was finished. Great guy. He deserves a raise for sure. And thank you to Joe. He was great also !!

Top-notch service from Mike, who repaired my leaking shower and also checked and replaced 2 items related to water pressure in my house.
The pressure test showed it was close to 100, which is way too high. After Mike did his work, the pressure was around 50. He's honest and talented and takes his time to explain everything in terms I could understand. So glad that Mr. Rooter sent Mike to me,
and I plan to recommend him to my family and friends.

The workers Dillon was nice , friendly and pleasant. Explain what was our problem and gave us 2 options in getting it fixed. I wasn't at all happy with the results of what the problem was but things happens. Also customer service are pleasant as well. I would recommend Mr. Rooter Co.

Dave was very helpful and explaining what my problem was . He fixed it on the spot and gave me advise how to prevent any further problems. Service and clean up was absolutely great and I like how everything is loaded on the computer with pictures and videos. I will use Mr. Rooter and Mr. Electric again. Techs Dave F. and Brett F) were great! Work was well done, with explanations of each step. Price was high, but for getting here in less than a few hours of correspondence, this was expected. Pleased with results! Very courteous and friendly service.

Fantastic work! Called for bathroom sink installation in the morning and technicians (Brett & Oakley) were available and finished the work the same day. Brett offered competitive price and honored discounts, which are often available. Oakley installed; he displayed knowledge and professionalism in answering our questions and explained the details of project, including 90 day warranty. He stayed a little longer than planned to get us exactly what we wanted. Thank you!!!

Gabe arrived early for our scheduled time which was fantastic! He accessed the problem quickly and was very thorough in explaining what he needed to do. He fixed the clog and checked all other plumbing for any problems that may need future attention. We were very pleased with the service we received from Gabe and Mr. Rooter!

We are so glad we went with Mr. Rooter! We ended up needing a lot of plumbing work done in our house and these guys were fast, reliable, and super nice! Vince, Ryan & Jeff especially spent a lot of time here and they were fantastic. We had a small issue after everything was done but they had a tech & a manager out immediately to fix it! We love the lifetime warranty they provide too.
