Our technician Jesse was on time, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. He worked hard and cleaned up after the job was completed.

Jon Bowser is the consummate professional. Our job by appearance was simple; the job was anything but! Jon handled the job and secured our desired outcome. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again!

Terrible service and scammed us ! They charged two elderly people $1500.00 for a simple job. They wanted to charge $8500.00 for the rest of the repairs luckily we had someone come to help the elders! We now know we needed to contact Roto-Rooter and they got scammed by Mr. Rooter!

Bait and switch BS . I talked to someone on the phone 3 times and specifically went over EVERYTHING to make sure the price they quoted was the price I would be charged . When the guy came to the appointment he wanted 4 times the quoted price or refused to do the job. What a scam ! Obviously I didn't have them do the job. Ridiculous and a waste of my time

Professional and knowledgeable. I was pleased with how quick he was able to found the issue and fix it alone with another gentleman. They both worked together to fix the issue and got it done at a very timely manner.

They came out in a timely manner. Very professional and showed me the issue and took care off my blocked sewer and the issue with the pipes.Did the work in a timely fashion. I guess the only thing i can complain about is i thought they were a little expensive. But i guess that is the price you pay for last minute service .

Mike came out first thing this morning to remove a leaky spigot that has broken the day before. He was quick and efficient, and at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Alex did a great job clearing our children's bathtub. He was polite and had helpful information. He finished quickly and our drain is good to go again!

Mike is exceptional. He is personalable, prompt and does excellent work. He explains everything in great detail and gets right the first time and never leaves a site unclean. I always request Mike he is my go too!!!!!

Very prompt response time. The tech was very respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He fixed in 1/2 hour what I had been trying to clear for 3 hours. Money well spent.

I can never say thank you enough for the help I received today!! I had some sewer issues this morning and didn't think I'd be able to get help right away but the guys from Mr. Rooter came to my home within the hour, took over, and explained what was going on. They assessed the situation, gave me some not so great news (which was no fault of theirs, blame it solely on these old clay pipes I have in my home).. but did damage control , temporarily stopped the issue, and will be out here to fix the rest on Friday. These three guys were my heros today!! Shout out to Dave, Conrad, and Aaron for walking me through a rough situation. I would recommend Mr. ROOTER TO EVERYONE!

Arthur did a fantastic job! He was very personable and professional. When he was done, he showed me that the clog was indeed removed by filling the sink and then letting it drain. The water went down fast proving that the clog was gone.

Came out 40 minutes after I called! They were straight with me, very professional, got my job done efficiently, and offered me quotes on other issues I’ve been experiencing. Will use again! 12/10

The plumbing work was done promptly and efficiently. The technician came to my house to check the water spigot in the back of the house. He diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate and a time frame of one hour.
I had called Mr. Rooter after 9:00 AM and everything was completed before noon.
A shut off valve to use during the winter months was also installed. Great job by the technician and Mr. Rooter !!!!

Although with this last situation, we're not happy, we trust his expertise and knew that the work had to get done. Very honest and fair gentleman!! Dave handles every job professionally and with integrity!! Been using him for years!!!! STELLAR GUY INDEED!

I remembered the billboards advertising $95 drain cleaning special. After replacing a bathroom vanity that had gone unused for a period of time, the water wasn’t draining and I couldn’t get a drain snake in far enough on my own. Called Mr Rooter at 545pm and by 7pm I had a technician Jesse Robert’s arrive. Jesse was polite and professional, had shoe protection on before he even knocked on the door, came in and verified the problem and in a matter of minutes had it cleared and water flowing freely as it should. Super nice guy, I totally expected to get an upsell pitch and a bunch of bs but instead just got good quick service at a great price. 100% happy.
