Disappointed from a national company. Clean out fitting installation in main sewer line and waterjet clog/root removal with pipe video checking quality of sewer line to the city sewer. Company did not have anyone available the day of the call (day 1 no shower or toilets). Next morning came with a big quote 650 for mainline cleanout (should be only 400-500) and 350 to install a fitting on an easy accessible pipe ( should have been 150-250) so $1020.00. Never did offer a veteran discount or senior discount. It’s techs had to come back the next day, not able to give same day service and it was only 1:00 pm and with all that mess on the cellar floor and basement shower. So not able to take a shower or flush toilets a second day. When they did get here next day they were 1 1/2 hours late. Said they had to get parts (which they should have got the day before or at last before the appointment time) Then had to leave TWICE (an hour each time) for proper tooling and a different part for a total of 5 hours after the 1 1/2 delay… oh ya, 2 days of vacation used for missed work. The finished job was quality work, but the process/planning/coordination bad.

I had Dan come out to clear a drain blockage after a previous plumber had tried and failed. I would highly recommend him. He's respectful, experienced and affordable. Also he was able to come out same morning I called.

Very professional and went above and beyond. They added a shut off valve and did not increase their original estimate on me. Also, was a blizzard and they made it.

After contacting several plumbing company's regarding the cost to replace shower cartridges I chose "MY Plumber" on 04/04/2025. They came out that day and over the phone provided a rough estimate of costs to replace the shower cartridges. The plumber (Matthew) was professional, customer friendly and did not over charge or try to over price the job. I was very pleased with his work, and I would utilize My Plumber again.

Since Google only allows one review per business, I'll address my most recent experience with My Plumber.
I have used this business on multiple occasions and never been disappointed.
Today Randy and his dad Charlie came to see if they could fix an off kilter shower door. The door was custom, so I was afraid a replacement would cost a few thousand. The guys had a plan and executed it perfectly!
They were as interested in saving me money as I was! It's a good example of a company that CARES!

Under contract to sell a home when inspector determined a concealed leak late in the day Saturday. Really appreciate Randy's perseverance knowing this was his last stop after an already long tiring day but the problem was solved and the repair was quick. Thanks again Randy and MyPlumber.

I had a gas leak by the water heater. The plumber Jordan showed me what was wrong explained how he was going to fix it and the showed me the repairs. He was on time and professional.

Tony is an absolute gem. He's polite, respectful, cleans up the workspace, very personable and extremely knowledgeable. We will ALWAYS request his services.

Got to tell you Alex was very polite and very professional he's a great worker I'd have him back in my condo for any plumbing needs and I'll give him a 5 out of 5

They showed when they were supposed to arrive at our house. Tiffany is wonderful at scheduling and giving information.ALL the plumbers are EXCELLENT! Today we had Jordan and Alex.They are very knowledgeable. They talked to us about the action plan to fix it with plan A and B. They did the work in a timely fashion And they cleaned up after themselves.
