In all the years of using the services of companies who come into my home I truly don't believe I've had one that was more thorough, courteous and knowledgeable as Justice was today. He explained thoroughly what he was going to do. Asked me if I had any questions and then went to work. I'm so relieved he got my drains flowing nice and freely since we all know what a headache that can be.

We NEVER would have made it through this rainy and snow melting weekend!! We had water leaking into the yard. I called and they came that SAME day to check it out knowing that I was worried about the upcoming rainy weekend. So far, so good!! It is a great relief. Thanks again!!

A bit of a rocky road at first, but reparations were made quickly. Justice did a fantastic job, given the situation he was handed, and in the end, everything turned out just fine. Management owned up to their expectations of quality, which to me, means a lot. In the end, I am another satisfied customer.

That being said, I do understand the trials greener employees. The major issues that lead me to call for service were still completed successfully by our original tech. I sincerely hope that this was merely an opportunity for some higher training for him, to help him acheive the level of quality management and customers expect.

Had a discrepancy between myself and the call center and the pricing upon arrival of the tech, which I paid at that point. I felt a little bit frustrated by it afterward. I posted on here to let them know how i felt about the situation. In response to my post, I was promised a call to attempt to remedy my issues. Kacey called me this morning while I was working and I asked him to call me on my break at 9:30. At 9:31 my phone rang and it was him. He listened to my issues and then went to work on fixing them. He politely called me after work then, as I'd asked him to do. We spoke for a few and then he told me he was able to monetarily fix my issues with an amount I felt was fair. Let's be honest here. He could've told me pound salt, but my business was that important to him. I mean WOW!!! So THANKS again brother!! If I need work done your team's where I'll start for sure!!

I haven't worked with such wonderful people in a long, long time. My tenant called me at 7:00 on a Sunday and told me the hot
water tank was spraying water everywhere. I called Roto-rooter and they were so helpful. We got the water turned off and Tom was there first thing Monday morning. He removed the old hot water heater and we realized the leak had been going on for a while and the floor was rotted out. I contacted someone to replace the floor while he went to get the new hot water tank. The floor repair man couldn't get there until Tuesday. Tom said, no problem I'll come back Tuesday when the floor has been fixed. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate the floor man and me. I am so appreciative! At 1:00 on Tuesday Roto-rooter called to see how the floor was coming. I told them to head to the rental since the floor was nearly finished. I also asked them to check my other rental since I had a feeling that hot water tank was the same age. The new hot water tank was in a couple of hours later and yes, the other one was just as old so we decided to have it replaced also. We will definitely use Roto-rooter next time we have a plumbing issue.

We used their services today and they were amazing. The technician was kind, attentive and did a great job. This company came first thing in the morning on the same day we called and replaced a valve to resupply our water to the house. I highly recommend this company and Justice for any of your plumbing.

Our tech Xavier was on time, courteous, thorough and informative. He communicated well through text and email. He was kind and pleasant. I called with a problem (not emergency) on a Sunday and they scheduled next day.

Service guy left a mess in my basement after hydro jetting my drains (pictured). Then, didn’t even put a camera down the drains to figure out the initial issue. The supervisor was supposed to come out the next day too and never showed, no call or text. Paid $514 for them to leave a mess, not check anything, and still having junk come out of my drains because they didn’t fix the issue I spoke to them about on the phone. Horrible job.

Scott (manager) and Xavier were wonderful accommodating my plumbing issue with ease and professionalism which is much appreciated. I've used this company twice and they are always willing to work with their customers needs ensuring to get the job done in a affordable safe manner. Will continue to use this company and Xavier in the future.

I had recently written a bad review, which I have since deleted. I received a very satisfying call from Scotty. He addressed all my concerns(even though I will accept responsibility for some of them) in a very friendly manner. He also offered an acceptable solution . Scotty has given me great customer service, which I truly appreciate! I will always recommend him & Roto-Rooter.

The plumber came quickly and was very friendly.
He kept me informed, explaining the options (with cost) and what could result, depending upon what happened.
Even though I was a single female there, I did not feel like he took advantage of me.
He did not start with the most costly option, but with the straightforward approach.
Most importantly, I found my drain to be clear!
