The gentleman who came today, alex was extremely friendly, answer all of my questions and didn't overcharge us for the work performed... he was completely transparent and honest with everything that we needed and took care of everything.. including the disposal of our toilet, which we did not know, was included in the service...
He quoted us a price and gave us possible scenarios in case it went up by a little, which it did... he did all of the work performed himself & did all of the repairs extremely well and took the time to make sure that it was done correct!
He even showed us the work performed after he finished to make sure that we were satisfied with it... if I had to give it a stars reading out of 5 ... it's easily 20 stars!

Charged $5,000 to replace a hot water heater for an senior citizen. No financing available. Bad attitude when I called and asked questions. Owned by a corporation in Texas. Wouldn't provide their contact information.

It's New Year's Eve day and our hot water tank blew. I was so surprised and happy that My Plumber could come out that day! The service was wonderful.

We had a 1/2 bath remodel. With a new sink new toliet and a quartz vanity top and a new light with painting all of the walls. The installers explained everything they were doing and asked questions so we would be happy with the final product. They were very organized and kept the house as clean as a whistle.

Bill did a great job. He’s very skilled and efficient. Also explained a lot which helped. I would definitely use him again with any plumbing problem.

My Plumber just did a full remodel of our bathroom including all new plumbing. Both workers were completely and totally professional and respectful to my wife who was there working from home. They went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect and even made some minor repairs to some small annoying things in the house that were not even related to their current job. We got several quotes and they came in with the most fair price for the quality of materials and work we received. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any sort of work done and I personally will be using them again in the future.

Every time I have called My Plumber they have come the next day. I always request Matt because he's knowledgeable and very personable. They have been able to fix my problem in a reasonable amount of time, and also show up on time. The rates are very reasonable also.

Tony explained what needed to be replaced in the bathtub on his first visit to our house. He called us ahead of time to let us know he was on his way to our house. The work he did was thorough and neat. We highly recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber.

Bill was amazing. We had a lot of ideas of what we wanted to do with the plumbing in our bathroom remodel. He took the time to explain our options and helped guide us to the best decisions for what outcome we were looking for. We had our tub/tile refinished by someone else, but Bill completed all the plumbing modifications, installed our flooring, and reinstalled our toliet, new vanity, and all the hardware. His attention to detail was very appreciated, and he treated our bathroom as if it were his own. We even had to reschedule, and My Plumber was great with accommodating our delays with our tile guy. We got multiple quotes and all were comparable. The final job even ended up coming in less than expected, and Bill adjusted the bill accordingly. More than pleased with the honesty in the billing, he didn't have to do that. We have definitely found a new plumber and would recommend My Plumber and Bill to anyone who's in need.

My Plumber has been my go to for several decades. A water leak in our laundry room had occurred some time overnight. Alex arrived spot on time and had the problem diagnosed in short order. "Back up" (sorry, I forgot your name) soon arrived and the solution was confirmed and resolved in about 1.5 hours. Alex was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and concerned about our issue. The technician, (Tony) came right on time when he said he’d be here. He fixed my frozen waterline and explained IN DETAIL, what caused the problem and what he did to fix it.
Everything he did or said was done in a very professional manner. I couldn’t be more satisfied. I highly recommend MY PLUMBER!!!
