I just moved in and didn’t want the garbage disposal and he was able to do it today.They took measurements in my bathroom for an estimate on putting in a walk in shower. They looked at my hot water tank and said it was working fine. Randy and his Dad were great! They didn’t pressure me into anything. When I do the shower install I want them to do it.

Very professional, introduced them selfs and explained they would be giving me a quote after reviewing the project. Explained the quote in detail before starting their work. Job was completed in a professional manner and to the quote. Cleaned up the site after testing their work. Would hire them again.

My Plumber has been our go-to for all plumbing repairs for so many years. Always good work at reasonable prices and their plumbers are courteous and quick. Jordan came today to replace an outside faucet and he did skillful and very neat work in a short time. I'd recommend highly.

Jordan was great! On time, professional, and courteous. This is his second time making repairs at my house (gas line replacement and faucet replacement) and both times have been excellent. 100% would recommend and I will definitely be calling for maintenance services in the future.

We had 3 faucets repaired that were leaking, including one outside faucet that needed replaced. The repairs were done quickly and professionally, including having to cut an access panel on the interior wall to access the outside faucet for replacement. Matt returned on time today install our new bathroom faucet. Due to the awkward design of the vanity — and a small space in which to work, it was a challenging project. Along with the faucet installation, he also replaced the hot faucet shutoff and supply line. He's very knowledgeable, and keeps us in the loop during the work. I couldn’t ask for better service. I called Tony at 3:30 AM when I discovered water on the floor by the water heater and he told me where to shut the water off. He was here that morning before 9:30 with (and I apologize for not remembering his name) another gentleman. They were both very nice and Tony explained everything they needed to do. I highly recommend My Plumber. My sump pump was 10 years old and the float was acting up so i decided it was time to replace it. Alex performed the services and he was prompt, polite, and professional. He had the updated replacement for my existing Zoeller pump in the truck and was able to tell me exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost. I was satisfied with the quote so I said go ahead. He also installed a check valve which i did not have in my system (Darn you Ryan homes for not providing this on a new home). After installation Alex tested the new pump to ensure its effectiveness and he also ensured my battery backup pump worked as well. He recorded all of this on video from his phone in case I had any reservations about the work. Great service, fair pricing and if i could do it all again I would not hesitate to go with My Plumber again. Alex is a valuable asset and I hope he has a long, productive career with My Plumber. Kudos.

This company was exceptional. They were heaven sent and went above and beyond when they didn’t have to. They do exceptional work from start to finish, explaining everything and reassuring you throughout the process. They cleaned up and patched holes that other companies just leave you to figure out. God sent them when I need them.

We couldn’t be happier with our total bathroom remodel done by MyPlumber. Their work is outstanding and they know the value of a dollar. This was a big job and there were plenty of surprises in the total gut of this downstairs bathroom in our 125-year old home. Excellent service in addressing our clogged footer tiles surrounding our home. Initially I was told by Ohio Basement Solutions I needed to spend 20 thousand dollars to place a new drainage system in my basement!

Mr. Rooter did a very thorough and professional job on a kitchen sink drain that was clogged with rice that had been flushed through the garbage disposal.

After trying to snake the drain they used a sewer jet to clean out the drain from the kitchen sinks to the main sewer line.

My son put a baby bottle top in my toilet and clogged it. Called Roto-Rooter came out in about an hour got it done in less than 10 minutes. Couldn’t ask for more efficiency. Also was able to use coupon another plus!
