Beware ! Always get a second opinion ! I’m so glad I did! It saved me $7K. Do your homework. The work they said needed to get done wasn’t true! My drains are 100 % clean , clear and in good shape. And no digging involved ! Thank you First Call for your immediate attention , honesty and a job well done ! I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs ! Same day, 2 services, water jet to clean backed up lines & then the restoration crew, Chad, Mark, & Ronny came in and made it look and smell like nothing ever happened, only one call to make, these guys.

Crew was on time and professional. They took time to explain reasons behind my service call. Offered advice to abound future issues. No high pressure sales tactics.

We had a backup in our basement. They were here in a couple hours. They were very efficient and made sure we were informed.

I usually dont call “big name” companies but at 6 am when our basement flooded they answered right away. The guy that was sent out was great and then he had to call his supervisor who was great too. They were both very helpful and so was the restoration team. I would recommend them to anyone!

What a refreshing experience. I called at 430 in the afternoon and spoke with Maryellen She was so nice and could tell I wasn’t very trusting. She got me an appt for same day! She was so helpful and down to earth. No extra charge. And the technician was here within 45 mins! I thought, no extra charge? Yea right. And then I thought, oh great he’s going to be at the end of his day and just want to get out of here and do a half assed job. Nope.
He was so professional, and incredibly thorough. He also listened to me and when I gave him the history he actually believed me. He did make sure there wasn’t something more nefarious going on and wound up deducing that all I needed was a simple snake. He did not add anything special, and they even gave me a senior discount!

Michael was working and heard gurgling from my haunted water tank and he was very concerned for me. I could tell it was quite genuine. He professionally asked me if he could give me a proposal, and normally I would shut it down because I don’t like to be sold. But he was so genuine. He knew I was surprised at the pricing for a new one but he took time to explain it and , again, was respectful of my questions and was not pushy at all. The pricing for the snake- was absolutely appropriate.
I have had such nightmare experiences with most plumbers and their company they work for. Michael was such a pleasant surprise and he is welcome in this home to do work any time.

And he loved my dog.

Very nice guy.He call the day before.The cost was very expensive but, had dropped a face scrub brush in the shower drain. I gave him my paper towels,because I saw his shoes had black stuff from the shower.I didn't want him to walk across my bedroom and ruin the carpet. This could have been solved if he had booties on and,had his own shop rags.He said the company doesn't provided them.

Roto rooter came out to clear my drain but when they left I noticed movement in my toilet that wasnt there before.I callled them back and they said they would come Monday to fix it.Sure enough Monday came and Erin and his employee came and did the necessary repairs to make it right Not often do you find a company that stands behind their work but Rotto Rooter definitly does and I will recomend them to anyone.

Michael did not perform the work he promised. In addition, he placed the toilet on an angle in the bathroom. He was complaining about his girlfriend the entire time he was here. Lastly, he did not give the senior discount.

I contacted Roto-Rooter on a Saturday afternoon because of clogged kitchen plumbing. Dispatch was helpful and said there was a plumber in the area. Xavier arrived an hour after initial contact and was able to assess the issue. He was upfront with what he suspected, provided a quote on site then after I accepted was able to resolve the clogged pipe within 15 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised as well regarding pricing. Really appreciated how quickly he was able to diagnos the issue and resolve. So I could get back to my weekend without breaking the bank!

I had a clogged kitchen sink. The technician arrived on time, was up front on pricing, was respectful of my budget, and got the work done quickly. Would use again.

My washing machine had a clogged pipe that was backing up all over my floor. Xavier came out yesterday & snaked it out. He was very polite, on time & did a good job.

My main issue was it took all day, for the tech to get here. Not until 7pm today..They originally told me 4-6pm. It was almost 7pm But they fixed the problem, at least for now.. Merle Robb

Thank God for Roto-Rooter! During a winter storm, we discovered a clogged culvert under our driveway. Our entire yard was flooded. Roto- Rooter was on the spot within a few hours of me calling and solved the problem quickly. Great guys and great job. Thanks!

Roto-Rooter was able to provide same day service at my 80 year old mothers house when her sewer/drain was clogged. The price was very competitive, and was actually $100 cheaper than the quoted price of the plumber I had scheduled for the following day. The technician was very friendly, self motivated, and wasnt afraid to jump right in and start working on a rather disgusting repair. Overall, the experience with Roto Rooter went extremely well, and I would have no problem recommending or using them again.

I am very happy with my new garbage disposal installation! Xavier was timely and worked fast! He was in and out within an hour. He reviewed how to clean and maintain the disposal and we tested it before he left. I bought my own disposal and there was NO issue with installing the specific brand I wanted. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter. I got to pick my day and time of installation which was helpful as both my husband and I work full time.
