Took over 40 mins to pick up a part I ordered..... After waiting 20 mins for previous customer the guy behind the counter picks up the phone and proceeds to completely ignore me .....After another 10 mins he says sorry I'm the only one here .........A few minutes later someone else came out and handed me the part I ordered .......

They seem to be a very well-stocked facility also carrying Milwaukee Plumbing tools. But unfortunately they did not have the Moen faucet part that I needed. I was told over the phone that it was in stock but when I got there it wasn't. Rather disappointing. I think they shouldn't check stock before telling you the computer says it's there.

Any time I have a customer that needs a quality water heater I go through Cleveland plumbing supply. Competitive pricing and so far, in stock.

Called to try and setup a time for an in home consultation and quote. Gentlemen who answered did not answer in a manner reflecting I was calling a business. Almost thought I had called the wrong number at first.

Listened to the scope of work I was looking for and said he had to call me back to get my details/address. Never received a call back.

Working with contractors and repair service vendors can be real hit and miss. Didn't get the vibe this one is reliable/reputable.

Like most of the surgeons I work with Rodney has a terrible bedside manner. But he is good at what he does. I would reccomend Rodney for all of your heating and cooling needs.
