I can’t say enough good things about Lakeshore Heating & Cooling. As a fellow business owner in the HVAC industry, I found myself in a real bind on a weekend. We’d just completed an air duct cleaning for a customer on a Friday, only to get a call on Saturday that their furnace had gone out. I immediately worried we might have caused the issue, and I needed help fast.

Most companies I called on a Saturday didn’t even answer the phone, but Lake Shore Heating & Cooling did. Matt, the owner, was incredibly responsive and reassuring. He promised to come out that evening between 6 and 7 PM, even after a full day of jobs.

The communication was fantastic. Around 6:15 PM, Matt texted me with an update and even shared a live tracking link so I could see exactly when he’d arrive. Thanks to that, I could meet him at the customer’s house and coordinate smoothly.

In the end, the issue was just a coincidence and not related to our work, but the customer was so grateful that Matt had come out to ensure they wouldn’t be left in the cold. It was truly above-and-beyond service. I’ll definitely be recommending Lake Shore Heating & Cooling to anyone who needs a trustworthy HVAC partner. They absolutely deserve all five stars for their exceptional service!”

I called for maintenance on our rental property’s furnace because our tenant called me about noises (and obviously we are not there to figure it out). The person I called was able to get me scheduled in a matter of days (since it wasn’t an emergency, our tenant said the heat was working). The price was reasonable. And this company had 5 star reviews so I decided to go with them. They appear to be much more knowledgeable than Anderson Heating and cooling who we have exclusively used in the past and I love the after visit invoice notes this company gives. I will be using them going forward.

My brother recently had a really unfortunate experience with a contractor who installed an HVAC system that was completely undersized, had insufficient ductwork, and even had electrical that turned out to be a safety hazard. It was a stressful situation for our family.

Thankfully, Lakeshore Heating and Cooling stepped in and completely turned things around. Their team was incredibly compassionate and understanding about what had happened. They took the time to explain everything, fixed the issues the right way, and made sure the system was safe and properly designed.

I just got a new Carrier 96% efficiency system after my old 80% system died in the heat of summer. Frank, Nick, and team are outstanding! They know their stuff and know how to take care of their customers. They made the entire process easy and finished the job within 2 weeks of contract. They have earned my respect and business for many years to come. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Josh was timely. He was very pleasant and thorough.

Nick and Frank did an amazing job. Communication was great. They cleaned up every night and did an excellent job. I felt they took the time to make sure everything was right and even went the extra mile. Always patient with all my questions also, very knowledgeable.

I even called with a problem after the fact and Nick was quick to come look. It was my mistake but he had a quick response as always. I can’t refer them enough!

Taylor did a great job. Checked out my furnace and fixed my humidifier. He was professional and he did not try to up sell a contract. Price was reasonable. I would use Tri-Den heating and air conditioning again.

Nick and Frank were great! Very quick response. They both came to the house and provided several options of furnace replacement. Very personable and professional. They even offered to lend us portable heaters until the new furnace is up and running. Highly recommend!
