What a great company... being a single mom i was worried about cost.. they did a wonderful job.. got my furnace back up and running in a timely fashion and didn't break the bank... I would recommend Tri- Den to every one having furnace issues

He was prompt, always told me what he was doing and why. He was friendly and professional. I was pleased to hear how well my furnace was doing, especially when a few years ago another company told me I needed a new furnace immediately.

We had called our "USUAL" Plumbing and HVAC Team. Apparently, their HVAC technician left the company and has not yet been replaced. I called my son-in-law for another resource. He recommended Tri-Den. We called them up and they scheduled us that morning! We met the technician at our home, he diagnosed the problem, went and picked up a replacement part and fixed the furnace! Friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Our furnace is up and running again and we couldn't be happier! We will definitely call them again and we will recommend them to any of our friends and family that need these services. Thank You Tri-Den for a job well done!

This was my first time using Tri-Den and I was very impressed with their service. Taylor checked my heating system and explained everything as he was doing it. My furnace was in good working order but he discovered my humidifier system wasn't working but didn't pressure me into fixing it or buying a new system. He told me what was needed and said to call if I wanted to get it fixed. I would highly recommend Tri-Den.

Had them come out to do clean and check on my A/C. They told me it would be a certain price and they over charged me 50 some dollars. And I watched the technician go out and washed the condenser and he told me he took the top off and washed from inside out. He did not, he washed it with the hose from the outside pushing the dirt in further in. I called about the over charged and they did reimbursed me the overcharge. so I would say use them with your own discretion.

Tri-Den , Frank was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have an old Boiler/Radiant heat. Tri-Den was able to get me into the schedule same day and was here within an hour ! Highly recommend ! I will definitely use again if needed.

I've gotten our furnace replaced by them and they have done a great job. They also put in an air purifier and whole house humidifier that have been great too. Haven't had to wait long at all for them to come out either. Recommend!
