Went above and beyond. Very thorough. Did more checks than were necessary. Even used a camera to see things better. No charge for all the extra checks. Gave me peace of mind that our furnace was fixed and working properly and will be for a long time.

This is the second year in a row we had Lakeshore Heating and cooling do our furnace checkup up for us. They are professional but still friendly and their cost is reasonable. They always answer all of our questions and are very helpful. We will call them again and recommend them.

Fantastic service. Had them come out for a simple furnace flame sensor cleaning and the technician fixed additional things that had been done wrong since install (obviously by another company).

Would definitely use Lakeshore Heating again. Had a water leak from my furnace, called and they were here. Will definitely use them on a yearly basis. Repair man was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Recommend them YES!!!
