They work with you and make certain they get you the proper materials ( actually) better than before. Go out of their way to make sure you have no more damage before the day they get to your roof , which was pretty quickly . All down to earth and friendly, just go out of their way to please you and make it affordable for you . I will refer them to my community and use them going forward . Thanks a bunch guys . I’m grateful and pleased beyond measure. These guys installed a new skylight ( beautifully done and better than the one I had ) , great price and repaired the roof around it !
It was just over 2,000 not even close to the 4 . This was the best estimate I had out of five and the best price and the best work. No pics yet ! BTW …. I chose Mighty Dog to come out thanks to all the great reviews , I had already had several companies out prior but just had a feeling to keep looking and so glad I saw reviews here …. Glad I took action . It’s been raining cats and dogs too so I am very pleased !

Mighty Dog Roofing is more than just a roofing company. In addition to roofing replacements and roofing repairs, they also do siding replacements, gutter replacements, window replacements, and other repairs. From big jobs to smaller ones, they do it all. I highly recommend giving them a call.

Every step of the process I was impressed. Michael was very communicative while doing the inspection, preparing estimates, providing guidance on insurance, and discussing low stock inventory. Winter came and went as I worked to rectify insurance concerns and ultimately I decided to personally finance critical roof repairs. Michael never lost patience and checked in occasionally WITHOUT any high pressure sales attitude. Jeremy came for measurements and was very polite and respectful as well. JD called to schedule. I find this company to be genuinely kind and fair.

Tips for future customers: I will say, had I known how drastically different (much more than anticipated) the new shingles would look mixed in with the old, I would have discussed color matching/blending more. Luckily the back of our house faces the railroad. I think others (especially with a HOA) would really take issue with the mis-matching, though. Furthermore, I anticipated debris from the skylight replacements, but again there was much more than I expected and I wish I had draped a sheet over our belongings/sink in our bathrooms.

    Overall I Highly recommend!

Working with Mighty Dog and Jeremy W. specifically is the reason for my 5 stars. Jeremy was able to answer all of my questions and even connect me with his tree removal contact! Mighty Dog's customer service and communication is top notch! JD did an excellent job letting me know when he and his team would be coming to the house. The crew at the house answered my questions and did a quality job. I will definitely be referring them to others and using them again in the future.

Relying on reviews can be hit or miss when choosing a contractor. In this case it was definitely a hit. We had woodpecker damage on our gable cedar. Mighty Dog was great work with starting with the estimate, going to Lowe's to order supplies, keeping us updated through weather delays and cleaning up after. I look forward to using them for my other projects.

I waited a month to review Mighty dog and boy did it rain. The roof is freaking perfect. No problems.
We bought a home with a bit of a sketchy roof. Mighty dog took time out of their day to look at it before closing for us! They understood the situation and how we had to go through previous owners to use the original contractor. They told us what needed to happen to be safer and up to code.
As you can imagine the home had some terrible installers before (nails everywhere, no wood under the shingles). Through this stressful situation. Mighty dog did a GREAT job at explaining what could be improved without verbally tearing down the previous installers. (Better then I could ever… obviously) Mighty dog also went above and beyond by cleaning out one of my gutters they saw was backed up.
After all that we decided some areas could be upgraded further. We had vents installed above a couple rooms.
I waited several rains to post my review to be safe. The roof is perfect. They got it done while I was getting my cat from the vet. If I didn’t see the vents and have good communication with the team I would have never known they came.
We worked with Dave and Junior. They’re both amazing. The whole team seems to have great communication. I will only be using mighty dog for my future roofing needs. They did more than the photo I’m simply not as tall as my house.

Thanks to Dave, Mark, and JD for the new roof, Siding, and windows. The speciality contractors were very professional and helped avoid problems before they happened. Veteran owned. Highly recommended them for any future house upgrades.

Mighty Dog was great from the sale through the insurance claim and finally the installation. Everything was communicated well and the workmanship was top notch. They did my entire roof, all of the facia and all of my gutters. I couldn’t be happier.

I was impressed by the thoroughness of Feazel’s Sales Representative, Jordan Peplinski. He took photos of my roof from the ground as well as climbing onto the roof for additional photos. He also went into attic to inspect the sheeting for problems. He brought examples of the shingles to be installed and the ice shield protection. He also had color chips for choosing the drip edge. The attention to detail made me feel comfortable in selecting Feazel to replace my roof and gutters. Furthermore, Feazel was very good at addressing any of my concerns. For example, my asphalt driveway was replaced just a couple of weeks before the roof was installed. I was concerned that with the current high temperatures, the driveway could be damaged by the weight of the dumpster used for the installation. However, the roof installers did an excellent job of covering the driveway with tarps, wood sheeting, and other boards. When the work was completed, there was no evidence that a dumpster had been in the driveway for a day in 90 degree temperatures. Both the Sales Representative, Jordan Peplinski, and the Project Manager, Richard Williams, were helpful to respond to my questions and concerns throughout the process. I am satisfied with both my new roof and gutters from Feazel.

Everyone from the first rep that came out to assess the damage to the crew who installed the roof were so kind and professional. I’ve never had to replace a roof before so I didn’t know how insurance and adjusters work (or didn’t work actually). There were so many people at Feazel who fought for me, pushed the insurance company for replies when they weren’t communicating and kept me in the loop when my adjuster didn’t explain things to me. I felt like they saw me as a person and not just a check and in business that means something. They had a person for me to talk to every step of the way and the installers were fantastic. They kept me informed throughout the job on what was happening and used tarp around everything so well that my garden was totally protected and we only found a couple nails through the entire property! Shout out to Gabe, Mindy, Jon (life saver), Rob, Mason and the crew.

Buyer Beware: Our Disheartening Experience with Feazel Roofing

We’re sharing our story in hopes of helping others make a more informed decision before choosing Feazel Roofing.

For years, we trusted and recommended Feazel. That trust has now been broken. You never truly know how reliable a company is until you need them to stand behind their work—and unfortunately, Feazel did not.

After a recent storm brought high winds and heavy rain, we discovered water dripping from our bathroom ceiling fan and a soaked floor. Given our age and health, we couldn’t safely inspect the roof ourselves, so we called Feazel—the company that installed our roof in 2009. With a 30-year warranty, we assumed we were protected.

Instead of honoring that warranty, their representative blamed us. They claimed our attic fan had failed, supposedly causing poor ventilation and roof damage. But how were we supposed to know the fan had stopped working? And how did they determine it had been nonfunctional for a long time? We have perimeter ventilation, which we were told was sufficient. If attic ventilation was so critical, why wasn’t it addressed during installation?

They also pointed out a broken boot around a pipe that left a gaping hole—yet they didn’t seal it, despite rain in the forecast. Another roofing company we called later sealed it immediately, even though they weren’t responsible for the original work.

We’ve since learned that Feazel Roofing has changed ownership. The new company promotes a “lifetime warranty” and installs solar attic fans to ensure proper ventilation—something clearly lacking in our original installation. Why wasn’t this done back then? We had no issues in the 25 years before Feazel replaced our roof. Now, just 16 years later, we’re dealing with serious problems.

To make matters worse, we were shocked to discover that our paperwork only included a 5-year labor warranty. We trusted what we were told at the time—lesson learned: always read the fine print. If Feazel truly stands by their name, why not honor all customers under their “lifetime warranty”? Otherwise, they should have changed the company name entirely.

The most frustrating part has been the lack of communication. Calls go unanswered, and we feel strung along. Even our son, who stepped in to help, is getting the runaround. Feazel told us to file a claim with the shingle manufacturer—why is that our responsibility?

We’re retired and on a fixed income. We invested in this roof expecting peace of mind. Instead, we’re left with stress, damage, and a deep sense of betrayal. It feels like Feazel is more interested in avoiding responsibility than doing what’s right.

Please think twice before choosing Feazel Roofing. A warranty is only as good as the company willing to stand behind it.

Feazel did a great job of installing our gutters and leaf guard! They got it done in one day!! Also, they were affordable and they followed up after the job was completed to ensure everything was satisfactory with us.

Great service, communication, and price! We had hail damage and Feazel was terrific at explaining the whole process, giving us a fair estimate, and working with us and our insurer to make sure everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend Feazel as part of any set of estimates you receive.

Our experience was a nightmare. Multiple return trips to fix a list of simple problems- nails not pounded in with sealant on top of them around our sky lights, nails through the drip edge, missing drip edge, damage to the j channel that holds the siding in (they fixed that by screwing the siding to the house, nice huh?), boards not replaced with giant holes in them that they tried to explain away as "the knots fell out", they removed the roof vent for the bathroom fan and felt papered and shingled over it so it vented into our attic space for months. In short, not a company I'd hire again. Ever. Edit: Feazel also called my husband and begged him to take down this review, jokes on them, he has NO access to this account. They never did anything anything for the inconvenience/trouble they caused either, let alone the siding damage.

Worked with Feazel regarding storm damage from July 2023. Replaced entire roof, gutters, downspouts, and gutter toppers. Feazel worked with Eagle Eye Public adjusting so we could receive maximum replacement cost for zero out pocket expenses. Work was exceptional. My house look marvelous.

Said roof replacement would be done in 2-3 weeks due to a leak, considered a "911" repair. Multiple calls later, it was 46 days later and ended up costing more than a local reputable company.

This was an insurance claim due to hail damage.
The first contacts with Feasel ( sales and inspection) were on-time, they communicated the process and the expectations clearly and took time to understand my concerns about damaging our landscaping.
When the crew showed up, they had tarps and sheets of plywood used to protect the foundation plants and to direct the tear-off materials to the bottom of the tarp. The crew brought their own trailer for the trash. They did a tear-off and replacement of the entire roof in one day. They came out the next morning to do an extra sweep for nails and materials.
No plants were damaged and the roof looks great!
I recommend them as an example of a roofing company that does a professional job.

A really good company you can trust. We were very happy with each step of the process of getting a new roof. I recommend them highly.

Just had a total roof replacement and I am happy to say that it was a great experience from star to finish. Jason Reineck was the field inspector inspected the roof with my insurance adjuster. Jason got the whole thing started off for me and he simplified the project for me. The insurgence company sent a payment that didn’t include some off the work that needed to be completed and Feazel ran with it getting it approved and the additional moneys sent for the roof. Eric Isakov was the project mgr and Santos’s was the crew leader. They were nothing but professional. They covered and protected my land scraping and our large patio area. I found every one I worked with to be helpful and they kept me informed. I was nervous about picking a roofing company but I picked the right one. Garry

Feazel replaced roof on my house, including complete tear-off of old roof and installation of new roof. The project manager, Dan Galli, was on-site and walked around with me during the work and described the progress being made. The work crew was very professional and neat. They carefully placed tarps around the house to protect doors, windows and landscape plants. They would answer any questions I had. I recommend Feazel Roofing for a great job.

I got 3 estimates and Know A Guy Roofing was the best by far. Isaiah and Zack explained what would be done and told me when it would be completed. When I had questions Isaiah was easy to reach and returned all text and voice messages.,The work was excellent and there were no unexpected cost increases or delays. I will use them again if I have a need for roof repair or gutter work in the future.
