My experience with Brian O at Feazel was outstanding. He was organized, persistent with my insurance company, and a pleasure to work with. While I hope I don’t need a new roof again for many many years, I would do business with Brian any day! Oh, and my new roof looks amazing!!

Brian Ogrin and the crew at Feazel Roofing did an outstanding, professional job replacing our roof, which included new copper roofs. They also did a spectacular job making sure that everything was cleaned up every day. No stray roofing nails or shingle pieces were left behind. This was extremely important for us and our two dogs. Brian made the process incredibly easy, and made sure I was informed and aware of every step of the process.

Everything, and everyone Feazel is fantastic! Brian our sales guy was amazing from start to finish! The crew was efficient and very professional. They even stopped their work for a quick minute in order for me to get my senior dog outside for a restroom break. The communication with Feazel is excellent and they kept me aware of everything that was going on! I highly recommend Feazel if you need a new roof!! My roof looks great……the whole experience was pleasantly surprising!!

20 years ago Feazel re-roofed our house with steel shingles. The roof is virtually as strong and secure as it was when first installed. Over the past 20 years, there were two instances where work was needed to reinforce seams - and Feazel was out at the house promptly, making repairs under the warranty, without any hesitation and without charge.

When we had the roof put on, we also had a local contractor build a two-story wrap-around deck - roughly 1,200 square feet for the second story. Feazel supplied the rubber membrane that protected our house from the weather.

This year, we needed to have that second-story decking replaced. We called Feazel, and contracted with them to replace the membrane. Frank Drummond prepared the bid and worked with the decking firm. The two firms worked really well together, coordinating their schedules so that the job could be completed within a few weeks this summer.

The workers from Feazel did an outstanding job, reintegrating the membrane under the existing steel shingles and preparing for the new decking. They were courteous, careful, and efficient, cleaning up daily and showing up just as they said they would. They answered my wife's questions and followed through by doing what they said they would do. They also worked really well with the decking contractor, so that when all work was finished we had exactly the deck we wanted.

My wife and I found that it was really good working with Christy at the scheduling office, with Frank throughout the bidding and contracting process, and with the team of workers who came out to the house.

Feazel did an incredible job on our roof. Our project manager (Eric Isakov) is exactly the person you want managing the process. He provided excellent communication throughout the day and made sure he asked us our opinions on build decisions and gave us frequent updates. The crew leader (Ray Arias) and his crew worked incredibly hard to get the job done in one day (worked from 6a to 9p) and were thorough when it came to moving our patio furniture at the start and moving it back at the end. They also paid great attention to detail during cleanup, using magnets to pick up nails and blowers/tarps to make sure things were tidy even when cleaning in the dark. I dont think you could ask for a better crew for the job! You can tell they care about their work

Rich Williams and his team of roofers, plus multiple people in the office helped make this a pretty painless process.
The finished result is professional and well done.

Feazel replaced my entire roof, gutters and siding on my house. My house was about 20 years old and it was time. I have a new house thanks to them and it looks amazing. John, Andrew, and Eric were all wonderful to work with. If I had to do it again, I'd want all these guys by my side to do it again. Any issues that came up, I could call them and we would get it straight. I now have a home that I'm proud of and it was a great experience. Hopefully this helps others make the decision.

We have used Feazel Roofing services for our home, office, and rental properties several times over the past decade or more. The service has been professional and excellent each and every time. They are a large outfit but deliver service as if they are a family business.

Feazel did a great job with my roof project. From helping me with my insurance company to the actual project and clean up. Jake Caldwell and Eric Isakov were great to work with.

I had Feazel install solar panels on my home. Did so now to take advantage of the Federal tax credit. Overall it was a good experience with the project being done promptly and professionally. My one big surprise was that the electricians (a different company) really did all the work. And my one concern is that no one gave me any instructions on the use of the app that controls the system or any other maintenance requirements. That is the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars.

From estimates to project completion the communication from everyone on the Feazel team was excellent. I knew what to expect and when. The roofing crew was fast and did a great job. I also really appreciated how much care they took with materials clean-up around my home and yard. 100% recommend.

Went without a hitch. We feel like we got a good price for our roof and communication was good. A few window screens got torn by debris, but they came out an repaired them. Finished product looks great.

Early summer time storms left us with water dripping down the walls of our newly renovated attic. Feazel was recommended to us through a friend & Tony Cruz came out the very next day. He immediately got up on our roof and gave us a very thorough review of his findings. Off the bat Tony was kind, took the time explaining options to us & even went back & forth with our home insurance company multiple times to make sure everything was accounted for & accurate in estimates and overall cost. Fast forward to install day, the crew was very communicative, worked from sun up to sun down & got the job done efficiently. With temperatures in the high 80’s this week, we can already notice a huge difference in the interior temperature of our home. Super thankful for Tony and his team to help guide us through such a complex process. Would highly recommend!

The installation of the new roof was great. The gutter installation took more than four months. There were multiple issues from the beginning. Eventually I had to take over the responsibilities of the project manager because he never came out to check on the work. I had to inspect the work every time they sent someone out to fix the issues, take pictures, and email them that the issues were not corrected or the installers created a new issue.
Here are some of the problems I encountered with the gutter installation.
They installed different color parts
Screwed my gutter toppers into the drip edge
Did not install drip edge in some locations
Installed damaged/bent drip edge in some locations
Left my facia boards exposed in several locations
Did not secure the down spouts to the gutters
Took extension pieces that belonged to me and disposed of them.
