My roof was 25 years old and due to this past winter/spring hurricane style winds we had here in Cincinnati, the shingles finally started being affected. I had never had to do any sort of home insurance claim nor deal with anything regarding my roof as long as I have lived here (which is 25 years). Tim Jarrett came out and right from the beginning, I felt that I picked the right company. He was so helpful from the whole process with insurance down to picking out the color. The group of roofers who came out started at 7:00am and were done at 2:00 with everything including cleanup. They worked hard, good, and did a great job! The Project Manager, Austin, came out the morning of the job to touch base with me and then at the end of the job when he did a quality check. I highly recommend Feazel for any type of roofing job! I just wish I had the money for them to replace my gutters now :).

Everything from the initial inspection to the completion of the installation was done in a professional manner. The representative actually climbed up on the roof, took photos of problems and explained what each one meant. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. The crew removed the old roof and installed the new roof in about six hours. They took care to protect the house and did a thorough cleanup. Every aspect was completed as it had been outlined in the initial visit. I was given the job I expected to get...no surprises.

Feazel was one of most honest and professional companies I have ever worked with. They could have told me I needed a whole new roof but instead told me that I only needed to replace the ridge vents to fix the roof leak. They did an outstanding job and would recommend to anyone needing roof repair.

Feazel did a great job for me. Mike Marinelli came out for the estimate and was fantastic to work with. Knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated their no nonsense, no pressure, transparent way of doing things. Communication from everyone was excellent. I knew what to expect and when. No surprises or ghosting here. Chris did the mason work and he did an absolutely beautiful job on my chimney. He was also super friendly and kind. I also had some gutter and facia repair and replacement work. These guys were fast and did a great job. I also really appreciated how much care they showed my home and yard. It’s nice to have folks respect your hardwork when they are doing jobs at your house. 100% recommend. I always dread having work done the expense, the unknowns, having people make messes or worse break things in the process, but none of that. They were fantastic.

Ed Booth from Feazel came out and walked us through the whole process even helped with setting up the financing. He explained why our upstairs was so warm and what Feazel could do to help with that. It only took about 2 weeks to get scheduled for our new roof and the roofing crew was so nice and treated our property like it was their own. Our job site project manager was Eric Isakov and he was a joy to work with as well. He walked us around the house explaining what they found when they did the tear off and what the next steps would be. He even answered all my questions, after the job was done, about the things we were seeing, even offering to come out to explain in person. Feazel is a wonderful company and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company.

Originally, I contacted one of the big well known roofing company. However they cannot take the heat in the insurance kitchen. Mike from Feazel stepped in and delivered the amazing result. He took the time and came out so many times to take a look at my roof. He kept me updated regularly on the roof process. Last week they replaced the roof. I received so many compliments from the neighbor. In addition the crew is amazing. Very thanksful to work with Mike!!! The best in the industry. Believe me I contacted so many high profile roof companies. Only Mike from Feazel got the task done!!!

The day of the tear off and install communication was awesome Mason would call text send pictures throughout the day. If there was a problem he would call or text the roofing crew was amazing. They did tear off and install and clean up all in one day my gutter crew on the other hand not so much no communication they arrived at 10:45 left at 11:45 I’ll because of sprinkles did not tell me they were leaving. I only knew because of security cameras. I had to call my foreman to find out why or when they were returning they came back the next day about 1030. They did install my gutters which do look nice however my install was mid April. I’m still finding gutter nails from when they did the tear off so I would give my gutter crew a two star and my roofing crew a seven star over I did use Feazel roofing over any other roofing because I knew they would do a great job not so sure about their gutter crew but overall, I am pleased with the workmanship they did

I asked for an inspection and estimate for work on my roof. David Norris came out and explained what I needed done and how they would do the repairs. He provided a detailed estimate in writing with a lot of details so I could properly compare any quotes. Feazel is the roofer of choice in my neighborhood and I can see why. Dave Norris was very profesional from start until finish for my roof and siding. I had at least four other companies come out and not one came close after meeting Dave.

EXCELLENT inspection & quote with information.
Install could use more supervision & communication, but with that said the roof is beautiful & was installed quickly. First day was mostly flawless, workers were on the roof too far beyond sunset in my opinion & cleanup was done in the dark. Second day was lackluster with one guy panicking to finish & second day cleanup leaving nails, gloves, etc.
I would still highly recommended.

Feazel Roofing replaced my roof and gutters last spring. From the start they communicated well, showed up on time, and did what they said they would. Due to the age and condition my roof wasn't able to be replaced under a claim, but I feel the price was appropriate for the work done. My roof and gutters look great and I'm confident they will last for a long time. The lifetime warranty is great bonus! I will be getting a quote for siding from them once I've paid for this work.

On the day of installation, we were fortunate to get a professional crew ready to work. Wasn't expecting to purchase a roof but said why not have a free inspection. I haven't had one since I lived here. We'll I'm sure glad I did. Jordan and Eddie spent over an hour inspecting my roof and attic and then sat me down and broke the bad news while showing me 25+ pictures where problems were identified. They then walked me through why everything was a problem and how they would fix it. They then spent another 90+ minutes going over the process and everything and what to expect in detail and in depth. Jordan stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. Richard and the roofing crew were very courteous and professional. Everything was done just like Jordan and Eddie explained it would be. Amanda in the office was great and was in contact with me regularly about scheduling my appointment, makjng sure I was completely satisfied throughout the whole process and tracking down things when needed. She communicated with me via text everyday day which was my preferred methos of contact. The amount of things she does, the way she does it and doesn't miss a beat is admirable. Give that woman a raise or maybe I'll steal her from ya :) Overall completely satisfied eveything went as planned with a small hitch but everyone on the team went out of their way to work it out. Highly recommend to anyone that needs a roof inspection or repair.

Jean stopped by one day when he was in the neighborhood and set up an appointment for us to have our roof looked at. The roof being replaced was not something we thought we could afford and that is what I told Jean. Evan Kelley came to see us on that Saturday, which was very convenient. After inspection, Evan gave us the dreaded news. Evan was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained each detail very well and the price plus warranty really sold us. We feel we got a fair price that helped us afford the project. I didn’t realize how much peace of mind comes with having our roof replaced. We are looking forward to the project starting and will update the review with the outcome. We really appreciate Jean for stopping by and starting the process. Evan was so nice. Our dog and cat loved him!

Edit: the roof is in! We still need to wash the siding and replace the trim around the sunroom area but our new roof is really hitting the mark! The team was professional and kept us updated throughout the process. The only thing that was a miscommunication was the tree touching the roof. I thought they were going to take the entire tree limb down but that is not what happened. I’m not going to discount the rating because of that. We appreciate the new roof!!

We had our roof replaced in August 2025 and found a leak this morning. I texted Richard W. at 7:28 am and he was at my door by 10 am. If I didn’t have a meeting at 9 am he might have come sooner. He took the time to check my roof, attic area, the plumbing near the leak, and the new window (replaced around the same time as our roof but different company) to figure out where the water was coming from. Richard took pictures and even FaceTimed a window expert so he could tell me what needs to get fixed. He took pictures so I can show the other company what is going on. Richard even said to give them his number so he can help explain what’s wrong. That is going above and beyond!!! We appreciate Richard for what he did today and what he’s helped us with during the roof installation. Our roof is awesome and he gave us peace of mind that the roof is sound. I am so happy that we went with Feazel and having Richard as our project manager.

True North replaced our roof and did a phenomenal job. The crew was really fast and responsive. The owner followed up and rectified a few minor issues immediately and professionally. Couldn’t be happier with their work!

We had a number of problems, including a damaged fireplace, a drafty attic, and chimney damage. Everything was expertly handled by True North Restoration And Chimney Cap Cleaning Services LLC.
