I needed an estimate for my roof and Royalty Roofing was recommended by friend who had a good experience with them. A shout out to Austin, who came out to expect my roof. He was gracious enough to fix a tile that had puckered from a nail. He even replaced the frame around the vent at the peak of the house. I was amazed that he didn't ask for payment to fix the tile. I do need a replacement and Austin gave me some options. Since the weather has now changed in Ohio, I'll be calling them for a spring project!

The process was smooth and comfortable. Our rep was Derek Yoder. Derek showed up highly professional and knowledgeable. He helped us pick out the perfect shingle and gutter package. He even noticed the bathroom did not have a exhaust fan and worked in a roof mounted exhaust and flex tube for us for future instalation ease. The day of install was beyond impressive with the large crew moving in and consuming the job in a controlled and coordinated fashion. In one day they completed the entire slate tear off, resheeting, dormer removal, and unique burnt red shingle install as dusk settled in. Nelson lead the installation crew and was as friendly as a person could be. Overall it was a very professional and impressive ordeal. Highly recommended!

Royalty Roofing is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. There were about 7 men who worked well together. They put a new roof on our house in less than one day. Everything was cleaned up. The house looks beautiful.

Brandon's help was very appreciated in locating water coming in the window. He was not sure where it was coming from so he called in others to assess this situation. I could be coming away with a price of new windows and roof without knowing for sure where the leak was but they are fixing the small things first for little to no money to see if that works then if that doesn't work we move on!
