I called Premier for a quote and made an appointment. John and a new employee arrived as scheduled. I was patient, kind, listened, and John explained more about reasons I shouldn’t go with other companies than about his product, he said he was educating me. After 2 hours I finally received the quote but along with that, John began pressuring me to say yes to signing an agreement to the point I became very uncomfortable because he just wouldn’t stop with the offers after I explained I wanted to pay cash and would be ready for signing the agreement on Friday (3 days later). He changed his tone and his manners went out the door. I do not appreciate how he acted when I said No. If the company is so good and product is so good then there is no need to treat potential customers like John did.

I selected Premier Home Pros to remodel my bathroom shower. I really liked their product better than the competition as it was not just a surface image but went through the product. Our installer encountered an unknown obstacle during the installation but was able to deal with it. It will probably take two days, although they say it is a one-day job. And like the other contractors they start off with a heavy sales pitch which I find annoying. I am pleased with the result and would recommend them if you are considering a shower makeover.

My tub was installed today! I have not taken it on our 1st adventure but it is clean, beautiful and a wonderful addition to my home!

Jake, Luke and Tyler were fantastic to work with on our complete bathroom remodel. They arrived promptly on time and went above and beyond expectations. They finished it quickly and efficiently and noticed deficiencies with the tub and would not install until they found one with no defects. I would recommend them to do another bathroom remodel.

We just did a remodel of our master bath and we are in love. Our installer, Scott, was extremely friendly and helpful with the process, along with quick and efficient. He explained everything he was doing as well as kept us informed with everything he was doing.

Ryan was the BEST installer, and his mate Wesley was wondering. Ryan was very knowledgeable and great communicating the protect details. I would work with Ryan again anytime!! We are in the process of remodeling our entire bathroom and used premier home pros for our shower. Very happy.

Anthony came and gave me a free quote, spent 3 hours going over products with me, helped me with remodel ideas and was patient through my indecisiveness. He tried to get the best price for me. He wasn't pushy, which I loved, and came prepared with slides and a ton of samples for times and fixtures and flooring. I would highly recommend him and this company to anyone in the market for bathroom remodels.

We are very happy with our install. It was done within two days and the quality of materials is very high. Plus you can’t beat the lifetime warranty. Our salesman was Brandon Crooks who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He really made it a great experience. He even sent my kids some football cards in the mail :)

Where do I begin? Our entire bathroom was transformed to meet all our needs and is more beautiful than we could have imagined. Noah listened and helped us make thoughtful choices. Jesse and Mike made it happen - they used their talents and skills with demo, construction, electric, plumbing, and attention to the details in finishing as if this were their space. We are so grateful and know this has increased the value of our home as well as the quality of our life. Highly recommend! Before and after photos below:

Scott was vey knowledgeable and helpful in describing your products and providing an excellent experience in helping me design my shower. I was very pleased with his enthusiasm and he was very polite and friendly. He made my initial experience with premier Home Pros an outstanding experience.

To start off, I waited a year to write this review to show the overall workmanship we received from the customer service experience to the rude installations manager and overall experience!

1. quality of the products used were just horrible to us having the buy our own items in place of what was provided to us!
2. the installation manager being extremely rude and not accommodating at all! also, for them not even follow up after a completed installation!

Their sales person, just fed us a bunch of lies and kept reassuring us the items picked would be "perfect"

they had us waiting over 6 months to start off, and we had to call and follow up and the way we were provided the appointment seemed rushed and it was because they didn't even have all the right items for our install, you can even see from the pictures I'll provided the improper installation!

The pivot door doesn't even close properly!

They were both courteous and professional. Answered any questions we had knowledgeably. Very pleased with the materials we selected.
Ryan made sure we had his number and told us not to hesitate to call should we need anything.
And we did.
We found a small issue just after they left, called and they came right back to address our concern.

I most certainly would not recommend Premier home Pros for a number of reasons:
1. Their work is extremely shoddy and inconsistent (Charlotte crew)
2. When (I don't mean "if") something goes wrong there a difficult and very hard to reach.
3. There are significant delays in achieving promised repairs and a definite lack of accountability when my shower started to leak and continues to do so. This has lead to unexpected damage and the inability to fix the issue on their part.

So, the pictures of the shower drain tell the real story. Look carefully at the pictures of the drain from the top and the bottom, hmmmm what do you see? That's right, nothing but caulking! These fools thought if they used massive amounts of caulking, everything would be fantastic!! But, nope! The shower continued to leak until I hired a local plumbing company to fix what PHP's people should have known and done in the first place. However, there is one thing I gleaned from this exercise...PHP do not feel they are required to have certified plumbers on staff to assure the Homeowner that all installations are completed properly and by the letter of the law.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. Told me two week start date, took 8 weeks. Installed the wrong tub. And then tried to tell me I had to pay myself to hookup the jetted tub I didn’t order! When they started, left holes in the walls. Because they didn’t put in a ceiling panel (after being agreed upon verbally multiple times they would) it looks unfinished. The tub drains so slow it fills up with some water even when showering. They gave two months later and fixed almost everything except for the ceiling panel and shelves. Agreed on a discount, still haven’t received it. I had to call them everyday to get them out here or else they would ghost me and no work would get done. So many better companies to go with. Sucks I got suckered in.

Had a great experience. The installation is beautiful. Family is very pleased. Luis and his partner were great. They really looked after us, and took great care in the work that they did. Big kudos to them.

Could not be happier with my bathroom install! Chris Schneider came on time, and converted our tile shower into a design we didn’t even imagine possible that is accessible, safe & luxurious that my wife and I could not be happier with! Semper Fi Marine.

Chris Andrews is the greatest sells person to walk in my home. Not pushy and gave a great education to where I told him to stop I am ready to buy. Give this guy a raise. Best out there. Thank you so much
