Ulmas, Suhrob, and his team did a fantastic job with our bathroom shower remodel. Arrived quickly and did a quality job on all aspects of the installation. Nothing was rushed and they made sure to do a great job on safely transporting materials within the house and doing clean up at the end. The final product was very beautiful and high quality - all finished within one day. Very good service!

Scott cut through language difficulties and cultural issues to make this big-ticket purchase an easier decision. That’s going above and beyond. Plus drove home in Level one snow alert after a long work day!

Company took forever to get back to me and promised things they apparently didn’t know how to do. They signed a contract stating they would have to remove the 4’ tile that was on my bathroom walls and didn’t put Sheetrock back up then tried to hide the curve in the wall by removing my window casing (not located in my shower) and replaced it with 5” plastic that they used for my shower wall. When I reported them to BBB and Angie, all they said was their company doesn’t do wall repairs. Strange because they went in and torn everything down but didn’t fix it. Used my lamp for light and my broom and bent the lamp and left plaster on everything for me to clean up. I got stuck having to pay someone to fix what they did. Horrible company.

I will say. The folks that have come to our home have been nice in person. Ryan Travis provided the estimate. Ryan and Tez completed the work. Everyone was fantastic to deal with in person.

After deciding to move forward there has been a ton of miscommunication with job expectations and completion. Initially thought we worked through most of it. Pictures were provided upon request. There are issues with the subfloor and dips in the flooring laid down when you step on it. And some of the finer things need looked at. We were so excited upon first look. Once they left was another story. The molding is coming off the walls. The cabinet was not removed for tile to be laid underneath. I certainly learned a lot in this first experience of remodeling our home. Right now we have reached out and are waiting to see what can change or be changed and will adjust review from there.

Scott was very knowledgeable and to the point. He went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable in helping us make the best decision in replacing our shower.

Robert and Sean were amazing! Professional, easy going, respectful of our home, and great with our 4yr old. Excellent complete shower renovation completed in 1 day! So glad to have found them through Premier. Would definitely hire them again!

We had a new shower and a double vanity counter top installed. Jake and Josh arrived right on time and went to work. A day and a half later the job was done and we could not have been happier. Everything looks great. I highly recommend Premier Home Pros.

We are very pleased with the tub to shower. Very excited to have such a great quality product. Joe and his crew did a wonderful job installing, cleaning up and making sure everything works great. Evan was so honest and knowledgeable in helping us select exactly what we needed. Would recommend Premier Home Pros to many others.

We had the bathtub removed and replaced with a walk in shower. Installation took two days and at first we were not satisfied on the way it came out so we expressed our concerns and they sent Brent Lynch who came and redid the whole thing over. Thank you Brent you did an amazing job. Thank you Logan for coming down from North Carolina to see and address our concerns. Thank you guys for standing by your word and thanks again Brent for the amazing work.

I have used my shower several times since installation. How ever ! I am so disappointed in the quality of work that started right off from the start. I assumed it would be the same size as my former shower/tub unit . I can't even stand in my shower with the way they lined up the handle on the shower door across from my shampoo holder. My shower is much smaller than I wanted, and they came in and replaced the new panels over the damaged panels placed by the first crew. I'm very disappointed. Then, today, I'm looking at my built-in wall shelf. 4 brackets holding the glass shelve are secured 4 other ones aren't. So I look at 1 bracket, and it isn't even doing what it's supposed to do.

I went from shower and tub to walk in tub they done a really good job. Darren was really nice he answered questions that I asked he was real friendly and I appreciate that if I had to do it again which I probably will be doing it again I will ask for him thank you premier home pros.

Deon renovated my parents’ shower in just two days. He was very professional, efficient and courteous.

Worst experience ever. Knowingly installed a cracked back wall, scratched shower basin small gouge out of ceiling, corner strips not flush to the wall, the shower base wasn’t fully supported and was bouncy(installer told me it needed to be that way for water to drain) and didn’t seal around the door leading to leaks. Once installed, they will not replace anything . It’s just fix fix fix. To their credit they did come out and fix the issues. They were here five or six times. Now the shower basin coating to cover up the scratches is peeling.

I regret hiring Premier Home Pros for our bathroom remodel. While the showers look nice, the functionality has been a major disappointment. One shower door has leaked from day one, and despite three repair visits, the issue persists. Each time, the company blamed us for using the shower too soon—even though we followed their instructions exactly.
Now, a year later, water is leaking through the floor and damaging our basement ceiling. To make matters worse, their “solution” was to install an unsightly plastic strip along the bottom of the door. Not only is it an eyesore, but it doesn’t even work—the shower still leaks!
The company also used high-pressure sales tactics and failed to follow through on finishing the job properly. I had to chase them down to get things completed. The leaking door has been a huge waste of money, and I would absolutely not hire this company again.

I can not say enough good things about my experience with Premier Home Pros. Mickey did an truly incredible job and transformed my bathroom into exactly what I wanted. He was timely, professional, and extremely knowledgeable and was always making sure my house was staying clean. He explained the whole process to me and answered all my questions. Everyone I have talked to from Chris, Sales Rep, to calling into the office to ask a question have been courteous and informative. I would highly recommended Premier Home Pros.
