When you show up at a job site to preform emergency services you MUST bring the right tools to complete the work. Showed up at my house after a fire on second floor and did not bring a ladder. This company is a joke.

Had a garage door fixed through insurance. Paid my deductible and thought all was good. Then I get hit with an 1800$ bill. No idea where it came from and when I call I don't get a response. This was a. Done throught my insurance company and now they are trying to scam me for 1800$. Just be wary using this business.

Orion was able to schedule the construction work in late November. Despite the snow and cold weather, the outdoor repair work on a brick wall was done professionally. Likewise, indoor repairs and restorations were also completed satisfactorily.

Our experience with these people, their "business" tactics, communications and quality of work and materials was all atrocious. We are left with disappointment, anger, regret and many problems with the "work" they did that we will have to pay someone else to fix. This is in sharp contrast to just about every other company who worked on the same project.

They are fast and can do anything that is needed. One stop shop company. We will continue to use Orion for our repair and construction needs. Harold, Amy, Chris, JR very customer friendly people good to work with.

Horrible work. They completed a roof through my insurance company, and leaks all over. Called JR the first evening we had a storm, and told him about the leaks, he laughed and sounded like he was three sheets to the wind at 6pm. Run far away from this company

Let's just say if you're interested in getting phone calls and setting up meetings, To have nothing happen, this is your company.. I have more damage done to my house by this company. Than the wind did from them coming and Taking samples multiple times FOR NOTHING. I've wasted days sitting here And waiting for people to show upThat never do, sitting around waiting for people to call me that never do. Same thing every time. "I'm so sorry" blah blah blah "when can I come out again.?"ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. If you still want this company to do work for you? Have nothing to do with Aaron or Bill. Aaron Especially, I don't even know that he works for this company. I feel like he just stole a truck and put that he works for Orion on the side of it. It couldn't be true though because i feel Iike i would have had more work done on my house if it was. Bill, just tells you that someone's coming out or getting ahold of you and they never do. So If you're interested in people coming and taking siding off of your house and shingles off of your roof and leaving tarps all over the place. This is your company. No stars. THERE WAS NO WORK DONE TO EVEN RATE OTHER THEN THEIR COMMUNICATION WHICH IS ZERO!! The supervisor Moreen in the office who is apparently in charge, was supposed to email me results. Never did. A complete break down. Aweful. And my house is still a mess and even worse.

Orion did a wonderful job replacing the siding on my home after weather damage. The new siding matches perfect! Employees at Orion where prompt, skilled, and did a great job communicating with me throughout the project. Thank you!

We had water damage and immediately reached out to Orion Construction. We have used them in the past and would never call anyone else. They are great to work with and do an outstanding job! Highly recommend Orion Construction!

Called about a leaking roof and was cut off mid-sentence asking if I talked to my insurance company yet. Asked why that was important and was told that they "only work with insurance companies".

No problem, but there should be some statement on their website or reviews stating as such....

They replaced the roof on my duplex and was referred to me by Mark Radosevic's Nationwide office. Jeff was my go to person and he kept me informed on the progress of my roof. Laura was keeping me informed on the how the claim process was going. What an excellent team! They should be YOUR go to company for any roofing job!

We had an unfortunate mishap with a truck and garage wall, which the truck won 😑. Our garage walls are made of hard to find ceramic block but Orion did a great job finding the best match. The repairs started out slow but after a contractor change things were smooth and expedited. We finally have our garage back.

I couldn't be more pleased with the services, and the Brand New Home I received from Orion Construction these past 8 months! Our family was hit with a devastating house fire back in the spring and we didn't know where to start regarding the clean up and getting our home back. We entrusted Orion Construction to lead the way and we couldn't be more pleased with the prompt service, professional and courteous staff, and overall experience. Very Happy with work done to my laundry room. Also was happy with the handling of project, with being told of what needs to be done and how to do it. Room looks great, better than before damage. Everybody from Orion was great and on time! Will definitely use Orion again if needed!

We had to have some of our siding replace due to storm damage. Our insurance company recommended Orion as their preferred provider. We were very impressed. They contacted us immediately and got the job done ahead of schedule. We would use them again. Thanks Orion!

I had Orion contracted to complete an insurance claim. The Project Manager was responsive and the process was smooth. We did have some delays because one of their subcontractors unexpectedly had health issues so they needed to find a new resource, but I can't blame them for that! Overall we were happy with the result.

Orion Construction is one of the most professional contractors we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. The job was well described and matched the estimate. The workers were on time, courteous and focused. Attention to detail was impressive and follow up (something rarely done anymore ) was exceptional. Would recommend this company to anyone!

Our house was filled with sewer a few months back and our insurance recommended Orion. I would advise to just not waste your time with this company. They never got back with us when we called or emailed. Claimed they never had our email or never got voicemails and honestly it seemed like they just did not want to work with us. On top of the TERRIBLE communication skills and response times, they told us contradicting information about a lot of different things on our home. For example they had at first told us that we could supply everything for them to put in and then said that we couldn't because they "couldn't guarantee correct service to make sure everything goes in correctly" if we bought our items yet continued to say "if you want something from Home Depot give us the item number and we will purchase it for you from Home Depot." WHAT?! What difference does it make if we buy it vs if you buy it? We worked with Amy and she seemed like she really hated her job and never got in touch with us after the numerous phone calls and emails. She was very unorganized with what she did. It's very sad to see that Orion does not care about their customers and are only after their money and pretty much scamming people. And after seeing the hatch jobs they did on other peoples homes, we decided to do the work ourselves and got it done most likely 100x better than they could and in a short amount of time. All this to say they prolonged everything for MONTHS. If you need something done in a timely manner DO NOT go with Orion and if you need things done professionally RUN FROM ORION.
