Austen DiFranco inspected the roof of my home, he was thorough, helpful and generous. He patched up a few problem areas for us to help get us through the winter while we await roof repairs. This was my first time going through royalty roofing and I would definitely use them again in the future thanks to the awesome service that was provided.

Noticed a leak coming from newer home built in 2018. Had a previous company come take a look and they told me a needed an entire new roof… I was shocked by that news and thought something was off and called Royalty Roofing. They sent out a gentlemen by the name of Jared and he was very professional and informative. After giving me a free estimate, came to find out the previous company wanted to pull an insurance heist. Jared showed me I had some shingles blown off from a storm and his company could replace them in 1 day for a reasonable price. They were able to come out week later and get the job done in one day. I am very fortunate there are still good people out there looking out for your home and family. Don’t go through the trouble of trusting another company. Royalty roofing took care of my home and family and would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you again Jared and Royalty Roofing.

I had my roof done by Royalty Roofing. My rep Jared was awesome from start to finish. Super professional, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about insurance and roofing. He kept me in the loop the whole time and made sure the job was done perfectly. The roof looks great, and the cleanup was spotless. You can tell the crew takes pride in their work, and Jared is definitely someone who represents Royalty Roofing at the highest level. Highly recommend!

My dentist, Dr. Katherine Raymond, recommended Royal Roofing as I was looking for a company I could trust. Fascia had come loose around a large window and needed to be fixed. Derek Yoder came as scheduled to assess the repair. He saw what needed to be done and immediately fixed it. He charged me nothing, not even for his time or the new nails needed. He was very pleasant and professional so I highly recommend him.

Shawn came out to my home to give me a quote for gutters and also take a look at my roof just to make sure there were no issues. He was very punctual and communicative. Shawn made the whole process easy and understanding.

I experienced gutter and flashing damage due to the snow and ice. Brandon Lewis came to our home to assess the damage and gave us a consult on what our best options were to repair. Brandon was so knowledgeable, kind and clearly explained what needed to be done. I would not hesitate to use Brandon Lewis for any gutter/roofing needs in the future. He was awesome.

Jared from Royalty Roofing came out to quote us on a complicated door replacement, and we were so impressed. Instead of giving a quick answer and moving on, he took the time to contact his office and multiple manufacturers to make sure we can get exactly what we need. That level of effort and follow-through truly means a lot. We really appreciate him going above and beyond!

The entire Royalty Roofing team did a marvelous job. Ian was very through in providing the estimate Nelson and his crew were very respectful of the property when installing the new roof and Luiz and his team did a fantastic job with the Hardie siding. Ian quickly addressed any issues that arose during the project. I can highly recommend the Royalty team. They are considerate and professional.

Christina has been great so far! She is ultra professional and takes what she does very seriously. I’ve had her out to both inspect and quote a new roof for a home I’m in the process of buying. Her attention to detail is impressive and she worked hard to find areas of concern even beyond that of my home inspection which was very thorough to begin with! She’s a great communicator and worked hard to present options that would work for my situation. She first earned my respect and now my business. After reviewing all of the complexities of the job… i asked that she be present when the job is being done… she assured me she would spend the day there thru competition. As such, I’ll make it worth her while to discuss and quote windows for a future project as well. To the leadership of Royalty Roofing… you have something special in Christina… she’s impressive and she represents your business well. Keep in mind she was one of 4 quotes and wasn’t the least expensive. She sold value, and because of her, you’ve earned my business. Keep supporting her well to do an amazing job and I’ll be back. Jared was very patient and helpful in explaining the process. Since this is our first home it was a relief to find such a kind worker. He helped ease some of our concerns. Jared is tremendous at his job.

Great experience thus far with Royalty Roofing. We wanted an estimate to replace siding on our home. In less than 24 hours, Alison had a project manager, Jared out here taking all the pictures! Jared brought samples and his A game! Very knowledgeable with products and understood our vision and bringing that to life. His communication is top tier even after hours! Back in July of 2024, I had another roofing company adamant that my roof was in dire need of replacement. They repeatedly advised that I file an insurance claim and made it seem like my roof was mere hours from springing a massive leak. I had Royalty come out for a second opinion. Austin arrived on time and did his roof inspection. When he was done, I dreaded even hearing “Yep, your roof needs to be replaced.” Instead, Austin stated “Your roof is fine! You have another couple years before you have to worry about anything.” I honestly didn’t know what to say as I was expecting another company trying to get me to file a claim. I thanked him for his honesty and stated when it was time to get a roof, I would be going with them.

Fast forward to a few weeks ago, I decided it was time to pull the trigger on a roof. I contacted Austin via text and he immediately remembered me and got the ball rolling on a new estimate, which was sent to me about an hour after my text.

I am now scheduled for a full roof replacement in March (weather dependent) through Royalty. Austin has been in contact the entire time and has yet to show any annoyance despite my several requests to have petty things added to the contract before I signed.

In closing, honesty from a business is a priority for me. Austin/Royalty Roofing knew they were losing a project at that moment in 2024, but valued the truth over a sale which is hard to come by nowadays! This further solidified my decision to choose them to replace my roof.

Impressive service! In the midst of changing home insurance policies, we needed a roof inspection. Called to schedule an appt. and James came out the next day. The fast response was greatly appreciated, and the level of professionalism and care demonstrated during the inspection and consult were superior. I have already added the contact in my phone as Royalty will be our go-to for all future roofing needs.

I was experiencing a leak in my ceiling from an ice dam. I called royalty roofing to assess the roof to see what needed to be done. They were very personable, helpful and informative. We felt I didn’t need a full roof so we just had it reinforced. I will be using them again in the future. Thank you

Overall, my experience with Royalty Roofing was very good, however I will mention a couple things that I was not happy with. The roof turned out fantastic and I was very happy with the way it turned out. I was very happy with the quality of the work and the manner in which the roof was completed in a timely manner. My sales rep Blake was fantastic and made this process easy for me to get started and completed. Tayte in the office was very helpful and answered a lot of questions I had. As this is my first home, I was very pleased with the level of customer service that Royalty provided me with, as I was very nervous about this project. My old roof was always a stress I had any time there was rain or a high wind storm, so having this new roof done by Royalty is great peace of mind.

Now for my complaints.
1. I got blocked into my garage after the work was completed. I did not expect a trailer to be left in my driveway overnight, and the contract read to me that the trailer would be in the driveway during the job, not afterwards. I had parked my car in the garage to get it out of the way of the workers, and I wasn't worried about leaving during the job as I worked from home the day of the job. However, I had plans after the job was done. When I was getting ready to leave, I came outside and was greeted by a large trailer blocking my way. I heard the roofers start their truck to leave, and I ran out and flagged them down. I told them that I needed to get out of my garage as their trailer was blocking my way, and I needed to get to work the next morning to drive out of town. Their response, while sitting in their running truck, was "Call your sales rep." Tried explaining to them my situation and I had no way to get to work or go anywhere with this large trailer in my way and again they said "Call your sales rep" and left. I was dumbfounded. So I called Blake, and he graciously arranged for someone to move the trailer out of the way that evening, which was much appreciated. He was as surprised as I was with the worker's response. The only negative to this was I had to clean up a large quantity of nails that were under the trailer after it was moved, and I had to cancel my plans I had with a friend that evening, but it is what it is. I was more angry at the worker's lack of care over leaving a large trailer in my way, especially when he had a 1 ton truck that could have very easily moved it out of my way in a matter of minutes. I get it, they worked long hours doing the roof job, but that doesn't mean I should be inconvenienced by their rush to get home.
2. When I walked around my house after the roof was done, I found a razor blade left over in the yard. This must have been missed by the magnet. It is a small thing, and I expected there to be some cleanup I would need to do after the work was done, but I wanted to mention this.

Overall, I am happy to have the peace of mind with a good, quality roof. Thanks to Blake for taking care of everything, especially with the rude worker, and to Tayte for helping to follow up with me and answer some questions.

Amazing people! I called on a Thursday for a potential roof leak and they were able to make it out first thing the next day. They were able to get on the roof with ease and discover and issue and were able to promptly fix it! Thanks for being so nice and explaining in detail what was going on! Very knowledgeable!

They handled the process seamlessly and worked directly with my insurance provider. It’s rare to find a company that is both caring and trustworthy, but they truly treated my home like their own.
