Constraction reviews in North Canton, Ohio

I experienced roof damage from the wind storm in January. My home insurance company recommended this company and they did not disappoint. Every adjective above is truly how I feel about them. They responded quickly and were very professional. They kept me informed and when time for doing the roof, the quality was amazing. I feel I received a good value for the quality of work. I highly recommend Orion for quality roofing.

The project manager explained step by step, keeping up to date. The crew was fast, thorough complete great work. The office was always responsive and worked with me to my questions and billing completed. I loved my experience and will tell everyone they should use Orion.

The experience I had with Orion was very professional. The workers arrived on schedule and completed the work. They left no debris behind add even mounted new items I had purchased. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Great people to work with very friendly always on time always there when they said they could be when we had to delay them. They were polite about it and patient. I can’t say enough about the quality of these people and their work take advantage if you get the opportunity and use them, you will not be dissatisfied. I assure you this

My parent's basement flooded from a leaking hot water tank. After the remediation Orion came in and reconstructed everything including new drywall, paint and carpet. They were easy to work with and did a fantastic job.

Orion group did a wonderful job on our house. The team worked with us closely to determine the best way for us to make the decisions needed for finishes.
Their response time and workmanship was impeccable from the workers to the office staff.
Thank you Orion.

This company was recommended by State Farm insurance.
I was very please their professionalism. There was a delay in getting started (They had many jobs to do). Once started, it went very well. They explained everything as the job progressed. Very pleased with the results. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I cannot express how happy we are with the urgency and quality of work performed by the team at Orion due to a flood. They were recommended by our insurance company and we are so grateful for them. Remind you.....they are so good that they are busy with other projects and STILL got the job done in a TIMELY manner with the BEST work performed. The guys that did the work are so personable, knowledgeable, and hard working. Let me tell you something.....they don't play!! Thank you to Joe for writing and explaining everything on the estimate, Matt (Project Manager) for overseeing the process of the job and being kind to our 16 year old dog. Then the rest of the best crew EVER, Brandon, Mike, and Chris( Drywall Experts), Josh and Joe (Flooring Installers) and Larry (Trim Installer). We couldn't ask for better because we already got the best! Thank you so much for everything! We highly recommend!!! Molly our 16 year old dog thanks you for the attention, too!😊

Orion is a wonderful company. They did a stellar job repairing my home after a horrible experience with a pipe burst during the winter. My home was gutted in many rooms down to the studs.

Orion stepped in and brought my house to a better than new condition. I'm serious. It looks like a new house. They worked with me every step of the way - basically holding my hand. I'm a senior citizen and they took away a lot of my fears. My trust in them really paid off.

They were very patient when my insurance company was dragging their heels. Orion even went to bat for me and contacted the insurance company directly and found a very costly oversight the insurance company made that could have cost me a dearly.

I could go on and on singing their praises, but just know that when you need a company who will work for you, you can't go wrong with Orion.

Also, I hired them to do outside work because they did such a great job inside the house.

They are fast, professional, honest and just down right nice.

The team at Orion did an excellent job helping to restore our home after water damage. They worked with our insurance, handled all of the contractors, stayed on budget and kept us informed throughout the process. Our project manager, Brian Reedy, was superb and I would recommend Orion to anyone!

Orion Construction sets the bar high when it comes to customer service and quality work. We had the unfortunate experience of a flooded basement this summer. The Orion Construction team help us get our basement renovated from all the water damaged just like new. Feel confident and pass the word this should be your first call when you need help or work done for your Project. Thanks Orion team for all your efforts.

Back in March 2022 we had a tree fall onto our garage due to a weather related issue. State Farm Insurance linked us with Orion Construction and they came out the following Monday. They were able to get a tree removal company out the same week and the tree was removed with no issue. They also tarped the holes in the roof of the garage. Orion Construction handled the repairs from there and were able to get everything estimated out in a timely fashion. The biggest hold up was with the insurance company. The project took several months to get started due to the State Farm claims department taking longer than expected to get the claim finalized. Once the project started Orion Construction repaired the roof with new wood and newer shingles. They then power washed and painted the garage siding. They then repaired both garage doors. They actually replaced one entirely. Both doors work better than before the incident occured. They actually painted both garage doors as well. Side project also completed - Orion Construction repaired the fascia boards and the gutter on the back of our house. This was due to the gutters hanging off the house due to normal wear and tear. Everyone we worked with was a true professional and easy to talk to. They made the process easy for us. Thank you Orion Construction!

Our massive hail damage claim would have never been paid by our insurance company without the diligence of Orion. Our job estimator took 147 photos of the damage and it was his persistence that got our claim paid.
The next phase was the coordination of their various contractors and walking us through what could have been an overwhelming and difficult process. We appreciate the quality of the work and materials.
Our thanks to Aaron and John for their many kindnesses and help. You guys are the best!!

We had an amazing experience with Orion Construction ! They recently completed our kitchen repairs, and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. The team was professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. Communication was excellent throughout the project, Brian constantly kept me updated on the timeline and progress. We highly recommend them for any home improvement needs!

My entire journey with Orion started on May 13 when a wannabe lumberjack cut down a 70ft tree in my neighbors yard at dusk. Did I mention he was an idiot? The tree landed on my house and luckily did not go through it. It rolled off the roof ripping my soffits and gutters off the house and tried to rip holes in my roof.
I called Allstate and they had me in touch with Orion before 11pm. They arrived the next morning at 8am to access the damage and get the process going. They had the tree removed from the roof that day. Roger had temporary patches installed covering all the suspected areas of damage. Then the wait began as the process of insurance negotiations & payments unfolded amidst rain and weather delays. Then the day came and the roof repairs were done. These guys did an excellent job of fixing the damage done by the tree. Then the roofers arrived a week later and in one not so hot day, they made the roof whole again. 1 day! (Mind you...not 1 drop of water entered my house from those temporary repairs...unbelievable Roger!) I opted to replace the siding vs painting it as Allstate dictated. What an unbelievable difference these guys made to the appearance of my house. It's as if the wannabe lumberjack was never there! Don't waste time looking for other companies to make your property right after a any catastrophe. These guys are the pros! Job well done Orion!
